Still room for improvement.

We got a free room upgrade which was very nice. The staff were very friendly and explained everything at check in. The parking was available in front of the hotel and was free of charge.

The breakfast. There was no coffee machine, but only little bags of instant coffee (same as in the rooms); The food variety was definitely lacking and the quality as well (will come to that later). The only bread available was toast bread. There was no sliced cheese. Sliced salami came in only two types. The salami is what I suspect to be the source of what I can only describe as food poisoning, as that is the only thing I have eaten throughout the day and my partner, who had no issues, hasn’t.

Fair Stay

The location was great, and we liked that it had a separate room for the kids in the room we had.

The high cost due to it being the Easter weekend and the fact that if you booked direct with the hotel, we could have had breakfast included but instead we had to pay an extra $60 per morning, on top of our booking itself (which was already higher due to the long weekend) we stayed for 2 nights.

Great stay

Everything else was excellent. Great staff. Great breakfast.

Room was cold, outside the main building...as it was a cold night...so blanket was provided. Heat pump worked ok.

Relaxing stay in a great location

Excellent hotel with smart and comfortable rooms. The staff were super friendly as well. I also enjoyed the addition of the pool and hot tub.

Breakfast was nice, but I thought a little pricy for a continental option

Disappointing

We had booked for a Saturday night - Cancelled our booking at the last minute Saturday early morning with no reasoning. When we called - they had available rooms for a higher price.

Value for money

Room was comfortable,warm and clean.Car parking was available just outside the room and there's a backdoor access to the property which is very convenient if you are travelling by car

We had a wonderful night, it was also nice and quiet.

All the staff we encountered we lovely and willing to help if we had questions or needed anything. The breakfast buffet was lovely. Our room was very comfortable - we were only there one night. We have been before and everyone was fabulous then too, hence we booked the JetPark for this trip.

The bed for my husband and I was probably a tad small, but then he is rather tall.

Friendly service spa breakfast very helpful staff warm comfortable hotel walking distance to supermarket and mall restaurants 🙃

As there were 3 of us over seventy years old would have been nice to have 3 single beds in our room instead of 2 double beds

Breakfast is good but could be better :)

The swimming pool isn't a heated pool which was disappointing. Hot tub looks not clean. The heat pump working too well, despite we already adjusted, it was just too warm and we were sweating through the night.

Relaxed stay, easy access to the town.

Close enough to the centre of town to walk everywhere but not affected by the noise and bustle of being in the hub.

Constant problems with the key not working, this happened just about ever time we went out, when we got back one of our door cards didn’t work.
