Great conference stay.

spacious, well-equipped, clean. Very close to lots of restaurants and supermarkets. Perfect for the conference centre. Booked for my second stay for conferences.

Perfect for a 3 night stay close to great shopping and the beach was beautiful :)

The location was perfect. I received a bottle of champagne as it was my birthday. The staff were helpful and friendly. The outside pool area was great and the lounges were comfy for relaxing. The room was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed.

The facilities were good however a few extra towels and bath robes in the room would have been good. The beds were clean but quite hard after 3 nights!

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I liked that the property was walking distance to everything, especially Pacific Fair.

Nothing really to fault, it was a bit expensive but worth it.

Desppite being on 22nd floor & windows closed etc, a lot of road noise/ could easily hear people talking late at night at street level, so not very sound proof

Dirty, unhygienic room that needed maintenance

The location was excellent

The room was extremely dirty. The floor was filthy, and the shower had mould in the grout. The toilet seat was dirty and had brown stains all over it. I thought I would ignore these things until I went to make a coffee. The 1st cup was dirty, and the 2nd had chips on every side of it. When I went down to reception to ask for a new blanket, the 2 ladies on reception were too busy arguing to realise I was standing there. The bed was joined together. Which would have been fine if it didn't have 2 different height beds. My husbands bed was about 4 cm higher than my side. There was also a 15-minute wait to get on the lift after checking in. Would not return or recommend this place, which is a shame.

A nice apartment to stay in when visiting Broadbeach

The room had a nice view and was well equipped. There was lots of space in the room too.

There weren't enough working lifts for the number of rooms in each tower, sometimes you had to wait many minutes for a lift only to find it already full.

good stay, with all you Need to visit beaches and having relaxing time

avaialibility and kindness from the staff at the reception. position close to the bus/tram stations and the beaches and many restaurants/bars Just around the corner. bad was comfortable. kitchen large and well organized.

no avaialibility of USB Port chargers in the room, cleaness of the blankets and pillows was good but not as you would expect for a suite room. moreover, from a suite room i would expect Also some welcoming kit in the room, at least some water or similar in the fridge.

We had an excellent stay - everything was great from the views to the service!

My boyfriend and I stayed for four nights, and we had an absolutely amazing time. The location was perfect, the service was outstanding, and the room was spacious and comfortable. We especially loved the city view from our balcony, which added a special touch to our stay. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!

Not as good as it used to be

The room was very comfortable. Lovely view. Convenient location.

The shower screen was a bit dangerous. It opened onto the toilet so if opened too quickly, it could have shattered. The shower door also leaked so when you stepped out of the shower, the bathroom tiles had water on them. Very slippery. The lifts are very annoying. They were saying it was overloaded when only 5 people were on there so it was taking up to 30 minutes to get up to your room each time.

Close to everything. Fantastic view of the ocean & very roomy.

Could have done with a good clean. Window sills in lounge were pretty dirty. Long hair on lamp next to bed. The dryer didn’t have a filter so all fluff was coming out into laundry. Extra toilet paper as only one roll.

Excellent value for money, clean & comfortable suite, close to everything.

The location was excellent, close to transport (light rail), buses, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, numerous Restaurants and the beautiful Kurrawa Beach Broadbeach was busy over the weekend we stayed with the Pacific AirShow on. We had a lovely large suite with views to the beach. The room was very clean, comfortable bed and good sized balcony to watch the morning sunrise. Staff were very helpful. Parking was also available, however you need to pay for it per day.

They were doing refurbishment work in the Lobby, so could get a bit noisy, however we couldn't hear it from our suite.

Lifts incredibly slow . One out of action. The lobby and lift lobby smelt very musty . Construction work underway that we weren’t aware of.

Comfortable and Everything was provided, it was well located.

Both tvs would not connect to the internet so we couldn’t log in to our streaming networks. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, it looked as if the floor had been forgotten.

Disappointing

The room was spacious with a lot of different furniture to make it comfortable.

After I checked in and was given my keycards, I was told that the noise of drilling and renovations would be between 9am and 5pm. Firstly, this should have been communicated when I booked the room, as I like afternoon naps on my holidays. Secondly, the drilling started earlier than 9am. If I had known there was the potential for this, I would have changed where I booked. This lack of courtesy has turned me off staying here again.

Perfect time away.

Water pressure in the shower was a bit disappointing, and the chairs were a bit low for the dining table.

Management should do better

Quiet and in a good location

The rooms now have televisions that have to be used via your phone app. Very modern if you have the latest phone, ours weren’t and came up not able to connect. Even the technician who came to our room could only make the bedroom tv work, not the main one in the lounge room. On principle we won’t be staying there again.
