Einfach alles war sehr angenehm. Toller Ausblick , hervorragende Lage, grandioses Frühstück

Die Nähe zum Meer ist natürlich unschlagbar. für meine Mutter, die mit Rollator unterwegs ist, sind es einfach kurze Weg

Tolles Frühstück und ganz liebes Personal im Frühstücksbereich

Grundsätzlich kann man alles andere Rezeption erhalten. Nähset etc. ich wünsche mir grundsätzlich in einem Vier Sterne Haus z. B. eine Bodylotion im Bad. Wenn ich als Gast erst runterlaufen muss, um mir die Dinge zu besorgen, finde ich persönlich das nicht so gut. Bademantel sollten aufs Zimmer gebracht werden, sind aber leider nicht aufgetaucht. Auf der Endrechnung dann allerdings schon. Bei uns im Zimmer hat ein Telefon gefehlt. Wenn ich als Gast gefragt werde, wie mein Aufenthalt war, dann würde ich erwarten, dass man mich dabei ansieht und nicht den Blick starr auf dem Computerbildschirm hat. Gleiches passierte, als man mir eine gute Heimreise wünschte. Alles in allem sicherlich nur Kleinigkeiten, die aber einen großen Unterschied machen .

Facilities list not correct

The hotel is very nice - room was spacious, clean and looked nice. Breakfast buffet had all you needed, not the biggest but well sorted with good selection

Double check that the facilities listed in Booking.com actually are available if important to you. I have a few selection criteria that is mandatory for me, which I use to filter results on. Room service is one of them - which is listed for this hotel but upon arrival it was clear that room service was not available at all. So even if a very nice hotel, I will most likely not stay again.

Brilliant place to visit during the autumn

Very good experience with the service desk - the friendliest with a lot of smiles.

The first evening after traveling we went to the Italian restaurant on the ground floor, but sadly the waiter must have had a terrible day, which easily got us to decide to leave and never try again.

Spacious, excellent spa, pleasant receptionist.

Pizza restaurant wasn't great. Pizza was burned and service was slow. Hardly any guests there. . Packed lunch was ordered as I had to leave the hotel before breakfast. It was not there for collection in the morning, must have been a communication problem. First World Problem. Overall fairly pricey.

Great location with the direct beach view. Hotel has many facilities, great pool, sauna ans wellness space. Breakfast buffet is very rich.

Never again!

Breakfast was OK, situation close to the beach was good.

Having a hotel where you ask €300+ one could expect aircondition since the rroms are faced towards sun all day. Staff was very sharp in conversation, it was like "please stand in line and wait for me to talk to you!" No service feeling at all! We were given a time slot (7.30-8.30) for breakfast, again not what I expect for a €300+ hotel.

The breakfast was nice with a big selection. The sea view from the balcony is great.

The room is very basic and for the price we paid we expect more. There was no tea or coffee in the room. For the paid price we expected to have at least a Nesspresso coffee machine. Additionally, the table and some other surfaces were covered with something that looked like dandruff or dry pieces of skin. It was really disgusting and we had to clean it with a disinfection solution. All in all the room and the hotel were not bad but way overpriced!

Not a good stay. No coming back!

Good buffet breakfast. It was well organised. You pointed at the dishes you wanted and staff.put it on a plate for you. Excellent during the Covid-19 pandemic. Pizzeria and bar were also good.

Super unconfortable beds, bad bedlinen, no sea view despite high price, expensive garage half a mile.from hotel entrance and reception. No help with luggage! Despite being a "Spa" hotel, euros 5 charged for a bathrobe of basic quality and to be picked up at reception, manned by ONE person! Then arriving in the Spa, sauna not in use (no info about this at reception!!!). Pool full of screaming kids, as there was an apartment hotel linked to the hotel. Despite going straight back to reception without having used the "facilities" no refund for the bathrobe. In the tiny shower room in our room there was no shower gel. Heating was on in the room despite being approx. +25C outside. No air conditioning either. HOW CAN THIS BE A 4-STAR HOTEL?
