Osim dorucka,nisam zadovoljna hotelom,ne opravdava svoju cenu.

Dorucak im je dobar,raznovrsna hrana je na meniju.

Sobe se ne ciste redovno,ne menjaju se peskiri redovno,platila sam skuplje svoju sobu zbog djakuzija, koji na kraju nisam ni koristila, jer je bio prljav.Osoblje koje radi na recepciji (starija zena i covek) neljubazni. Kada sno bukirali hotel stajala je i garaza u sklopu hotela,koju iz prva nismo ni dobili,a na ulici nismo smeli ostaviti auto jer je zabranjeno parkiranje. Recepcionerka nam je dala adresu neke druge garaze koja nije radila, jer su bili na odmoru. Kad smo ih na kraju pritisli onda su nam dali garazu,ali jedva…

Nice hotel and location but hot tub needed a proper clean

Good location, spacious room, nice hot tub

The hot tub pumped out a lot of dirt when the jets were turned on, this was a shame. Personally didn’t like the pillows

Overall the stay was comfortable and price was good.

old stylish Vienna furniture. Decoration of halls and rooms. Breakfast.

No hair dryer in the bathroom. Shower box small. Safe hard to set up. Instructions booklet not sufficient. Wifi not strong enough.

Unique experience

Although we got the pink room which is not really our colour, it was actually very neat. When you get acustomed by all the pink and silver, the room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Everything was fresh and delicious, lots of options - more than you expect from continental breakfast.

The information about the parking could be more exposed, since the garage is quite pricy and the cheeper street parking provided by the hotel is only untill 9am (chekout is untill 10am).

All rooms are themed, and I was on the theme of universe. The problem was being extremely dark, the lights that the room has were insufficient.

Good value, good location, but nothing amazing.

Cheap, clean rooms. Location is very convenient, a short 15 minute walk to Wien Mitte, a large mall with access to red and green subway lines as well as a direct connection to the airport.

There is no work table in the room, which makes it very inconvenient if you want to sit down and work on a laptop. The breakfast is awful, especially when they charge 15 euros for it.

Beautiful charming hotel

The room was charming, the bed was very good. We asked for an extra blanket and they provided it directly. Breakfast was buffet, lots of choice, good coffee. Friendly staff.

It’s ok

I like the location

My room was very cold and window in bathroom and room were open. I came when was freezing and before my room was warmer it takes time. Still it wasn’t warm enough. I got drills in the bed when i tried sleep and bathroom was Even colder. The shower wasn’t clean properly. Bit disgusting

A good choice in Wien

The staff is very kind. We felt the family atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable and large. The whirlpool was just amazing: it did our end of the day!

Peaceful, warm and clean💐👏🏾 and close to Tram lines💐👏🏾

- Reception was great ( when we checked in + when we arrived late from sight-seeing and on checkout). There was also a lady working there (in a green tshirt) at the hotel who was warm and friendly. - our room was beautiful. We stayed in a green room with a great street view. We took ‘Insta worthy’ pics from that window hahaha. - Walkable distance to Radetzkystraße (if coming from Wien Hauptbahnhof using Tram O you will get off here and walk abt 2-5mins to Hotel). There’s also a Spar there. If going back to Wien Hauptbahnhof use the Tram O stop next to Spar around the cafe. Not the same stop you used coming). - Excellent Wifi, comfortable bed, clean room and the water was always hot!! There is also a safe in the room. When going out you leave your room key at reception. We stayed for 1 night but if I come back, I can stay here again definitely.

- it looks like most European hotels have no kettle in rooms? - Ironing is at a cost ( but we ended wearing crinkled clothes😀 since its winter anyway). nothing else really.

The staff were very nice and helpful, the room was clean and the breakfast was lovely.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room. There was no smoke alarms outside the bedroom or inside, luckily my husband only pointed this out when we were leaving, I wouldn’t have stayed there if I had known this.

Rooms are great, they have very specific look.

No private parking, you have to look for it in the streets surrounding the hotel.

Very good stay in Vienna

Staff was very attentive and helpful, location is just 10 mins from the Mitte station and 15 mins from downtown, hotel is very beautifully decorated and quite clean. It was a very good stay.

For my liking the bed was too soft. Also, the exit from the shower is a bit high (20-25 cm) with no bar to hold on to. That maybe a bit dangerous.
