Mi experiencia inesperada

El hotel está muy bonito sus instalaciones de la alberca y su restaurante me encanto todo la verdad esta muy amplio y bonito

Bueno lo que no me gustó fueron varias cosas no se si fue mi mala suerte o siempre son así en el hotel pero tuve muy mala atención en el bar dos veces fue una ya q la primera ves q pedí algo le llame al mesero y asta después de rato fui a llamarle y me llevó la carta y paso más tiempo y ni me tomo pedido asta q después le dije q si no tenia derecho a q me atendiera y lo iso y después asta le contaron el tiempo casi media hora para llevar la feria ,después el cuarto llame temprano y asta las 5 pm ya q yo les pedí trapeador y hablar con el gerente fueron a limpiar la basura la tenia al tope llame a recepción y también baje y no me atendían asta q tome la decisión de yo misma limpiar, de verdad q feo q pasen esas cosas ya que no pensé pasara eso en un hotel como este y también mi camioneta recibió un rallon pero en fin ..esperemos mejoren esas cosas ya que uno busca un buen servicio principalmente y ya q yo q viajo con mi esposo cuando uno llama por algo rápido envían a alguien a la habitación y qui no puedes decirle asta a 5 personas y asta q ya vas a buscar al gerente te pelan y las cosas no deben ser así ..si no se dan abasto metan personal para mejorar esos detalles ...

La habitación estaba con una fuga de agua q nunca corrigieron, la piscina el viernes la cerraron a las 5 sin previo aviso, y la actitud de los meseros no fue cortes

Great stay

Great location and staff allowed me to check in earlier than expected time that was very convenient. Was walking distance to many restaurants and places.

The pool was a big smaller than expected, but had a great ocean view.

Easy access to beach, location.

Store glass door broke during storm, we were in front of elevator, scary experience. Had to purchase 400 pesos of food and drink to sit at table on beach. Didn't like pizza we ordered. Not enough variety at breakfast buffet. Rooms need to be updated. Kids did not like sofa bed. Not comfortable.

Would definetly stay at this resort again. just going to plan for warmer weather. March is still to cold to enjoy Mazatl

The property was in a good location. Easy to get in and out from resort. Also straight access to beach.

Days were cool weather and pool was not heated it was ice cold water until our last day they turned on heater in pool.only enjoyed pool last day of our 4 day stay. also wish beds were bigger. full size is to small.

Affordable Luxury

The room was spotless w a great view but the best part was the HOT shower & great wifi. Staff at front desk (Monica) & cleaners were kind & helpful. I ironed a dress & was over the moon to go out & be 'unwrinkled." Kitchen has all you need.

The cleaners remove partial soap bars EVERY Day - it's a waste of good soap. Leave it! (I wish the beach side 2-bedroom suites were more affordable for longer stays - soooo beautiful w big balcony).

Very good

We liked everything about the Resort! The staff was super friendly, they made us feel just at home. The food was delicious. The rooms were comfortable. The beach was very accessible. The pool was spacious enough. A very relaxing place to spend a family vacation!

We didn't like that the restroom's sink faucet was leaking so much when it was being used. We also feel that the sofa bed should of been of a normal (bigger) size for adults to sleep on.

Superb

There is so many things we loved about Royal Villas for starters the staff everybody was so amazing a huge shout out to Jaime at the pool who was just a ray of sunshine, Marco who helped us get where we needed to go every time, the ladies who helped book are tours and of course the lovely ladies who gave me the most amazing massages. Location was perfect the beach was beautiful we were close enough to get anywhere we need to be loved every minute of it.

The only thing I can say is maybe a little updates in the furnishings but really we will be back again and again

Nice hotel and staff but disappointed

The bed and pillows were so comfortable! Great view from the balcony and decent price for an ocean view room. Pool is nice and the water was warm. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

I mainly booked this hotel because it has a hot tub and a workout room with an elliptical machine. I've lost weight and need to continue exercising regularly. I was disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working. It was warm but no bubbles. Also, there isn't a railing and no steps. My elderly father wanted to use it and it was scary getting him out! The elliptical machine was old, rusted, and super clunky. I did use it one day but I struggled. It was so jerky my back hurt later from it.

Everything. It was very very noisy. The room was run down. In need of lots of renovations. The freezer was full of ice .The door didn't close .The electric outlets didn't work. It took forever to get hot water. There were lots of bugs.Asked several times to come and spray but they didn't. The sliding glass balcony door didn't lock. The couch was filthy. The cleaning lady was very nice.
