Excellent excellent excellent. Location, amenities and staff were amazing. Definitely coming back

Excellent location. Easy to get to all the restaurants and old city as well. Easy 5 minute walk from the train and bus station. Staff were very warm and friendly. Small touches like a box of chocolates added a little extra welcome to the stay! Definitely coming back here :)

Fantasric view, great location.

Our room and balcony had the perfect view on the beautiful church, historic Chapel bridge, and breathtaking snow covered mountains. The welcoming drinks were lovely. The barman was great to chat to and he offered a variety of quality drinks. He made as feel at home. Great coffee station in the room with quality. Fantastic location!

The room was on the small side.

Beautiful location snd hotel in the heart of the city

Beautiful views from the balcony of our room. The front desk staff was very helpful even with local attraction information.

It would be nice to have an easy small breakfast within the hotel, and not a buffet.

Lucerna é uma cidade com ladeiras, escadas e pequenos paralelepípedos e o hotel fica numa localização boa, porque é relativamente perto da estação de trem, no entanto, quando você está com malas qualquer distância é grande e o hotel fica numa localização onde não passa ônibus e um taxi custa 25CHF então considere como uma variável. O hotel fica a beira do lado, alguns quartos tem vista e sacada, no térreo tem um bar que tem drinks ótimos e fica de frente p lago, no check in ganhamos 2 drinks cortesia. O quarto é pequeno e estreito, mas cheios de mimos, amenidades de banheiro da Loccitane, chocolates e balas de caramelo de brindes e uma cartinha personalizada. A cama e roupa de cama são bem confortáveis, o café da manhã é bem caro e preferimos comer na rua. Achamos uma lojinha com itens ótimos chamada Bachman e tudo fresco com preço justo. Os funcionários são bem educados e prestativos O hotel fica perto de tudo a pé

It was perfect, and we would definitely return to Des Balances.

We had the Romantic Suite. It was very lovely, spacious and comfortable. It had the biggest balcony of all the rooms, with a spectacular view of the river. Location was the best! The restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast.

Wonderful hotel

Wonderful stay! The room was clean and very nice. Location was perfect, everything you would need within walking distance. Last, the hotel bar was the perfect place to end the night.

perfectly located hotel located directly in front of the chapel bridge , very close to train station and the old city . wonderful view to the river our room has a beautiful terrace looking to the river. rooms are a bit tiny , but clean and comfortable

- Good Location, nearby Lucern HB Train Station, you can see the wooden bridge from your balcony from your room. - The staff was nice. - They use good stuffs L'Occitane for shampoos and shower. - They let us use electric plug adaptor which is very helpful.

- We travelled with 2 big luggages, the hotel did not well informed to us , that it was able to take elevator from their Restuarant. - If you walk with luggages to hotel, it will be abif difficult as the street is not flat.
