Nice place, nice staff but need to separate suite by view in Booking

The public space is beautiful, room is cozy and every staff is nice

Maybe separate the suite into with golf view and without golf view is better. We see the photo with nice view towards golf course and booked the suite but get a room towards the other inner building with no view, it's kind of frustrating

Absolutely stunning place to stay. The place was magical and made for a very special weekend. Dinner at millhouse was a highlight too.

The right unit would have made it much more enjoyable.

Pillows too hard. Got a replacement one on the last night but still not great

The location of the unit. I didn’t realise that the unit had no open view until I got there. I was looking forward to sitting in the sun in the afternoons and looking at the view. I tried to rebook a specific unit on specific dates for next April so was not able to be guaranteed that I would get what I had asked for. Therefore I didn’t confirm the reservation. Too much money for not enough certainty of getting what I required.

no cutlery or plates or bowls ( to gave small bites with a wine? Requested same from housekeeping. it never arrived! No room service in three days to service mini bar or clean bathroom re clear waste bins?

Couldn’t get the heater to work in the middle of the night and couldn’t find a usb port to charge devices. It will be a good idea to upgrade the rooms to a certain extend in terms of technology :)

Lovely stay at Millbrook

We liked the apartment the beautiful grounds and atmosphere. Staying in autumn is amazing with the golden trees.

The bed was really hard so not a comfortable sleep. Would not stay in that room again.

Fabulous suite, wonderful tasty breakfast. Really appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine for our wedding anniversary & I also ordered a cake to be made for my husbands birthday which was also in the room when we arrived. It was delicious & so beautiful!! I can honestly say everything from the second we arrived until the second we left was truly amazing. Also a very nice touch was the complimentary transport into Queenstown & Arrowtown. A spectacular stay & we can’t wait to rebook.

A relaxing enjoyable stay and we will return but ensuring we select the “right” room

Wonderful location with beautiful gardens

Room was a little dated and in need of upgrading. The lack on easy access to a compendium meant wasting time of staff to sort out minor issues. Kobe restaurant was a disappointment compared with a previous visit.

Beautiful scenery and a relaxing holiday

Location - Away from the busyness of Queenstown Grounds - Exceptionally beautiful scenery Staff - Very friendly and welcoming The Spa - The massage and facial Lucy offered was absolutely amazing!

Club hire fee required to be paid each time a game was played - We stayed for a week so this became quite expensive We were not told there was a washing machine - We stumbled across this ourselves Breakfast buffet is very expensive for what is provided!

For that price, we expected air conditioning

Lovely outlook and facilities - especially if you like golf.

No air-conditioning in our 2-bedroom accommodation meant it was uncomfortably hot at night (we visited in January). No daily servicing or fresh towels offered (except for an extra fee). We were a long way from the resort restaurants and health and fitness centre so ended up using our car far more than we had intended - annoying when you want to have a few drinks in the evening. “Fully booked” restaurant wouldn’t allow us to sit on the patio (where it was cooler) but the entire time we were dining inside the over-warm restaurant there remained empty tables outside. Minor annoyances like these are more difficult to ignore when you are being charged over $700 per night!!!

Nothing really. I hope Millbrook and all it's facilities can find, and train enough staff to take the pressure of the current hard working staff.

Outstanding resort

Location was excellent being close to Arrowtown. Amenities at the resort were outstanding . Gardens were immaculate and everything clean Accommodation was very good Just loved the whole experience
