Der Aufenthalt war angenehm und das Hotel sehr ruhig.

Die Lage war sehr gut, zentral und doch ruhig, in der nahen Umgebung Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf und Gastronomie für den kleinen/ großen Hunger. Das Personal am Empfang sehr zuvorkommend. Hauseigene Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden.

In der Kürze des Aufenthalts ist uns nichts aufgefallen.

Das Hotel und seine Einrichtungen entsprachen ziemlich genau der Beschreibung.

Leider konnte beim Frühstück niemand Auskunft über die enthaltenen Allergene, z.B. in den Brötchen, geben. Allerdings wurden Alternativen gesucht und schließlich auch gefunden.

Disappointingly poor service and attention to hospitality

Fairly centrally located and close to a neighbourhood with a lot of liveliness… the design and atmosphere in the room is nice.

A lot was and went wrong. Assigned a single room means missing the towel and duvet for two, not a nice surprise at 11PM. No soap and shampoo (just not refilled), a shower that can’t be tinier than it it, that goes from cold to too hot. The windows are poorly isolated for sound and one night there was a bus with a running engine standing at least an hour below the window, another morning a very noisy group chatting from 7.30AM outside before their bus left. After cleaning the room, the coffee wasn’t refilled, and there is no fridge in the room. Notifying the staff about the things that were not as expected, lead to a solution but an apology appeared to be too much to give.

The room was lacking basic amenities like a refrigerator and water. The air conditioning also did not work properly, making the room uncomfortable. The first night's stay was not a pleasant experience at all. However, upon complaining, the hotel did offer to change our room, which was appreciated. i

Wie schon erwähnt, alles im grünen Bereich.

Alles im grünen Bereich. Wir würden wieder in dem Hotel übernachten. Lage, Personal und alles ringsherum war gut. Was soll man hier noch schreiben!? Man hat doch schon alles relevante vorher beantwortet. Es gibt keinen Grund zu meckern. ;-)

Alles in allem okay.

Die Lage. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Das Zimmer war nur für 1 Person hergerichtet. Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wie angekündigt auch nicht im Zweiten Zimmer da wir nach einer Nacht wegen eines Rohrbruches das Zimmer wechseln mussten.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Hannover

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Fußläufig zur U Bahn und ein kleiner Spaziergang zur Fußgängerzone. Parkplatz ebenfalls vorhanden. Personal sehr freundlich. Wir konnten sogar etwas früher unser Zimmer beziehen.

Outstanding hotel, would recommend.

This is a great hotel. The room was spacious and clean, the beds very comfortable. The downstairs area, with library / relaxing / work area and a nice bar were particularly nice and helped to create a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was outstanding, with very nice gluten free bread on demand and original options such as honeycomb and lovely fresh smoked salmon. The staff were helpful and accommodating of our special requests and the car park is particularly helpful. As a side note, would also strongly recommend the Ma'loa restaurant opposite for a light meal.

Even though our trip was short we absolutely enjoyed the stay. I would recommend this hotel!

This was an absolute 5 star stay!! The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a bar with a delicious cocktail selection and very competent bar man. The location is very central but not too busy and shops were near as well. Our hotel room was very clean and modern which made the stay even more exciting.

I sometimes miss a fridge in hotel rooms but maybe this something which is not done in more modern hotels.

Very comfortable accomodation for a city trip!

Everything met our expectations. Comfortable room, excellent breakfast buffet and - what I always appreciate - easy parking facilities.

More choices on the dinner menu. Choices are sufficient for two evenings, but if you stay more than two nights the options are limited.
