Apartament sam w sobie był bardzo ładny ale kontakt z obsługą jest TRAGICZNY

Ten pobyt to była masakra nic mi się nie podobało

Zarządzający to tragedia żeby w ogóle otrzymać kod do skrytki gdzie znajdowały się klucze do apartamentu trzeba było dzwonić 30 razy do biura a kod dostałem po czasie więc musiałem iść do restauracji żeby przeczekać , parking to udręka po przyjedzie dopiero dowiedziałem się że mój samochód jest za duży a jest to zwykły osobowy 5 osobowy suv , w recepcji powiedzieli mi że przez zarządców są mylnie wysyłane maile( dostałem takiego maila 30 minut przed przyjazdem )gdzie nie do końca jest wytłumaczone jak parkować na platformie i ludzie mieli przez to totalnie skasowane nowe auta co i mnie prawie dotknęło , kontakt z obiektem jest bardzo trudny i szczerze jeśli nie chcecie sobie popsuć urlopu nie polecam lepiej wybrać inną ofertę

Spacious open plan modern apartment with a great view over the river. The apartment was nicely furnished, and the facilities were amazing. It was great to come back to a sauna and the pool after a long day exploring.

Unfortunately a lot! Here is a summary list: - Strong bad smell of cleaning products when arrived to cover up urine smell - Smell of urine coming from bathroom for the rest of the stay - Broken lights in bathroom - Broken buttons on the washing machine - No washing machine provisions - Broken shower in bathroom (fixed shower head spraying water outside the cabin) - Scratched headboard in bedroom - Minimal tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper - Bare minimum cooking items (pans and utensils etc) - One key card not working - Rude member of staff working at SPA/pool (not speaking a word of English) - Poor standard overall… especially annoying when paying premium for access to SPA/pool (also open in limited hours during the day!) When rising number of issues to the reception, starting with a persisting smell of urine coming from the toilet, we’re told that service needs to come and ‘confirm’ the smell. We’ve asked specifically not to just send cleaners and cover everything with chemicals again as we had with us a little baby. Shouldn’t be surprising that this is exactly what they did - sent two women (not speaking English) who covered everything with strong chemicals, so we had to leave the house for a couple of hours. In return, we were offered an apartment twice as small with no bath or washing machine which we wanted for the little baby. When we called this out and called that a joke, there was no more actions taken for the rest of our stay. We were trying to look for a positives, but all that experience was topped up with rather cold and arrogant people living all around the building, and a Saturday party in the flat next to us.

Świetna lokalizacja, apartament duży i przestronny, z pieknym widokiem. Polecam!!!

Bardzo dobry kontakt z paniami obsługującymi obiekt. Miejsce świetne na rodzinny wyjazd. Apartament duży, czysty, z pięknym widokiem. Miejsce parkingowe i dostęp do basenu w cenie apartamentu to ogromny plus! Sam basen i sauna - rewelacja! Wszystko nam się podobało!

Idealna baza wypadowa na zwiedzenie Trójmiasta

Lokalizacja. Blisko centrum. Wszędzie mogliśmy dojść pieszo. Czyste i dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie. Ciśnienie wody w łazience marzenie😁

Z niewiadomych powodów po 2 dniach zaczęło śmierdzieć w łazience, a dokładnie z odpływu prysznica. No i na basen ciężko było się dostać.

Krótki wypoczynek

Apartament czysty, ładnie urządzony. Znajduje się blisko Starówki, więc dla nas lokalizacja idealna. Posiadał wszelkie niezbędne sprzęty, podziemny parking. Dopełnieniem był basen z saunami w tym samym budynku.

Brak możliwości kontaktu z biurem obsługi klienta( bardzo ciężko się było dodzwonić do kogokolwiek), brak informacji o braku możliwości skorzystania z bezpłatnego parkingu dla aut z gazem i dla aut o wysokości 1,9, brak informacji o ograniczeniu wejścia na basen do 20 osób, brak możliwości dodzwonienia się w celu uzgodnienia godziny przyjazdu, brak JAWNEJ informacji o pobraniu kaucji w wysokości 1000 zł co jest prawie taką samą kwotą co cały koszt noclegu, oczekiwanie o segregacji śmieci bez dodatkowych worków na śmieci. Miejsce było bardzo ładne, ale organizacja i obsługa klienta - poniżej zera. Nikomu nie polecę tego miejsca.

Coasting on a good location

Location was great. Beds were OK.

Parking only for cars under 150cm tall was not disclosed up front. I ended up having to pay for parking because I have a small SUV. Generally the flat was dirty and in disrepair. Walls were paper thin and we could hear all the neighbors and their kids. The hallway and elevator smelled terribly like a pool (like almost hard to breathe there was so much chlorine smell).

The location is indeed in the heart of the old city so probably not a good idea to go there by car.

1. Beware, free parking is in an underground parking lot and it only fits small and light cars. Forget MPVs, SUVs etc. They will not fit and you can damage your car. Instructions are obscure. 2. Instructions to get to the apartment, how to get keys and how to park are only sent once you call. Consider calling ahead of time to get instructions.

The apartment is modern with a nice lounge/dining/kitchen area. There is a designated patio area.

The bedrooms are small and only one has a window. Neither of the bathrooms have a window. There is no air conditioning and the bedrooms were stifling so it was hard for any of us to sleep at night. There are ceiling fans but these make little difference. Each bedroom has a glass floor to ceiling wall onto the landing, but the curtains provided aren’t sufficient to cover them, so privacy is compromised. There is no armchair in the lounge and the sofa realistically seats a maximum of 5 so one person had to sit on a dining chair or the pouffe. We were issued with one apartment door key and three tags which only allowed us access to the communal hallways , this caused issues when we came back separately as only the person with the key could get into our room. You need a tag each to get into the pool so, as there were six of us, we couldn’t all go swimming together. Lastly, if you have young children beware of the glass sided staircase which even had one low panel missing.

Location, Parking, Pet-Friendly, Lots of Space - and a Full Kitchen, Too!

We loved all the space, balcony views, location, and access to a full kitchen. We also appreciated having parking in the garage. We brought our lil’ pupper with us, too. So, we enjoyed having a pet-friendly apartment while in Gdańsk.

Only one thing let us down , We should have a car park for our car but the car park was not usable to small in the rotation lifts. There’s no information about that before booking?

Would not stay here again for the reasons mentioned.

Layout of bedrooms was convenient and location is good if you like to be close to the town center.

VERY noisy at night. There were some drunks having loud conversations at the tables below the apartment 2 nights in a row between 2am and 4am. Made sleeping impossible because we had to keep the windows open due to the heat and there being no A/C. The pull out bed in the living room was broken as were the lights in the master bathroom (they would come on for 15-30 seconds and then shut off). The apartment is showing it’s age and has a smell to it, like someone sprayed cleaning agents to cover up a bad smell. To be fair, we were probably spoiled by the first place we stayed in Gdańsk, which was also in the city center but in a new building, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, had A/C, and was cheaper than this place.

Loved staying in the apartment, had a great time! Definitely coming back!

Great Location , close to downtown. All restaurants in walking distance. Apartment was clean and very comfortable for our family! Kids loved it!

All the tv upstairs didn’t work, The person who gave us the keys could have been more welcoming and smile more!

The location was good

There was a sink hole in the middle of the foyer. The chair was broken on the patio. Both things were very unsafe. I contacted the host to just be told that they had a new floor coming. This was after I tripped on it. I had to lay a blanket on the floor so I wouldn’t step in it . As it was in the hallway towards the bedrooms.No safety measures or offer to refund or move us to a different room.the plastic chair in the patio was broken and when I messaged about this there was no response.

The apartments were exactly as we booked- amazing size and so clean. One of the apartments had a pool table, the lads loved this. The location is perfect. Very good value for money.

Checking in wasn't the easiest as we arrived at 9pm. Had to go to garage and get keys and then try find all the apartments as we had booked 6 apartments.
