Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Everyone loved it. Perfect place to take visitors to NZ.

Lovely hosts, unique, beautiful accommodation in an absolutely brilliant location in super close proximity to all the amazing things Arrowtown has to offer and some of the best eateries in New Zealand.

The host was very friendly & helpful & including the 2 welcoming cats 🐈 It was an easy walk to town & we enjoyed ourselves 😀

The place is beautiful, it brings us in a different setting with the decorations around the garden. Cute father santas a

we liked the property itself inside and outside, we felt at home right away.

the beds are very old and worn though soft but hurts the back that made it uncomfortable to sleep.

Beautiful, convenient and cozy cottage. Good location. Friendly cats and dog for animal lovers. The best of all was the willingly helping staff even when they were busy in Monday morning.

A great little place , friendly relaxed management , comfortable beds . A close easy walk into Arrowtown . Nice garden setting , also easy parking. I would stay there again anytime.

Settlers Cottage lived up to its motto of "Old World Charm". the oldfashioned decor was so warm and friendly when many motel rooms seem to focus on being plain and functional. it was a home away from home for us.

Gorgeous!!

Beautiful cosy cottage set out like the 1900's. Decorated like your nanna's with all sorts of gorgeous nic nacs and ornaments from years past. Just gorgeous!! My insides were smiling!!
