Ubicación perfecta

La ubicación era perfecta, al lado del centro y en una calle con múltiples tiendas. La habitación estaba limpia.

La habitación era en forma de L y la ventana estaba en una esquina, por lo que la zona de la cama de matrimonio era oscura.

Very good

I loved how central the location was to many attractions. I could easily walk to where I wanted to go (Ribeira, Mercado do Bolhão, Jardins do Palácio Cristal, Casa de Música) within 10-30 minutes.

The water in the shower pooled at my feet as soon as I turned the water on.

Close to cafes and restaurants. Easy to get to the transport.

The entrance from the street was very ugly. At first we couldn't find it. It looked like a shop front.

Character, quality, and location

We stayed in both the main hotel and the nearby apartment. Both were fine but the apartment was exceptional. This place has a lot of character and shows loving personal attention to detail. Location is fantastic.

Parking is 300 meters away and cost 10 Euro

No lift very high ceilings so need to climb up many many stairs, bathroom was added later have to climb up 1 big step

Pleasant

The area is very central and it's easy to get to everywhere.

We have not gotten a normal blanket, just a bed cover without normal bedsheets. We had to change the other room because it was unacceptably small, and they charged us extra 25 euros per night for changing it. I wish we had done more research because for this price there are far better options. The breakfast is not worth it, it's very basic stuff for 6 euros per night, I suggest to go out to the many cafes arount the hotel.

Location, classical old XIX century big staircase, nice backyard. Breakfast ok for the price.

Very very shabby and worn out bed linen and towels. For 70 euros/night yoy deserve something better. Choose this in case if you don´t find something else.

Excellent value for money. Excellent location Very friendly and accommodating staff Rooms serviced daily. If you are on a tight budget and need a central accommodation for a few nights this is the place to visit.

It's basic but if you know this coming in you won't be disappointed.

The 2 receptionists Anna and Lilyanna were both extremely friendly and helpful. They shared excellent information on what to see and where today. The property has an amazing garden that is a must visit.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They were great ambassadors for the hotel and Porto. Loved the beautiful back garden. An unexpected oasis in an urban setting.

Was glad I didn't have a heavy suitcase as there was no lift.

Great location

Location is great! Close to downtown and also has plenty of restaurants near by. The garden is a nice place to chill. You will see some friendly cats and dogs roaming. The staff are really nice. The lady at the front desk gave us lots of tips about Porto.

Disappointment!

Located in the center of Porto.

Our room was more like A closet, far to small. The beds are to small for northern european tourists and the matras was very uncomfortable. Shower was broken. I don’t reccomend staying here.

Absolutely wonderful I’ll be back.

Staff were really friendly. Bed was very comfortable and room was very quiet although the location was so central.There is a lovely garden and beautiful terraces to relax in.
