Excellent staff and location.

Our room was a suite with a city view. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet.

More luggage storage or larger closet for extended stays.

Très bel hôtel, gentillesse du personnel et vue magnifique

La qualité de l’accueil avec un surclassement de chambre pour une belle suite avec vue magnifique !! Le confort, le petit déjeuner.

S’il fallait trouver quelque chose je dirais le lavabo de la SDB dans le couloir de la chambre.

Modern, chic room

Perfect place to stay

The room was really nice and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is a little small bit perfectly adequate. Good vicinity to things in Auckland CBD. The staff were very good.

A lovely hotel

Beautifully-appointed room, friendly staff and a general feeling of being taken care of as a guest in this hotel. I think CBD-wise it's also an excellent location, being part-way down Queen street.

I was unclear about which services/facilities are currently offered, as there is info online or in the displays in the lift that isn't mentioned in the guest compendium - e.g. that meals can be delivered to the room, and whether there is a fitness centre.

Fantastic stay in a high quality venue directly opposite the town hall and aotea centre.

Location was superb. Service and facilities were above expectation. On -site restaurant was first class. This will become our number one place to stay. Excellent value for money.

Front door is locked for security, however no clear instructions re how to enter hotel after hours were given.

Really lovely hotel and hotel staff.

The room and the hotel staff were excellent. They were even willing to accommodate our friends with an issue who hadn't stayed at the hotel, so that was lovely.

We only used the restaurant once, but unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. One staff member was being trained so fair enough they will make some mistakes, but the more experienced staff member took our order at the same time as another table and they'd eaten and left well before we saw our food. We waited at least 30 minutes for a simple breakfast in a not busy restaurant and were told a few times the food was coming. They apologized for the wait, but it would've been appropriate to offer a small discount in recognition of the very long wait.

The staff were wonderful and attentive. We appreciated the hand-written welcome card, thank you. Our room at the Airedale Boutique Hotel was a perfect blend of comfort and style. The room was adorned with modern amenities and elegant decor (with a well-stocked mini-bar) ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay. Located in the heart of the city, the hotel also provided easy access to popular attractions, and valet service which was most helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend this boutique hotel.

My stay was brilliant. Such a shame Auckland itself was very disappointing.

Spacious, modern and very clean. Staff amazing.

Convenient city-centre location

Easy check-in procedure & bags were held for us the following morning without any hassle

There was confusion about the complimentary drink that was listed on our room receipt. When we attempted to claim it the following morning, it apparently did not exist.

Excellent location , warm environment and clean. Great restaurant on site. Staff did everything they could to ensure our stay was amazing. Will be back for sure

Nice clean hotel, great location

great location, easy to find

parking was expensive and we rang and arranged for our car to be ready as we were told to do, allowing 20minutes time for the staff and beyond that 20minutes we still had to wait another half an hour in the lobby for the car. I offered to go get it myself

Centre CBD comfort

Good clean comfortable sound proofed rooms. Good air conditioning.

While provision of toiletries in locked in bulk containers is becoming more common, the shower items are difficult to access. A hotel of this quality should do better.
