El desayuno del hotel deja algo que desear, no muy recomendable, el buffet es muy limitado, creo que por eso esta vacio mientras el Cardenal está lleno.

Loved it. Would stay again

The staff was super friendly, in a perfect location to see all the sights and great room service.

The last few days there there was a private event which closed off the outdoor pool. After a week of taking in the city i was hoping to spend the last 2 outside catching some sun and swimming but unfortunately i wasnt able to.

Good for a short stay

Great location, nice room and the hotel has a cosy bar with friendly and attentive staff. (Very different from the pool service!)

I was thoroughly disappointed with the pool service. The pool's location is poorly planned, as it is almost constantly in the shadow, making it impossible to enjoy the sun. Additionally, the service around the pool area was subpar, with very long wait times and inattentive, unfriendly staff. The loungers were old and worn... For a hotel of Hilton's reputation, I expected much better. This aspect of my stay certainly did not meet the standards I anticipated. Also the breakfast room felt uninviting and lacked a social atmosphere. After our first visit, we decided to have breakfast outside the hotel for the rest of our stay.

Pésimo servicio de restaurante dos horas para poder desayunar los meseros pasan corriendo al lado y ninguno se detiene ni a servir café de verdad los dos días estuvo terrible el servicio y aunque hablaron para saber como esta mi estancia y me mandaron unas amenidades eso no resarce lo mal que la pasamos El estacionamiento caro

Aamupala oli loistava, huone oli kiva / tilava ja mahdollisuudet tekiselle uiminen, kuntosali olivat hyviä. Lyhyt matka nähtävyyksiin.

Hotellin miljöö ulkona . Hotellin tietenkin vaikea tähän puuttu, mutta suurkaupungin tapaan hotellista poistuessa oli tila kapea sekä hyvin ruuhkaisa.

La ubicacion es lo mejor del hotel para mi comodidad

Cuando realice la reserva en la pagina de Booking dice Transporte al Aeropuerto como un servicion, pero no lo es, no tienen transporte al aeropuerto, la publicacion no es correcta o confusa, los pretextos que me dieron desde atencion al cliente del hotel fueron muy pobres, un hotel 5 estrellas tiene ese servicio gratis o te ofrece una disculpa aceptable.

una estancia mas común que buena

el shampo de romero, las almohadas, las toallas, el servicio de recepción y check out, muy rápido,

el tener que sacar la tarjetas a cada rato para el elevador, la comida no tiene gran variedad, la sopa azteca mala, no hay tampiqueña, no hay club shandwich, ni cosas que son comunes en hoteles. muy caro el servicio de estacionamiento, creo que debería estar incluido o ser menor.

Executive lounge staff made very pleasent experience.

Staff at executive lounge including breakfast crew was the reason we give 10. Concierge team was also helpful to arrange private car for day tour. View from the room and Location was convenient and safe. Lobby vibe was very good.

First room they gave us was dated and dirty. We pointed out to exec lounge team and they happily moved us to new room. Front desk staff was average.

Maravillosa

Lo que más me gustó fue la amabilidad y buen servicio del personal , pero las instalaciones muy limpias , la ubicación inmejorable, cerca de todo , la comida muy rica, en fin, fue una estancia placentera para mi familia. Se dio un pequeño desperfecto en la habitación y a la 1 am fue corregido de forma satisfactoria y eficiente por el personal, eso se aprecia.

Tener que pagar por el parqueo.

Me gusto mucho la ubicación porque esta cerca de todos los sitios de interés de la ciudad, sus desayunos ricos y excelente atención del personal, las camas son una delicia para el descanso muy confortables.

Quizás podría decir que sus tarifas son un poco altas pero la verdad vale cada peso que se pago, así que no podría decir que algo no me gusto, considero que el precio fue porque era temporada alta.

They have nothing for children. I asked what they have for dinner and they suggest fries with ketchup. All restaurantes closes at 6:00pm
