Loved the location, comfortable beds, quiet and very good complimentary breakfast. The views of the waterfront from the balcony were very pretty! Live music every night in the lobby was a nice touch. My friend and I called it “home” because of how much we loved it. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

They don’t have a lot of valet parking but there is a parking garage across the street that was very accessible and about the same cost as the daily valet

Our best hotel stay ever

Excellent service. Extremely comfortable rooms. You can find good deals for the rooms we even booked last minute. Every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond. Breakfasts were great. Rooms were quiet. Rooms were turnovered so quickly we left for 30 minutes once thinking we could make it back before cleaners and tidy up, they were in and out like ninjas. Even folded our clothes that were in the way. Design of hotel and lighting especially at night is such a vibe same with the indoor pool. Nearby easily access parking garage and thejr valet service prices are very close to what you will pay for nearby overnight parking. All in all my wife and I loved thr stay. Already missing it.

Very few things to find fault. Mostly small annoyances, like the keycard to power the room. Our AC would shut off sometimes in the middle of the night. Location isnt the best for seaside views, but great for food. Really nothing negative.

We were upgraded for free, and we arrived to a birthday cake and champagne in the room as it was my partners birthday. Such a thoughtful surprise! The breakfast was great, an the staff were so friendly. We will definitely be going back.

A 5* service across the board.

Stunning decor in public areas, food was superb. We ate in the restaurant and bar for dinner and breakfast. Food was delicious and the breakfast buffet was extensive and very fresh. The room was great - we had an ocean view with balcony and housekeeping service top notch. Service overall was outstanding with friendly and well trained staff. A great location and one of the best hotel stays we’ve had.

Great first night and stopover upon arriving in Ponta Delgada

Central to many good restaurants and sights. The room was very comfortable with a view over the harbor. The lobby bar was nice and all the staff were helpful and nice!

Very beautiful hotel to discover the city

Very nice room with a magnificent view of the ocean, equipped with a balcony Good cleanliness and very good breakfast Ideal location to visit the city because in the center of town Nice heated swimming pool and well equipped gym Friendly staff, the chambermaid was very polite and smiling.

The door of the room is not at all isolated (in wood), it's a pity because the room seems to be isolated and we hear the noises of the corridor

Excellent location with easy access to the Old Town and the road network. Room was very comfortable and daily cleansing service was exceptional. Reception and Concierge staff are a credit to the hotel. Always helpful and positive.

Valet parking at €10 a day, its cheaper just to use parking bays (60c an hour)

Beautiful Hotel. Very quiet rooms! :) Friendly, helpful staff. Nice pool and gym. Great breakfast with nice view. Close to city center. Would never think about staying somewhere else in Ponta Delgada. Really enjoyed our stay for 6 nights.

The location and the room where excellent. Most of the staff where very attendant, but some unfortunately not. A great place to stay overall
