Tranquilidad, limpieza.

Personal que trata mejor al turismo extranjero. Los cuartos solo tienen lámparas de buró. Lo que disminuye la iluminación. Las llaves de los lavabos y baños son de estilo antiguo.

Fit our needs perfectly

That I could book it at 11pm at on the evening of arrival in Cancún as an family of 4 and turn up at 1am to check in after issues with the resort we were supposed to be staying in was amazing! Great location, comfortable rooms, helpful staff, great pools and right on the beach with stunning sunrises and sunsets over the Caribbean. All in all a great week spent at this resort.

Bathrooms looking a bit dated for a 4 star and painting is a bit rough in places, but that’s just cosmetic. No hairdryer in our room, not sure if it was just missing or not supplied but wasn’t a major as I’d brought my own anyway.

Perfekt.

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. 2 Restaurants bieten Tagsüber und am Abend ausgezeichnete Küche. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber, eine sehr große Hotelanlage die alle Wünsche erfüllt. Es ist das letzte Hotel in der Straße, der Strand war sehr ruhig und sauber, die Stadt war mit einem Bus und der Bushaltestelle in der Nähe einfach und günstig zu erreichen.

No servía la regadera, un interruptor quemó un cargador de mi teléfono, y el gerente del bar muy mal, ya que le solicitamos que nos dejara ver un partido de la NFL y nos negó la transmisión, además salía el agua sucia como de color café.

Closer to Cancun airport and great access to the beach.

The spread was good. But Vegan options were inadequate. The staff was cooperative.

Inadequate toiletries in bathroom. No room slippers. The services provided by the Travel desk were exorbitantly costly - almost 10 times more. Shameful!

Stunning and comfortable stay

Staff super friendly and attentive, bed super comfortable and bed room size is great, pool and beach setting is completely stunning. Overall a really beautiful and comfortable hotel and stay.

Some sort of banging above me throughout the day and night. Sounded like incredibly heavy footsteps, but I doubt that’s what it was. Wasn’t enough to keep me awake though. Food and drink felt pretty over priced

Old-fashioned/cold-style hotel (old bathrooms, old furniture), not really comfortable (very spacious, but not in a nice way), pictures were looking much better than the reality

the location. down the quiet end of cancun. plenty of pools to choose from.

so much wasted space. old decor. empty hallways. even the outside is tired. for what you pay, you'd expect the rooms to be set up. the balcony's are wasted with cheap outdoor furniture.

Overall great, the staff was super welcoming and friendly. Very quiet and relaxing.

I liked its location. Yes, it is father away from the epicenter but the bus stop is nearby and almost if not all buses stop there. Nearby the airport and whenever we left to tour any location, we were always picked up first and dropped off first.

Some of the facilities we were interested in using were often closed.

Impressões sobre minha estadia no resort O resort é simplesmente grandioso, como é comum na zona hoteleira de Cancún, onde todas as construções são imponentes e impressionantes. A equipe do hotel foi extremamente gentil e sempre disposta a ajudar no que fosse possível, o que tornou minha estadia ainda mais agradável. O ambiente era muito tranquilo, perfeito para quem busca relaxar. As acomodações eram confortáveis e bem equipadas, proporcionando uma excelente experiência de descanso. Além disso, o hotel fica de frente para o mar, o que permite um fácil acesso à praia e a oportunidade de apreciar aquelas águas cristalinas e de temperatura extremamente agradável. Para os amantes de atividades físicas, o resort oferece uma estrutura incrível: quadras de tênis, academia, vôlei de praia, além de várias piscinas rasas, ideais para curtir o clima paradisíaco de Cancún. Tive a oportunidade de jantar com a minha família no restaurante com vista para a praia, e a experiência foi indescritível! Foi um momento maravilhoso que recomendo a todos. Porém, vale ressaltar que, assim como a experiência é incrível, o custo acompanha essa qualidade. Mas valeu cada centavo. Se você está procurando um lugar para relaxar e aproveitar tanto o lazer quanto a tranquilidade, este resort é uma escolha maravilhosa!

Gostaria de expressar minha insatisfação com alguns pontos que ocorreram durante minha estadia no resort, relacionados à reserva feita no booking.com. Primeiramente, ao fazer a reserva, selecionei a opção de quarto que indicava "Café da manhã bom incluído", o que me levou a entender que o café da manhã estava incluso na tarifa, especialmente considerando que essa opção era mais cara do que a que não tinha a informação de café incluído. No entanto, ao chegar no hotel, fui informado de que não havia nenhuma refeição incluída. De fato, o café da manhã era extraordinário, mas o custo de aproximadamente 490 pesos mexicanos por pessoa foi uma surpresa desagradável, considerando o que estava anunciado que era gratuito (talvez não esse, mas outro mais simples) Mesmo assim ainda questionei na recepção se havia algum café incluso, e fui informado de forma clara que não havia qualquer refeição disponível no Resort sem custo adicional. Além disso, na minha reserva, recebi a confirmação de que todas as taxas, como ISS, Taxa de Turismo e Imposto Municipal, estavam incluídas. Entretanto, o resort me cobrou uma taxa adicional de aproximadamente 80 pesos por dia, referente a "taxas de quarto", supostamente para limpeza e outros serviços. O mais frustrante foi que essa taxa foi cobrada até mesmo em dias em que o quarto não foi arrumado. Em resumo, tive a impressão de que os serviços incluídos e as taxas não foram claramente comunicados na reserva. A única coisa realmente gratuita era o gelo disponível no corredor dos quartos.

Muy buen hotel en la zona hotelera

El hotel cumplido absolutamente con mis expectativas. La situación esta en el principio de la zona hotelera y cuenta con una playa muy bonita. Además tiene unas piscinas muy buenas. El desayuno es muy completo y variado. Y, finalmente, se tiene que destacar la actuación del Sr. Rafael Valdez, que realmente hecho lo posible y imposible para solucionar un pequeño problema que ha ocurrido.

Great hotel for a short stay

The best part about the hotel is the beachfront. Long private beach spread and pool areas across the property and little crowd. The proximity to reach the airport is also a bonus. We ordered room service and that also turned out to be decent! The check-in and check-out was super smooth and the room was quite spacious.

The bathroom wasn't in the best condition, leaky walls and recent badly done renovations were obvious. The room in general was very average for Westin properties. We have stayed in several, this was our least favorite but we have to agree the room view was just out of the world!

Op zich prima verblijf. Echter hebben we een prijs een afgesproken van 174 eu, en moesten we 314 eu moesten we betalen. Daarnaast wordt je slecht geholpen door het personeel waardoor je nog zo’n 50 euro aan belkosten kan verwachten aangezien je van de ene kant naar andere kant wordt gestuurd. Alle Nederlandse mensen, ga hier aub niet heen. Het lijkt goedkoop maar je kunt beter voor dat geld ergens anders heen in verband met de kosten die er nog bijkomen.
