10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and cozy stay on Phillip Island!

Lovely service from the staff, especially appreciated Andy for his helpful and humourous demeanour! The villa was wonderfully laid out and clean - had everything we needed for a lovely family night in. (:

Only gripe is - I wish the main living area could have been a little brighter as it gets really dark at night. We ended up using the light from the stovetop hood for extra illumination while we were having our dinner!

Great location to stay for the week.

Lots of facilities, but we’re not flexible with use. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed.

The restaurant was not as advertised online. Kids did not eat free and there were not any cocktails. We called before to ask to the be all together. Which they said we were. But when we got there we were not.

Excellent, thoroughly enjoyed with family and friends.

Clean, scenic, well appointed, private, and has full restaurant and bar facilities if you don't feel like going into town.

Outdoor street lighting at night could be a good addition.

Very basic accommodation for the price

Check in was easy

I didn’t realise it was more like a caravan park full of cabins and a fair way out of town so that was my fault. However the cabin was poorly decorated and outdated and unfortunately not very clean. Walls and ceiling covered in cobwebs and generally not well kept. It was quite expensive for what it was. More for families maybe. Restaurant not open the night we stayed.

Nice stay, great resot however rooms need a bit of update

The resort is excellent, sprawled over 66 acres, has got various facilities including heated swimming pool, a private spa (that you need to book), bikes that you can use to paddle around the spawling facility and is really fun for the kids and adults alike, two tennis courts, two gyms and various other facilities. The rooms themselves are quite spacious, beds are comfy. Overall it is functional for a short stay. The breakfast (we paid extra 25$ for it) is quite fulfilling and I will say is value for money (the coffee was good and barista made). The conditioner and shampoo provided was one of the best that we have used in a long time (and we have stayed in pretty high end hotels so we can vouch for it). We were thining to buy a few for our own use.

A bit pricey for what you get, the rooms as I said are functional but is a bit dated, the utensils provided are very basic, not much cooking amenities, there is only a heater and a cooler in the living room so the other rooms gets really cold in night, you can fight it off with the blanket, but when it gets really cold in July August it might be a struggle. It will be good if they can provide a blanket heater. Overall a bit of update on the rooms will help. And lastly the offer to join Club Wyndham seems a bit pushy, we did not go for it but it will be good to be notified of this before hand.

Second tome to stay at this resort

This is our second time at the resort We loved it and the location is very close to phillip island attraction The room was clean and friendly staff

We tried to book the spa but it was fully booked during our stay, so my kids was feeling sad because we like this spa from last time. Also on the last day the hit was not working and i informed the reception

Very uncomfortable beds. Windows were stuck open and it was freezing weather. Would have liked being able to close the windows. The pumps of toiletries products didn’t work in the bathrooms. Phone didn’t work in the room so we couldn’t call main reception which meant we had to drive there before their main phone lines opened and we missed booking facilities (such as spa time) as a result.

Lovely. Peaceful. Great vibe. Lots of birds and possums and even wallabies

It was a very roomy peaceful place for our family. We absolutely loved it and would love to come back again! These are photos of all the surrounding mini road trips we could do based from this property.

Perhaps a meal voucher for guests would be nice gesture, and would actually also encourage us to spend more at the restaurant.

We like that the place was so clean, organised, we had everything what we needed. The indoor swimming pool was clean and the water was warm.

Cosy getaway surrounded by nature and a stones throw from the shops

Surrounded by nature and wildlife. Beautiful walks and animals on the property. Plenty of parking and great facilities.

Couches in villas are comfy to 2-3 people. Uncomfortable to get a 4th person on there

Its a good place to stay for at least 2 nights so you can enjoy the facilities as well.

The staff were very friendly, the reception / restaurant area had a nice vibe to it. We were visiting in May so it wasn't too busy. The house was clean, kitchen and bathrooms well equipped, washing machine and dryer. Exactly what we were needing with 3 children. We would come back again!
