Value does not reflect in the price

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was good and it was easy to get a bus to town. They had regular shuttles for the airport.

The pool did not feel heated and was quite cold. The air condition in my room never cooled the room down. It always felt uncomfortably warm, even after we called reception for instructions on how to set it. The tv in the bedroom is not smart - you cannot watch Netflix, YouTube, etc. you are limited to their tv channels.

la chambre est très agréable et le petit déjeuner vaut le détour Le personnel (sauf celui de l’accueil) est adorable et serviable . Le restaurant est aussi très bon (service en chambre)

le personnel à l’accueil n’est pas le plus accueillant du monde, on se sent regardé de haut et il préfère communiquer en anglais plutôt qu’en français. C’est dommage car tout le reste du personnel (de la femme de ménage, aux serveurs , au monsieur qui vous apporte ce qui vous manque en chambre ou le personnel de la piscine ) sont juste adorables et aux petits soins .

Chambre impeccable et silencieuse Petit déjeuner impeccable Navette vers l’aéroport très bien

L’accueil uniquement en langue anglaise a Genève et sans un sourire quand vous arrivez à 23h après de longues heures de voyage. Si la personne ne parle pas le français , un minimum d’amabilité est requis.

Ok if you need a hotel with your dog, but there are cheaper options with breakfast included nearby

Free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, very friendly shuttle driver!

Breakfast is around 35 USD per person! And we also have to pay city tax for each adult! Even though the hotel is outside of the city near the airport!

Magnifique.

Magnifique. Très propre. Proche de l'aéroport (5min.) et du centre ville (20min). Le personnel est agréable. Malgré le fait que l'hôtel est à côté de l'aéroport et l'autoroute, ont entend aucun bruit. Nous avions pourtant la fenêtre qui donnait sur la piste d'atterissage, mais on entendait rien. L'hôtel était au calme. Merci pour la gentille attention du personnel de nous avoir offert un snack à l'arrivée.

A l'arrivée, la personne à la réception ne parlait pas français, c'est dommage. Heureusement qu'on parlait anglais.

всё очень понравилось. не пришлось долго ждать шатл. понравилось что он бесплатный. еда была очень вкусная и номер комфортный и чистый

всё хорошо, я думаю. Жаль что сауна не рабоатет после 9 вечера и до 7 вечера

Bien sans plus, mon avant dernier séjour était bien par contre le côté 160 était vraiment très très minoritaire

Le site est très intéressant mais il faut que vous fassiez des travaux de peinture etc

Gimnàs gran i molt complet. Jacuzzi i piscina grans.

Coixins molt incòmodes. Matalassos antics poc comfortables. Personal de recepció no amable. Preu una mica car, especialment l’esmorzar. No molt aprop del centre.

Mil Gracias Mauro … sin duda repetiremos

Lo que quiero destacar es a “Mauro” quien nos ayudó en todo momento. La lámpara de la habitación estaba rota , el amablemente nos cambió de habitación a una mejor , el trato 10/10 . Sebastián muy amable y el servicio de transporte al aeropuerto ,puntual . Únicamente agradecerles por sus atenciones.

Todo estaba correcto ,no tengo nada negativo que decir

Nice hotel but lacks some essential facilities

Il n’y a pas de machine à café dans les chambres, malgré les indications sur internet. On m’a dit que je devais prendre une chambre de niveau supérieur pour avoir une machine à café. Compte tenu du prix déjà payé, j’ai trouvé ça anormal.

Quite big and spacious rooms, excellent indoor pool area. Diverse breakfast and cosy loby bar. Location adjacent to EXPO center.

Good location and facilities

Great location and connection by shuttle bus to Geneva International Airport. Facilities are good.

I forgot something in the room after we left the country. Hotel staff showed no interest in helping me locate the item and no one ever reached out to update me on what’s happening. Room service food was very poor and limited in choice.

Good location close to the airport. Easy to get into the centre of Geneva. Excellent facilities and extremely clean.

Great location next to the airport. Good sized room and everywhere was spotless. Fantastic breakfast. Staff were lovely and excellent facilities.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Nous avons apprécié la situation de l’hôtel, proximité avec les autoroutes , le fait d'avoir les transport en commun à disposition . Un très bon point. Le restaurant L'Olivio est une superbe table

Nous avons vraiment été déçu par le service au Bar . Délais d'attente pour la prise de commande très long alors qu'il n'y avait vraiment pas foule. La qualité des cocktail était plus que médiocre sur des grands classiques, que ce soit sur une Pinacolada ou un Cosmopolitan. Vraiment pas du tout à la hauteur !!!
