Experiencia horrible. En la calle sin alojamiento.

Imposible decir algo bueno. Nos dejaron tirados en la calle, sin alojamiento y sin dar solución. Mes y medio después aún estoy esperando la devolución del importe pagado hace 6 meses por la reserva. Pésima gestión o una posible estafa, que ya sería muy grave. A la espera de la devolución.

Dos días antes de la fecha de llegada, nos informaron que nos reubicaban de alojamiento debido a que en el apartamento Belveder Suite se estaba realizando una reforma. Cuando llegamos al alojamiento de Viena, al que nos habían reubicado, no tenían noticias sobre la reserva que Belvedere Suite había realizado para reubicarnos y además, no existía en su alojamiento un apartamento con capacidad para alojarnos. Llamamos a Belvedere Suite y no ofreció solución. Sólo se limitó a contestar que habían cometido un error. Nos quedamos en la calle, sin alojamiento, y eran las 18h. Buscamos por nuestra cuenta un nuevo alojamiento. Un mes y medio después, y tras varios escritos reclamando a Belvedere Suite la devolución del dinero, aún no han realizado la devolución. Es una estafa? Espero que devuelvan el dinero. Desde luego que confianza y seguridad no dan ninguna para el cliente. No saben gestionar, no saben atender a personas y además no tienen interés en dar solución al problema generado por su incompetencia.

Muy Lindo todo

Muy Amplio y la cocina muy completa. Me sentí como en casa. No me hizo falta nada

La calefacción y el seca toallas no funcinaban y no pudieron solucionarlo por que requería que alguno de nosotros le abramos la puerta al de mantenimiento. El edificio en general estaba en remodelacion así que medio incómodo el ingreso

Laba, patīkama uztrēšanās.

Naktsmītnes atrašanās vieta bija ļoti laba, samērā tuvu dažādiem apskates objektiem (Belvederes pils, Karla baznīca, Pilsētas parks (Stadpark) Vīnes Valsts opera), pilsētas centram. Tuvu sabiedriskais transports - ielas galā ir 71. tramvaja līnija, aptuveni 7-10 min attālumā no naktsmītnes atrodas dzelzceļa savienojums (stacija Rennweg), no kuras pavisam ērti var nokļūt Vīnes starptautiskajā līdostā, metro stacijas Stadpark un Karlsplatz ir max 10 min gājiena attālumā. Dzīvoklī bija viss nepieciešamais - tīra gultasveļa, dvieļi, matu fēns, arī ziepes un šampūns/dušas želeja mini iepakojumā. Ir vannas istaba ar tualeti un vannu/dušu, kā arī otra tualete. Dzīvoklī ir viss nepieciešamais ēdiena uzglabāšanai un ēst pagatavošanai (ledusskapis, tējkanna, kapsulu kafijas aparāts, elektriskā plīts, cepeškrāsns, trauki), arī trauku mazgājamā mašīna (bija atstātas mazgājamās tabletes).

Ierodoties dzīvoklis bija samērā vēss, ieslēdzot apkuri, pirmajā naktī bija problēmas ar apkures un ūdens sitēmu, tā bija skaļa. Dzīvoklis atrodas 3. stāvā, ēkā nebija lifta, cilvēkiem ar pārvietošanās traucējumiem tas var būt nepiemērots.

nice apartment with high ceilings, lots of natural light and quiet street to have a restful night.

asked for a too high 3,000 euros deposit for over 41 nights stay.

Superb

The apartment is well located and very comfortable. It was clean and had all we needed, including a few coffee capsules and soap. We payed a deposit but received it back within a few days of departure.

We asked for self-check in and the property owner agreed. The check in was a bit long until we could reach the office and then open the door but it worked out at the end.

Large apartment, great location/poor cleaning standards

The apartment is well designed and spacious with a convenient location just outside the bustle of the center of the city. Ignacio was very helpful and welcoming.

The previous guest smoked in the unit (which is not the hosts fault), but it seemed to us that little attempt was made to remedy the smell. They left windows open before our arrival, but it still smelled for our entire three night stay. Also, we found multiple things from previous guests that were not cleaned up (streamers, confetti and a lighter) in the main living area. These items were not very hidden, as my children found them pretty easily. Lastly, the kitchen had several dirty kitchenware items (pasta water residue on pans and dirty knives). The kitchen was also lacking some basic accessories to be considered a fully stocked kitchen, ie oven mitts.

Disappointing

Almost everything about the flat is good with the caveats below. Good location, equipment including a workable kitchen, Internet connection, beds. All good except for maintenance and housekeeping.

Unfortunately the flat smells after cigarettes, even though it is marketed as non-smoking apartment. It still smelled even after week of not smoking and venting heavily. If you have a dust allergy don't look under beds or sofa in the living room. Equipment in the flat is not well maintained, e.g. boiler will wake you up in middle of night by making really suspicious and loud noises.

Spacious and central

We were move to a different apartment than we booked (we were informed in advance). The one we stayed in was very spacious and had lots of light. It was very convenient for 5 people. It was perfectly located in the center of Vienna. It was also clean and had a fully-equipped kitchen. Overall, we really liked our stay.

There was no hot water in one of the two toilets but it was a minor problem. Since the flat is in the center, there was some noise from the street - didn't really bother me, but it bothered my sister. Also, tea towels would be very useful in the kitchen. And some of the pictures on the walls were horrible, especially the one in the kitchen ;-)

Excellent location and very comfortable stay - great value for money.

The location is perfect - quiet, yet it is in close proximity to all interesting places, and to most of them you can easily get on foot. The apt is spacious and comfortably furnished. It is located in an old house, so the rooms are high and the windows overlook a very nice street with embassies and old town houses. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery, plates, pans and pots, so you can easily cater for youself. There are also some cafes not too far away, and Naschmarkt within about 15mins walk.

It would be pleasant to get at least a couple of teabags and coffee tabs for a start - we arrived on Sunday and all stores were closed, so we could not have any warm drinks.

The staff was very friendly. Excellent service. There was a problem with the apartment we had booked and they arranged a new apartment for us. It turned out to be in a new apartment building, which was great.

Good but could be better

Nice appartement, very big, nice Asian restaurant nearby. Dish washer, new seat for our toddler

No wardrobes in the rooms. No hooks to hang clothes, floor was quite dirty. The hands of our toddler got very dirty quickly. There were also dog hairs.

Nice apartment but totally unprofessional team

The location requests a deposit of 250 euro at arrival, neither after 3 weeks I didn't receive the money-back although we left the apartment spotless. At arrival, the host announced to us that we need to clear the apartment a night earlier than we paid. They proposed us a different apartment and for this situation offered to give us a 10% discount on the stay price. We didn't get any discount until now. It is unbelievable!

Location is amazing. Walking distance to most of the popular spots in Vienna.

Hot water never worked for the showers and the company was unable to provide a solution. Made for some very short and cold showers.
