Amazing vacation

I stayed at the premium apartment in third floor, which was very clean and the sea view was amazing, also had a great pool to cool off and get some sun! Elena was very nice in the reception and helped a lot.

It's a bit of a walk to the beach and the restaurants and you need a taxi to get to the city center.

Perfect destination down south with the pool and beach view.

The view is surreal. It might seem like a bit far from the beach but in actual it’s about 3 mins by car. The staff are really friendly and helpful, offering good recommendations for tourists. The cleaning staff is very prompt and ensure that the room is cleaned thoroughly. The outdoor area to chill by the pool is beautiful. On the whole it’s a perfect stay for a couple.

Nothing much to complain about. But the cleaning spray or room freshener is a but too strong and it takes a good time for the smell to go, which can be irritating for some. Would recommend to tone it down. Overall a perfect stay with the best view and very friendly staff.

Pleasant stay

Good location and not far of a walk to the beach (if you don’t mind the hill!) nice views from the apartment. Staff were very nice and accommodating.

Pool bar and restaurant were not open for the majority of the stay. No breakfast offered/available. (Small shop available on the property but it is pricey)

Dream holiday destination!

Our family was impressed by a very warm welcoming from receptionists on arrival and later, any time when you have a question. Ana and Anastasia were exceptionally nice and very helpful to address our family questions! In addition, we would like to special thank Anastasia for prompt help to address an issue with air conditioning in our room. The sunny and panoramic views from the room terrace are fantastic! The pool is not deep and large, the sun beds are always available for residents. The bar location is very comfortable with a nice panoramic view and a very friendly Jordan who is always there to serve a tasty drink and keep you smile! Availability of late checkout was crucial to maintain our quality time before leaving for the late evening flight. The cleaning stuff, Ana and Rosalia, were very polite and they did a very good job to keep the room clean and fresh, including kitchen, beds and toilet/toiletries, and terrace too. Thank you so much for comfortable and relaxing atmosphere!

I would 100% recommend this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and it was extremely clean

I stayed at Serenity Amadores with my partner for 9 days and 100% recommend this hotel to anyone. It was extremely clean and the location was perfect. It was about a 15/20 minute walk to Europa Centre, 10 minutes from the beach and about €8 for taxi to Puerto Rico shopping centre. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, a special thank you to Jordan who made fantastic cocktails and was extremely friendly and helpful as he recommended good night life in the area for me and my partner. Ana on reception was particularly attentive and very friendly and helped me to improve my Spanish, she always greeted us with a huge smile. The staff were very friendly here and made our experience even more enjoyable. We stayed in the top level rooms and it was perfect. The bed was extremely comfy and we had everything we could possibly need such as kettle, air conditioning, huge balcony, huge tv, huge bathroom etc. the room was extremely spacious and was cleaned to perfection everyday by Rosalia. I loved the small attention to detail that this hotel had such as giving a yellow towel for the pool as well as two towels each for shower and an extra towel. The towels were changed every two days and the room and hotel was extremely clean. I felt extremely safer staying in this hotel as the gates locked at 10pm and you needed a room key to access the reception. They had a shower room and somewhere to leave bags after check out so you can stay go down to pool and shower before your flight. The pool was perfect and quiet so easy to relax and very enjoyable. There was plenty of sun loungers and there was a sign that said you can’t reserve them with your towels but we never had any difficulty in securing two even in the afternoon at 1pm. There was always sun umbrellas around the pool which was lovely. I would recommend this hotel to young/ older couples. Again a huge thank you to Jordan and Ana who were extremely friendly and made our holiday so special :)

Our stay was perfect, quiet and relaxing with stunning views and friendly staff.

This was our 4th time staying at the Serenity hotel we love it. The hotel is immaculate, the staff are great they are friendly and do everything they can to make your stay perfect. The rooms are lovely, well equipped and the views are stunning.

I can't fault the hotel I like everything about it. If anything could be better then maybe the snack bar could have more choices of food readily available. This did not disappoint or spoil the holiday.

A wonderful holiday, in a great hotel with fantastic staff.

Staff are fantastic, it is spotlessly clean and the views are amazing. There's a very well equipped kitchenette in the room, which is very handy. Bathrooms are huge, as is the TV. Amadores beach is a 15-20 minute walk down a steep hill but it is well worth it. Beautiful sand and clean water. It is has the feel of a much more upmarket resort than Puerto Rico.

Beds are very firm, especially the fold out bed, and the nice little outdoor bar, which opened part way through our stay, closed at 5pm. Maybe it stays open later at peak times. Minor faults as the handy on-site shop sells a good range of beers and wine.

We loved the fact that this was a small complex, not overcrowded and plenty of space around the pool for lounging. Superb location and our top floor appartment offered the most amazing views across Amadores beach and beyond. Appartment was a great size, extremely well equipped with so many appliances for a luxury stay. Very clean throughought the whole complex. The staff were delightful and the small on-site shop offered a good selection of grocery items. As it's at the very top of the mountain it's quite a steep walk, but taxis are plentiful.

Amazing views, rooms where incredible, staff where brilliant, can’t fault the place

The property was stunning and the views where just incredible, the whole place has a really nice vibe and is so relaxing. The staff are brilliant and so helpful. The balcony is massive compared to what you normally get in other apartments. Facilities where amazing, on site bar and shop and you can order pizza from to your room in the evening if you don’t feel like going out because the hotel have a link with them.

Nothing to do with the property but the location can be a bit tricky if you don’t have a car and taxis aren’t cheap (€5) to get to the bottom of the hill, it’s fine walking down but can be abit of a hike coming back up. But the views from the top are unbeatable so worth the walk, would recommend hiring a car if possible.

Amazing experience in this luxurious hotel.

Stay on 1st floor was quite big and nice decorated. Terrace with view to pool is amazing. Community pool also very nice and views to Amadores beach. We had car, so in 2-3 mins you are in near SPAR market or beach. Even if you want to go to Puerto Rico you can use top road.

Outside Jacuzzi is not serious, it's mostly small pool for small children. One shower didn't work on pool area.

Superb

The view is just amazing. It was the reason I chose this place and it exceeded my expectations on that regard. The apartment is huge and modern with a big balcony. Everything is as in the pictures. The pools' location is awesome. The bread delivery is great.

The kitchen could be better equipped since there is no restaurant or breakfast option. It's barely enough for simple meals. Also complimentery basic seasoning would be great. The light on the balcony came on around 21:45 and can't be turned off. It's really bothersome and had to sleep with the shade closed. The wifi was not good: had to type in a 6 digit code if I didn't use my phone for a couple of hours.
