Pas digne d’un 4*

L’emplacement

L’hôtel mérite un bon rafraîchissement au niveau des équipements notamment de la télé qui n’est pas reliée à internet donc pas de possibilité de regarder Netflix, les équipements aux alentours de la piscine qui ne sont même pas dignes d’un taudis c’est honteux franchement ! La moquette dans les chambres ! Non c’est passé de mode et le personnel n’est pas très chaleureux on a l’impression de déranger. Je venais d’un hôtel 3* du groupe Accor également et je m’y suis sentie beaucoup mieux ! Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel , à ce prix là c’est abusé !

Great staff , they were all fantastic from reception to bar and restaurant. They made us feel welcome

Well kept and very welcoming on entering the property with good decor . Whilst the location is out of town the Tram stopping practically outside the front door is fantastic !!! We loved it and used it every day.

No balconies, pool area and bit small , with a pool depth at one end that is total not required 2.5 metres ! Lots of people with children . 1 m to 1.5 at the deepest would be more appropriate and a very easy fix off season. Whilst we enjoyed breakfast there was no change to to the buffet any morning. Always the same buffet no new surprises .

Mss de ligging omdat de tram vlakbij is. En de bedden zijn goed.

Ongezellig, het zwembad ligt op het eerste verdiep, daarvoor moet je door de congreszalen, het is klein. Alles is onpersoonlijk. Op onze eindrekening werd 75 euro te veel gevraagd, we hebben dat betaald en moeten nu 2 a 3 weken wachten tegen dat we ons geld terugkrijgen.

Mainly Hit but a Few Misses!

We stayed here for 3 nights during a heatwave, to visit the Olympic Games football at Stade de Bordeaux. Rooms are comfortable, Pool area is nice. It is in a great location for the C Tram into the City and is only 10 mins walk from the Stadium. There is a supermarket and retail zone one Tram stop away, with fast food outlets, boulangerie, etc.

Weak air-conditioning in the room, even when turned to max it still wasn't effective enough. Also, our TV stopped working on day 2 and wasn't fixed during our stay. This was very annoying as we wanted to watch the Olympics!!! Nearby restaurant options are limited and Hotel breakfast is crazy expensive!

C’était super.

Tout était très bien sans parler du petit déjeuner qui est exceptionnel.

À mon arriver dans la chambre tout était top, à part une vrai trace dans la douche de je ne sais pas quoi (je pense du shampoing) sur les carreaux.

Nice lobby and staff on reception v professional

Hôtel très à l’écoute

À notre arrivée l’accueil du personnel a été formidable en effet étant en fauteuil roulant (j’avais omis de le préciser lors de ma réservation) ils ont été super compréhensif, ils on mis à ma disposition un fauteuil percé pour la douche et nous avons eu une chambre PMR avec vue lac. Vraiment adorable!

J’ai trouvé étonnant que pour ce genre d’établissement nous n’ayons pas à disposition de nécessaire « de toilettes » (coton tige, lime à ongle, kit de couture)

The beds are very good

Every sign is in French. Opening hours of the restaurant for lunch is too short. Breakfast is typically French. Boiled eggs not decent available. Fried eggs not available. Only French cheese available. Molt in the bathroom. Overall a poor performance.

No meals available. Nothing to tell us their fabulous restaurant was closed on a Sunday! Told to order from room service but only drinks available, not food. Receptionist was not very welcoming. No help offered with luggage. Large deposit held against credit card

Peace and comfort on edge of the city

Peace and quiet as the road that runs past hotel road is not busy. Hotel is carpeted so no echoing footsteps above you or outside in corridor. Pleasant and helpful staff. The room was very clean and comfortable with a lovely lake view. Good shower and decent soaps etc. Excellent selection of comfortable pillows for great sleep and good AirCon. Good choice at breakfast and nice outside terrace to sit. Good coffee. Enjoyed the pool, which is a decent size and deep enough to dive in. Tram stop right outside the door. Grimbergen beer on draft is a plus!

The area round the pool could do with more attention to cleanliness and the pool bar was a bit hit or miss. It is maybe a bit far out from city but tram is so close-by that that is a very minor inconvenience.

HOTEL TRANQUILO CON VISTAS AL LAGO

Nos gustó mucho la decoración del hotel. La habitación era muy grande y con vistas al lago. Está muy bien comunicado y es perfecto para viajar en coche. Hotel muy tranquilo. Seguro que repetiremos en nuestro próximo viaje. El servicio del restaurante durante el desayuno fue excelente.

I do not recommend this hotel.

This hotel has a mall-functioning HVAC system affecting the whole hotel and its venues (rooms, reception, meeting facilities etc). During our initial day the outdoor temps was around 30-32 degrees, with these temperatures the HVAC system did not copy to cool the air and circulate an acceptable indoor temperature. The first night we had to sleep with a fully open window trying to get some circulation in the room. The initial night was with one word terrible. Second and third night, the outdoor temps dropped to 20-22 degrees, and after some time this made a big difference for the indoor air quality. Making the remaining nights acceptable from an air quality point of view. Further, the cleanliness in the common areas and restaurant is not acceptable for this level and price. Neither the breakfast, which had a very basic level. The staff was supportive, and we got a discount offered to cover the terrible experience of the first night. I got the impression we were not the only guest that had a problem, and the failing HVAC was a know issue. // Par

Was a bit far out from the city centre. The hotel has 3 lifts but only 1 was working.
