Gute Basis für Erkundung von Wien und Umgebung

Hotel ist sehr gut an den ÖPNV angebunden. Bus, Straßenbahn und S-Bahn-haltestellen in der Nähe, sodass das etwas außerhalb des Zentrums gelegene Hotel gut für die Erkundung Wiens als Basis dienen kann.

Zimmer sind sehr Hellhörig, bei entsprechenden Zimmernachbarn kann das störend sein. Teilweise leichter Renovierungsbedarf. In der Kitchenette fehlte mindestens ein Teller und zumindest ein Topf und oder Pfanne um auf den Herdplatten mal was warm machen zu können.

Wir kommen wieder

Nach einer längeren Reise durch den benachbarten Osten schätzt man, dass alle Zimmereinrichtungen auch tadellos funktionieren. Personal wie man es gerne überall hätte.

Das Bad war sauber, große Dusche. Frühstück war keine 19 Euro wert. Nichts Besonderes. Kaffee war gut. Relativ kleiner Frühstückraum. Buffett wurde immer gleich nachgefüllt. Frühstücksdamen sehr freundlich.

Sehr hellhörige Zimmer. Teppich im Zimmer sehr viele Flecken. Möbel sehr abgenutzt. Rezeptionspersonal spart etwas an Freundlichkeit, man könnte zumindest eine gute Heimreise wünschen....

Un “Retour vers le futur”, d’un voyage dans le temps et digne de « l’Extraordinaire voyage de Gulliver et Baron de Munch

En vérité, nous avons tout aimé. Tellement tout que c’est difficile de faire ressortir un aspect qu’un autre. Alors, je crois qu’avec sincérité, humblement et honnêtement, nous devons remercier les fondateurs de cette chaîne hôtelière, mais également tous le personnel et chaque personne travaillant au Living Hôtel Kaiser Franz Joseph de Wien.

Es war wirklich schön

Ich fand das Zimmer sehr schön und alles ist wirklich blitzblank sauber. Auch das Bad im Zimmer ist toll, die Dusche ist wirklich großzügig, sodass man wirklich viel Platz hat. Das Frühstück kann man dazu buchen oder man geht einfach hin und die 18€ werden aufs Zimmer geschrieben. Es gibt wirklich gute Auswahl und sogar eine Honigwabe.

Die Dusche war einmal undicht und das Wasser hat den Flur meines Zimmers geflutet.

Wie immer stressfrei und erholsam...

Ich hatte wieder mein Zimmer mit Balkon. Ich genieße es sehr, nach der Sauna dort in der frischen Luft meinen Radler zu trinken. Frühstücken tue ich im Zimmer. Die Öffis sind ein paar Minuten entfernt und leicht erreichbar.

Eigentlich gut wenn sich das Prsonal in der Nacht leise verhalten würde.

Das Personal sollte in der Nacht sich nicht im Innenhof des Hotels lautstark unterhalten,da deshalb die Gäste nicht schlafen können.Die lauten Unterhaltungen waren dreimal in der Nacht in Abständen von ca einer Stunde von null Uhr bis vier Uhr.Es wurden auch Fenster zugeknallt,um das laute Reden abzustellen.Hat leider nichts genützt.

Unser Stamm-Hotel in Wien!

Der Raum wird optimal genutzt. Es gibt einen Schreibtisch und zusätzlich einen Tisch zum Essen - das macht es wirklich super angenehm, auch mal zuhause zu essen! Zwei Supermärkte sind direkt nebenan, sodass im Hotel essen perfekt möglich ist. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir lieben die Lage des Hotels - es ist natürlich etwas außerhalb, aber mit der Straßenbahn ist man schnell in der Stadt. Wir genießen die Nähe zu den Heurigen und die Ruhe dort sehr.

Uns haben in der Küche ein Küchenhandtuch und ein Schwamm sehr gefehlt. Das wäre noch toll, wenn es ergänzt werden würde in der Ausstattung!

Nice, clean, comfortable stay near everything

The location is easy access to Innere Stadt. The room was large with a great galley style kitchen

The sauna was closed, but I knew that before. There was an alarm at the construction site across the street that kept going off.

Very home like place. Nice bathroom. The kitchenette with fridge is handy. Big and spacius room. Nice view. Excellent breakfast. Spa is okay but a little old.

The door towards the hallway has bad noise isolation which is a bit annoying as you hear very good to room what happens in hallway. The hotel would be amazing if noise isolation of doors would be improved.

Good value for money accommodation in a pleasant location.

Excellent location and good value for money on a short visit to this part of Vienna. Parking garage was a real bonus as street parking is restricted.

Reasonable quality but prefer somewhere in Vienna. But good value nevertheless.

The hotel was nice and comfortable

too far out from Vienna and had to catch a train and then a bus Didn't like the fact that there were stairs on the 2nd floor which was difficult with a heavy suitcase to lift - hurt my back.

I enjoyed it and will be back

The staff were friendly and accommodating, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty. The lobby area and next door cafe are very nice, however some areas of the hotel could do with a spruce up.

Initially I was checked into an apartment on the fourth floor, which was across two floors (a mezzanine bedroom with only a night light window I couldn’t close). That room was very dated and needs renovation and there were very steep steps up to the mezzanine. However when I asked for a change, that was accommodated quickly and I moved into one of the renovated rooms on the 1st floor which was much better.

Great hotel, good area, easy frequent transport links. The upgraded rooms modern and comfortable.

Love the modernised Duplex room with more work surface to prepare food and the extra toilet. When we needed an issue sorted the staff were caring, helpful and addressed the request. The staff go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Great professional attitude

In other apartments there are a set of drawers in the wardrobe. The wardrobe in the office mezzanine could accommodate this. Need more USB points on lower floor & office. Television only one English news channel could be accessed on the TVs. Kitchen equipment: The vegetable knife was blunt and no improvement when changed. Really really need as standard equipment a flat silicone spatula for cooking eggs /stirring
