We would never stay there again! Our poorest experience in Mexico!

location

this is an all inclusive. We had no choice of dinning as reservations had to be made at breakfast! We ordered a margarita as for sure it was either watered down or they forgot the tequila! the water was good enough to bring us a shot. Then we asked for red wine and they had run out! The food at the buffet was poor and that’s being charitable.

Supero las expectativas

Para ser un hotel todo incluido estaba a muy bien precio. Creo que todo estuvo acorde al precio. estuve muy comoda, y supero mis expectativas. Me encanto la amabilidad de la chica de ojos claros que me atendio en recepcion, y el chico que te lleva a la playa tambien super atento y amable.

No es que no me haya gustado, solo las instalaciones estan algo deterrioradas y antiguas, pero funciona bien todo. Solo senti que el personal era algo seco y frio, no todos, el chico que te lleva a la playa en la camioneta super amable y atento, igual que una chica de recepcion de ojos claros, ella super amable, atenta y coordial. los meseros si dejan un poco que desear, hay una chica mesera que le pides algo, no te voltea a ver a la cara y se voltea enseguida y pareciera que te lleva las cosas de mala gana.

NEVER STAY THERE

The Tacos one night where edible every other meal was beyond horrible Stay away please go somewhere else !!

The pool, The room, The food was atrocious /The location.The bar served cheap alcohol brands never before seen in any bar!!! I would rather eat dog food then what they served .Also over charged us no internet birds eating from snack bar cockroaches' and a dirty pool. Overall a fraud on the public no swim up bar no frozen drinks cheapest alcohol in the world .No internet and anyone who would give this a high rating must be paid off! This is a five 00000 rating garbage ruined my vacation stole my money and gave me food poisoning .Take my advice do not stay there !!!

Pleasant all inclusive, nice location.

The hostess in the restaurant was so friendly. Wait staff were excellent and the maid service and front desk staff were excellent.

Not enough outlets in the room. There was one outlet by the bathroom sink and one oddly placed outlet close to the floor level in a corner but none by the bed, dresser or nightstand. Breakfast buffet omelet could only be ordered by using your phone through their app and their system was not working so no omelette for me for the four mornings I was there. I don’t know why you can’t just ask at the buffet line for the omelette. Older people don’t like to have to go through their phone or some app just to get an omelette when you are standing right there. That’s not progress.

Def worth it for the money

The location of the resort is great, because you are literally minutes from the airport and are very close to the stores on the strip and the downtown area. The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. They also had live music one of the nights we were there which was nice. There's also filtered water stations around the resort, so you can always fill up your water bottle in case you were about to head out on the town or go back to your room

If they could add one or two more restaurant options, it would provide more variety instead of having just the one place you could go to for food. They had a snack bar, but that was only open at certain times of the day and had a limited menu. The hours it's open makes sense, so you have a place to go to and snack in case you don't want a full meal, but more restaurant options would've been nice. There's also no in room service, so it makes it a little inconvenient in case you want to stay in and have a meal

NO RECOMENDABLE!

La atención de las recepcionistas pésima! Sin pizca de empatia, concierge me cita para darme mi kit de bienvenida y al pasar por eso, me dice que solo era para ofrecerme los servicios del hotel...me mintió para que yo fuera a escuchar sus membresías! Mal hecho! Mi vuelo salía 5 pm y la entrega de mi habitación era a las 12 medio día, fui a recepción para entregar la llave, y al comentarles que yo me quedaría ahí hasta la hora de mi partida, tal cual me trataron como delincuente, me quitaron el brazalete de acceso de inmediato y me prohibieron el acceso a las areas...obligándome a quedar solo en el lobby, por que 12.01 ya pierdo los beneficios!!! Menú de comidas muy básico y barato. Mi estancia fue de paso por una noche, y esa fue mi experiencia, no me imaginó toda una vacación ahí.

Pueden hacer algunas opciones de carnes en los gisados Pueden mejorar el olor de los baños, ya que pienso q no tienen atrapa olores

Buen hotel económico y muy cerca de la playa

Precio calidad justo para lo que pagas. La habitación que pedimos estuvo muy bien. La playa esta muy cerca caminando, bastante cómodo y lejos de la fiesta. Si vas en plan de relajarte es una excelente opción.

La comida puede quedar a deber, sin embargo no es mala, simplemente repetitiva.

Very good value for the money, excellent foods, clean and personable and you get to know the staff.

Excellent food, custom omelettes, made with care and quality. Very clean, beautiful, clean pool.

The walk to the beach is only about 3 minutes, but not a huge beach area, but drinks were served and snacks on the beach.

Avoid this hotel. Stay away.

Plants in the property.

Too expensive for what we paid. Terrible reception attitude. They do not help us. Poor food. Noisy music. Loud Christmas music even after Christmas, December 26-27 stay.

We were fully satisfied with everything,great hotel with great location and great staff! Everybody was going above and beyond,super friendly and helpful! We enjoyed our 1 week stay to its fullest! Food was also great,many options and variety ! We will definitely return!

overall stay was great would recommend, but would not stay again as we prefer to be closer to downtown

The all inclusive was great, great value for money, loved the Mexican charm the hotel has.

The marketing team trying to trick us into staying at a sister property, we were told we could have breakfast at a sister hotel at no charge when we arrived it was very formal and uncomfortable and we soon found out it wasn’t a breakfast it was a business deal.

Possibly one of the worst resort experiences i’ve had

Me and my friend shared a room and it cost us $80 each per night. You get exactly the type of service you would expect for such a cheap price

The staff was straight up rude. We were asked to leave the buffet table as soon as we finished eating, to make space for more guests. The food was generally bad, made us feel queasy after every meal. The hotel is land locked right next to a highway, you have to take a shuttle to get to the beach. Staff would often ignore you if you came up to them with questions The business lounge was jam packed with suitcases and unusable

Charm at its best

incredible staff, really good mexican food, good house wines, modela Negra on tap awesome, captain Morgan spiced rum top shelf excellente. won't hesitate to come back. they say mexican charm and they deliver. Thankyou to Monserrat, your welcoming smile made each morning a great way to start the day. Omlettes were also good in the morning.

no complaints, hey its not perfect, but its charming. A wonderful, wonderful stay. Our room # 243 was great, walk in closet, king bed, sitting area, balcony with table and chairs, hot water every day.

Hacienda of Happiness

We loved the atmosphere, the food and cleanliness. The staff were welcoming and helpful. This place has a lot of charm!

The beds were a bit too firm for my husband and it was challenging being non-drinkers. Our 17 year old son was served alcohol on a few occasions. He does look older, but had to keep on top of this! We weren't too thrilled about having to order eggs online with the QR code. We really didn't want to have to carry our phones to breakfast.

The staff was excellent and eager to please. It was very clean. The food was good for the price.

The alcohol was watered down and we ended up buying our own tequila to make our own drinks. We wanted more traditional Mexican food including guacamole and tortillas. I asked for some and was told they didn’t have any. They did have a Mexican feast one night out of 7. They said the property was non-smoking but there were several guests who just ignored the rule. There were smokers on the private beach. I have asthma and always look specifically for non-smoking properties. There was a lot of noise outside of our rooms. We woke at 1am and 3am to parties and arguing. The rooms have not been updated for many years but they did keep the paint up and clean.
