The location is excellent and I have stayed here before, for that reason. I always arrive by train and the station is directly opposite the hotel. Also, they have added the security of lockers for stored luggage, which is a nice idea.

Location is great, it is right next to the train station. Even if the hotel next to the train station area is very quiet and safe.
Many thanks to Gabriella, she navigated us and told about all interesting places.
Unfortunately we had broken shower, not a big deal but it was an only negative moment within the hotel

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast had a decent selection. The location is perfect, just across the street from the train station and only a 10 minutes walk to central Strasbourg.
Despite the few positive aspects above, this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel. Even if you select to pay directly upon arrival, the hotel does a pre-authorization check of your card in advance. My first card did not go through for some reason, and I immediately responded to their message explaining that I had changed my card and to please let me know in advance if there were any issues. I did not hear anything further from them and my reservation remained confirmed even up until the morning of my arrival. The hotel then decided to try the second card at 12pm on the day of my arrival - while I was on the airplane! When I immediately called them to tell them that I was arriving from the airport, I was told that my room had already been canceled and there were no more rooms available; apparently they had a waiting list of people and one person was already offered my room as soon as they canceled my reservation. For the inconvenience, I was offered to stay in a room that was not nearby to this hotel. Unfortunately, this was not an acceptable solution for me because I was on a work trip with 4 other coworkers staying in this hotel, and on top of it, I am pregnant and did not need the added stress of this entire situation. I have never stayed at any place where their administration waits until the day of a person's arrival to check a card and cancel the reservation. If they had made the second attempt in advance, when I promptly changed my card and notified them of this, then I would have been more than happy to provide my husband's card or a coworker's card to ensure the reservation was not canceled. After expressing my discontent at the situation in person, they suddenly found me an available room 1 hour later. As happy as I was to not have to go somewhere else, this was honestly the most stressful and unbelievable experience and should never happen to anyone, pregnant or otherwise. Need to improve your administration skills!

WOW! What a wonderful establishment. We had the expected 200m walk from the station and met an exceptional receptionist Gabriel who was able to expertly convey so much information about the hotel and the town. I can't compliment her enough. Without even asking, Gabriel found us another room as we arrived early and this was an upgrade to an spectacularly huge room. This is the company's policy I found out later. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff here, who had been really well trained in superb customer service. This extended also to the staff in the breakfast resturant (the food was really tasty and plentiful and replenished right up until the end of service. Would love to return to Strasburg and stay here again.

Elegimos este hotel por su cercanía a la estación central de Estrasburgo (que está justo enfrente) y por el precio, que incluía el desayuno. Caminando, en un paseo de un cuarto de hora más o menos, se llega al centro histórico de la ciudad con facilidad. Cerca del hotel hay restaurantes y comercios. La atención del personal fue muy correcta y agradable y agradecimos que las chicas que nos atendieron hablaran español. La habitación era cómoda aunque sin mucho atractivo (necesitaría ser renovada; en el hotel, en este momento -marzo de 2024-, se están renovando las habitaciones, según pudimos ver). Había caja fuerte en la habitación sin coste adicional. El desayuno, el habitual en los hoteles.
Aunque solo utilizamos el hotel para ir a dormir, hubiéramos agradecido que la habitación ofreciera un aspecto más acogedor para hacer honor al nombre del hotel.

Location is extremely convenient, just a few steps away from the Gare and at a walking distance from most touristic attractions. The bedrooms are comfortable and clean, and breakfast has plenty of options. The staff is very corteous.
If the curtins are closed the bedroom gets a little too dark, since the lamps are not very bright. Also, it would have been nice to have a mini fridge.

Un bruit à 5H30 du matin en continue. Nous étions au 2ème étage et le bruit venait des étages supérieur. On aurait vraiment dit qu’un TGV passait au dessus de nous de 5H30 jusqu’à notre départ à 7H30.

The location was excellent. A very short walk from the train station and a very easy walk into the town. This hotel had the most comfortable beds and pillows we have encountered on our trip. The breakfast was simple but delicious.

The hotel was gracious enough to grant our request for a room in an upper floor with a view. We were not only given a room in the top most floor but a room with an outstanding view of the Strasbourg Central Station.
The buffet breakfast we had was also very satisfying with unlimited croissants and various breads to choose from, fruits and drinks.
Just like most hotels we booked for this summer tour, it would have been nice (on a personal hygiene preference) if the toilets had bidet or water spray.

First and foremost, the room provided to me was spacious and comfortable. The large windows in the room provided a lovely view, adding to the overall appeal. One aspect that truly stood out was the warm and friendly staff. The hotel staff was always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my visit. The highlight of each morning was the excellent breakfast offered at the hotel. The spread was diverse and high quality, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. From a delectable selection of pastries to freshly brewed coffee, the breakfast was a perfect way to kickstart each day.
