Ein schönes Hotel

Aus der sehr beengten Tiefgarage war die Rezeption direkt nur über die Treppe oder sehr umständlich mit dem Lift zu erreichen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich. Das Zimmer war gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker.

Sadece konumu stada yakın oluşu.

Çalışanlar ilgisiz ve suratsız.Sorularınızın cevabını çok zor alıyorsunuz.Odalar temiz değil Havlular yetersiz.Banyo ilkel.3 kişi 2 oda 1 gece konaklama 1500 € ödedik. Booking’e inancım sarsıldı.

Great stay!

The facilites were great! It is super close to the concert venue Westfallenhalle, which is why I chose it. Very accessible to public transit though. The staff is also very accommodating and friendly. I would say definitely book in advance if there are any events around because the rates change significantly.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung - aber sehr negativ war die Anreisesituation und auch die Parksituation.

Frühstücksbuffet war der Hotelkategorie angepaßt

Die Parksituation um das Hotel ist eine Katastrophe. Ich habe Glück gehabt und den letzten Parkplatz in der Hoteltiefgarage bekommen. Die Parkbuchten in der Hotelgarage sind jedoch von der Größe her ein Problem, da die modernen Autos breiter sind als zum Zeitpunkt des Baus der Tiefgarage. Für die vielen Zimmer ist die Parksituation für die Gäste ein Riesenproblem. Ich wußte bei der Anreise nicht, dass die Zufahrt zum Hotel wegen einer Baustelle gesperrt war und mußte mir - nach einer langen Irrfahrt durch Dortmund ein Taxi ordern, dass dann vor mir herfuhr und mir den Weg zum Hotel zeigte. Das sollte man den Gästen, die ja in der Regel von auswärts kommen, vorher kommunizieren. Darüber habe ich mich sehr geärgert.

Top Lage für einen Stadionbesuch oder Veranstaltung in den Westfalenhallen. Tiefgarage 👍 Nettes Personal, geräumiges Zimmer.

Badewanne statt Dusche ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß Kopfteil vom Bett leider abgenutzt

Es ist alles gut nur das Zimmer hätte sauperer sein lagen noch Fussnägel auf dem Bodem.

Solides Stadthotel mit guter Anbindung an die AB als auch den öffentlichen Nahverkehr Dortmund.

Große helle Zimmer mit guter Schalldämmung der Fenster, genug Ablagefläche im Zimmer und Bad, Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank, Stilles Wasser für 2 Personen

Für Teetrinker wäre ein Wasserkocher günstiger auf dem Zimmer zumal der Samowar und die automatische Kaffeemaschine im Eingangsbereich nicht in Betrieb war. Das kleine Frühstück an der Kaffeemaschine gab es nicht mehr, obwohl auf der Internetseite ausgewiesen. Das war gegenüber dem Juli 2023 sehr bedauerlich.

L'emplacement est top.

Cornet de douche qui ne fonctionnait pas ! Idem pour le bouchon de la baignoire... De plus celle-ci était bouchée ! Chaufrette cassée... Moquette sale Lit double séparé en deux matelas... Tout ça dans une "chambre supérieure" LOL Je ne viendrai plus.

Sehr gutes Hotel in Messenähe. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal zuvorkommend. Die Austattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es könnte renoviert werden. Jedoch war der Aufenthalt zusammenfassend sehr gut und hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen.

Damn miserable

I booked a room in Dortmund near the Westfalenhallen because I was going with a friend to see Iron Maiden. They offered a room with twin beds, I booked a room with twin beds. After booking, they sent me an email said they could not guarantee a room with twin beds. Ok, so I contacted them beforehand, and asked if it was possible to get the twin beds, and the reply was that they had acknowledge my request. I wrongly assumed this meant yes, but when I arrived they said it wasn't possible. I even specified that I was traveling with a friend, not my partner/spouse. If they had been honest, I would have cancelled my reservation and gone somewhere else, it may have been late to get a place near the area but I would have had something in Dortmund with twin beds for the same money. They were dishonest and the night was very uncomfortable.

The hotel is in a perfect location. It is ideally situated for visiting Borussia Dortmund.

The room was clean and tidy. However, it did feel a little tired and in need of updating, particularly the bathroom.
