Really good value for money, with excellent breakfast.

Great, comfortable beds, nice perfect pillows, excellent location, though there isn’t many places to park the car. Nice water pressure in bathroom.

Hotel is very nice, but it looks a bit dated for 2021. Day curtains were a bit stained, but other than that - perfect accomodation.

Fantastic location, clean and friendly staff

The location is brilliant, makes it so easy to explore Gdańsk. The staff were friendly and very helpful, a few mishaps but these were rectified quickly. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a great stay, thank you!

The fitness centre was disappointing, it's very small and mostly consists of treadmills.

Great city and location. My worst hotel experince ever - and I have statyed in many hotels so I can really makie such a

Location was perfect

Staff was horrible. With except of food and drink manager, everyone else at the reception was simply horrible. From the way the hotel staff were dressed (not important) to the way they handled their quests. Zero customer care, sleepiness and ignorance. Mostly what was really bad is that the reception staff lied and never followed up to their commitments despite multiple requests and reminders about items that they could influence. They decided not to do it or they had zero customers care mindset or simply lied about what they were committing to do when taking to customers. After my stay I also recalled how they handled disrespectfully an elder woman on a wheelchair when I was checking in. With the hindsight i could clearly see it was horrible customer treatment. This was the worst hotel stay in my life. I don’t make such a statement easily but this time i really have to make it clear. I have traveled the world and I stayed in plenty of hotels around the world for work and pleasure. I have high expectations but I’m very reasonable as well. If you can try not to go to this hotel.

Tolle Lage … kein Parkplatz…nicht 5 nur 4 Sterne

Frühstück war gut (aber nicht billig … und es waren einfach zu viele Gäste gleichzeitig beim Frühstück und die Tische sind sehr klein ). Lage ist perfekt! Von dort kommt man überall zu Fuß hin und Danzig ist toll!

Unser Standard Doppelzimmer war sehr klein… Ich glaube wir haben ein besonders kleines erwischt. Es gab keine Parkmöglichkeiten direkt im oder nahe bei dem Hotel ( vielleicht mit Beziehungen?) Durch baustellenbedingte Einbahnstraßenregelung haben wir unser Hotel nicht mit dem Auto erreichen können. Deshalb haben wir versucht das Hotel anzurufen - niemand geht ran … Als wir (zu Fuß) sind angekommen sind wird lapidar ein 1 km entfernter öffentlicher Parkplatz angeboten.

Pobyt ok, jednak przecietny obywatel musi sobie sam załatwić"5 gwizdkę-parking" gdzieś na mieście.

Brak możliwości zaparkowania samochodu - wg informacji obsługi i brak propozycji załatwienia tej usługi przez obiekt "w ramach 5 gwiazdkowego hotelu" - co powinno być standardem. Strzeżone miejsce parkingowe - przy rezerwacji pobytu - odpowiedź -brak możliwości proszę dzwonić w dzień przyjazdu - rano w dzień przyjazdu -odpowiedź brak możliwości (bo może ktoś przedłuży pobyt) , przyjazd - informacja brak możliwości i tyle - martw się sam człowieku (może trzeba coś ....... ). Kolejny raz potwierdza się zasada , że 5 gwiazdek nad szyldem to nie wszystko- a szkoda, bo to jednak coś kosztuje.

Es könnte besser sein, Ausschilderung Garage miserabel

Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht sortiert, Unprofessionalität offensichtlich, wenig Tische, und viele sehr kleine, nur Kaffeeautomaten, kein frisch gebrühter Kaffee im 5 Sterne Restaurant, viele am buffet ungeordnet

Всё очень понравилось (кроме матраса). Завтрак хороший, гостиница приятная, расположение 10/10.

Всё хорошо.

Двуспальная кровать на которой матрас состоит из двух меньших матрасах сдвинутых вместе. Вид из окна на парковку, но это не критично.

Great location and amazing rooms!

Loved the location, super clean, very nice room! Great view as well!

Shower didn’t work but luckily we had 2 in our room. My heart broke for a new employee that made a mistake(she checked us out before charging for an hour bike rental and apparently it couldn’t be charged after)- the other employees had a pretty bad attitude towards her and the mistake that was made was going to be taken from her salary. We ware happy to compensate since we absolutely wouldn’t accept her salary being affected especially as a young individual just starting a new job and instead of getting the help you need when you’re new at work the colleagues wouldn’t support her and left her hanging when she asked “how can this be fixed”. And everything happening in front of us. The staff was overall helpful when we asked for help/recommendations!

Gorgeous hotel, perfect location

The hotel was gorgeous and in a perfect location, right around the corner from the old town. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a gorgeous premium room with plenty of space.

Our particular room was uncomfortably warm. We asked at reception if the air conditioning in our room could be fixed. We were told it is controlled centrally and not individually in each room. Staff informed us this was turned off at a particular time during the day. We were there at an unusually warm time for the time of year but it made the room uncomfortable to sleep in. I also found the pillows uncomfortable; they were too soft so ended up using towels underneath them to make them firmer.

Posizione eccezionale per un hotel che potrebbe avere più carattere e atmosfera

L'hotel occupa un edificio storico, completamente rifatto con l'eccezione della facciata, proprio sulla piazza principale del centro storico di Danzica. Le camere all'ultimo piano (executive), ristrutturate di recente, molto carine e dotate di ogni comfort. Cortesia e professionalità del personale.

La struttura ha l'atmosfera e gli arredi un po' datati (nelle parti comuni e nella gran parte delle camere) di un business hotel, un po' impersonale e poco glamour. A parte la camera appena ristrutturata, richiederebbe un restyling. Un po' deludente come 5 stelle.

Wspaniałe miejsce o najwyższym standardzie!

To był bardzo krótki, nagły pobyt, ale to było najlepsze doświadczenie hotelowe w życiu! Cudowna obsługa w recepcji, rewelacyjne udogodnienie ze strony hotelu, sam pokój w najwyższym standardzie! Z przyjemnością skorzystam jeszcze z noclegu, mimo, że jestem z Gdańska. Dziękuję!

Fantastische ligging op het marktplein in de oude stad. Kleine bar met pool tafel. Gratis water en koekjes in de receptie

De waterkoker stond in de kast, daar kwamen we de laatste dag pas achter. Beetje stomme plek want de Nespresso machine stond in de kamer.

A very unpleasant end to the vacation.

The hotel offers a taxi service to the airport. Be prepared that before you arrive at the airport, the taxi driver will demand a much higher price. The taxi driver will not give your things, he will shout! And the hotel will not answer the call.

Gera lokacinė vieta,viešbutis švarus ir ramus

Per daug nesusipratimų nuo pat pirmo įėjimo į kambarį. Visų pirma kambarys buvo šaltas kondicionierius net ir nustačius aukščiausią temperatūrą pūtė šaltą vėją. Pasakius tai registratūros darbuotojai ji neatsiprašė,o iš pūtusi akis liepė laukti. Pralaukus pora valandų situacija kambaryje nepasikeitė,tik tada pakeitė į kitą kambarį. Tada antros viešnagės rytas taip pat buvo nemalonus,nes atėjus pusryčiauti buvome sustabdyti ir pasakė jog sumokėta tik viemas suaugęs ir vienas vaikas,nors apmokėta buvo už tris žmones ir prieš tai dieną jokių problemų nebuvo. Tai tikrai nemaloni patirtis. Tai ne pirmas Radison viešbutis,kuriame apsistojame,bet tik šiame turėjome tiek nemalonios patirties

Отличный отель, немного устранить мелкие неполадки в номере

Очень вежливый персонал, приятная атмосфера в целом в отеле, несмотря на то, что СПА маленький и работал с 15:00 до 23:00, можно было забронировать и придти в любое время. Очень удобное месторасположение -старый город, но при этом тихо в самом отеле.

Маленький СПА, нет бассейна, есть небольшие не сильно важные неполадки-оторванный крючок, упала в ванной подставка…
