Excelente opção no Porto

Estadia excelente. Localização previlegiada: próximo ao comboio, ao Metro, ao supermercado e a restaurantes (inclusive ao novo Time-Out ao lado da estação São Bento). O apartamento é espaçoso e bem equipado. A Internet é de boa qualidade. O elevador é espaçoso. Os codigos de acesso funcionaram. O anfitrião permitiu a guarda das bagagens antes do horário de check-in e após o horário de check-out.

A obra do Metro na região dificulta um pouco a circulação e, as vezes, gera algum barulho, mas nada significativo.

Geschmackvolle Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtet. Es ist viel größer als es auf den Bildern scheint (für uns als 4-köpfige Familie war es mehr als ausreichend) und liegt wirklich superzentral. Durch die tolle Lage kann man auch zwischendurch einfach mal zurück in die Wohnung. Supermarkt und jede Menge Restaurants liegen direkt vor der Tür. Alles ist sauber. Der Check-in hat problemlos geklappt.

Die Küche stank stark nach Rauch. Da wir sie nicht genutzt haben, hat uns das nicht weiter gestört. Was uns allerdings störte war der Lärm von draußen. Man hat das Gefühl, die Fenster dichten kaum ab. Party am Samstagabend und die Baustelle direkt vorm Haus haben uns ganz schön Schlaf gekostet.

El no tener donde dejar las maletas después del check out, aunque al estar cerca de la estación de Sao Bento nos aconsejaron dejarlas en una consigna.

Spacious and well equipped, great location!

The apartment is extremely well located, very large and decorated very nicely. Everything in the apartment works and is as described in the listing. Very easy to get to the station for airport / train connections as well. Self check in was easy and communication with the host was great.

As others have mentioned, the portable air conditioners are very loud but I found that having them on during the day (when I was not there) with the blinds down kept the flat cool enough to not use them when I was there. Adding fly screens to the windows would be a good addition (there were mosquitos so I didn't open them for long periods which was a shame as the windows are a great features and would let in the breeze). There is still construction noise from the new metro but it was not an issue for me. The kitchen did have a bad smell that I could not work out where it was coming from (could do with a deep clean maybe?) but keeping the door closed meant it was ok.

Perfect stay in the heart of Porto

This fantastic location made our stay in Porto perfect! Within a 10 mins walk to all the major tourist attractions you are literally staying at the centre of everything if you are on a touristy vacation. Was a big apartment in a modern building and Ani had everything you would need right at the house making the stay perfect.

The location was kind of hard to find with all the construction. Almost all roads leading to the property were closed due to the work, but once you are in you don’t need any mode of transportation so it’s just an initial minor hiccup.

The location is just perfect. You can just park the car in garage next to the appartment and explore city on foot- you should ask personal for long stay (more then 24h) and you will get special price and you can go out and in how many times you want for exploring around Porto city center.

A wonderfully stylish appartement in the heart of Porto

The apartment is beautiful, stylish and spacious with everything you could possibly need. we felt at home straight away! It is located in the centre of Porto so you’re close to all sights and restaurants. The lounge is a great space for relaxing, the bedroom is also big and equipped with a very comfy bed. All rooms are absolutely spotless and modern. I especially appreciated the fact that everything is high standard including the plates and bowls! Also the lovely Ani who met us when we arrived was extremely knowledgable and so helpful!

You’re in the centre of a lively town so it could be a bit noisy for some people but it was no problem for us! it was so convenient to be 5 min from everything!

Perfect apartment in city center 10/10

The apartment is amazing, everything is new, perfectly clean and really cool furniture. The house is really big for a couple and a baby and the large living room is a pro. Location is perfect right in the middle of the city, you can walk and reach everything from the train to the airport to the sea. One of the best experience and with booking around the Europe

Beautiful big apartment in the center of Porto

Apartment is perfectly located in the city center close to Sao Bente station. Everything was just perfect - beautiful design, very big space, fully equipped kitchen, extremely convenient beds, two bathrooms, washing mashine. Even complimentary porto wine on arrival)). The host Ani is very kind, friendly and helpful, thanks again for her hospitality and help. Certainly will stay here again while in Porto.

Very good

it’s a big apartment, very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Ani was very friendly and helpful. Great location, easy to get to tourist attractions, pretty much all walking distance.

given it’s in the central area, you can hear noises from the street at night. The bed was very comfortable, but it squeaked whenever I got up to do things, not ideal if you have a sleeping baby next to you.

The position, the design of the apt, the availability of the host Ani.

Being in the very city center it could be noisy mainly depending on how polite people in the streets are.. There is a big construction site just in front of the building for the new metro.. Workers start at 8h-8h30. It could last for a while I think. But noise at night it's the very only little bad point.

Very nice apartment but incredibly noisy

Location, facilities, cleanliness and host/reception.

Incredibly noisy at night with garbage trucks and restaurant throwing away all the bottles at the end of the shift. During the day, works all day right across the street. This is of course not the fault of the property at all but worth noting if someone is searching for a restful night.

A Great Place of Stay in Central Porto!

1. Excellent location (possible to walk to everywhere), 2. Secured compound, 3. Has elevators, 4. Spacious apartment with nice interiors, 5. There was welcome drink (sweet home-made wine and a packet of biscuits) 6. One and half toilet, 7. Last but not least, a wonderful host!!!!

Good central location spoiled by beyond reasonable noise from rubbish collection trucks

Great Host. Helpful & genuine. Ani is lovely.

Noise from rubbish collecton tucks all night and cafe staff throwing empty bottles into trash zone btw 23.00-01.00H. The trucks are real heavy duty ones with loud operating cranes and buckets. very annoying for entire stay.
