Déconseillé si vous souhaitez passer une bonne nuit (bruits).

Chambre bien équipée avec bonne literie.

Mauvaise insonorisation. difficile de dormir entre le bruit des voitures sur la chaussée, les trains qui passent à côté de l'hôtel, les autres voyageurs qui arrivent au milieu de la nuit, télévision de la chambre voisine jusqu'à 4h du matin,... Petit déjeuner médiocre.

We chose to only stay one night at this hotel for several reasons and we’re glad we had other options.

Easy to get to and the price was reasonable. The staff was polite and the bedding was clean.

The decor was strange. The air conditioner was not very cold. The door knob was missing to the bathroom and had some type of goop where the hole in the door was. There were bugs in the bathroom.

Hôtel situé avec un accès facile par bus au centre de Bologne . Propreté au top - personnel accueillant et disponible - Chambres des belles dimensions - sddouche top - coussins et couvertures en réserve -

Petit déjeuner trop sucré - grand choix de gâteaux - tartes - cookies - croissants etc mais il ne restait quasi pas de pain frais - une petite macédoine de fruits frais serait super!

Extremely pleasant stay - an hotel we will keep on our travel list for future journeys.

On-site parking Friendly helpful reception staff Spacious triple room Quality linen Big comfortable bed. Clean modern decor - loved the mural. Excellent bathroom Easy to find and convenient location. We were too tired to use the restaurant so can't really comment on this facility.

Not a major issue, but carpeted corridors just feel more luxurious. Did this spoil our enjoyment of our stay? - absolutely not.

Un pò deluso, ma Bologna resta una bella città

La camera sembrava ristrutturata da poco e la pulizia ottima. La posizione direi che è buona se sei automunito ovviamente.

Era una camera per due, ma un solo bicchiere, una sola tazzina; c'è il bollitore per tè, ma senza tè. Nessun asciugamano per il bidet e nemmeno le solite confezioni di bagno schiuma o sapone. Animali ammessi, a parte il costo che è giustificato dall'uso di prodotti specifici per la pulizia (!) ma ancora il divieto per la sala da pranzo e la colazione. La giustificazione? Ci sono persone che non vogliono animali o sono allergici. Ma costoro eventualmente scelgono strutture dove gli animali NON sono ammessi, mi pare logico no? C'è anche la SPA (15 € ogni 2 ore) e 10 € per la colazione. Il parcheggio se non vuoi pagare i 5 € per quello interno e non trovi posto davanti alla struttura, beh ci sono quelli pubblici sulla via adiacente.

comodo e funzionale.

comodità di accesso velocità e precisione alla reception , funzionale , adeguatamente fornita ( unico trovare le melanzane sott'olio ) discreta ben disposta la colazione. in rifacimento l'esterno. forse nel cambio stagione un po caldo nelle camere rivolte a sud ma con finestra semiaperta risolto.

Decent hotel!

The location is very good in terms of reaching the train station and the city center as it takes a short (5 min) walk to the bus station and you don't need to change any transport. Staff were very nice, it was clean and the hotel is overall decent. I don't mind visiting again.

The breakfast was lacking variety. Bar was not working, but they were doing renovations of the hotel, so I guess I was unlucky. Also, it would be nice if they offer a non alcoholic beer. 😊

Avrei preferito un po’ più centrale, ma ci tornerei volentieri

Sinceramente per la colazione che faccio era più che sufficiente, la Spa era confortevole. Una piccolezza: qualche attaccapanni sulle pareti in più, le grucce dell’armadio più solide.

Bologna is a city to see, accomodation was ok, finally we had a successful vacation.

I liked it a lot because the rooms are kept clean, our room was as expected, the bathroom was clean and modern, the breakfast varied according to preferences. The staff was very friendly and kind. This hotel can offer a good accomodation .

Because we had a day when was raining , location was a small minus but 2 minutes away is the connection to the city center and the bus schedule is convenient !

Air conditioning werkte niet. Temperatuur in kamer (mei) 25 graden, de hele nacht. Het was bloedheet. Bij navraag: de airco werkte niet, want buiten was de temperatuur lager. Veel geluid, treinen en wagons die duidelijk te horen waren, vliegtuigen die over kwamen, verkeers geluiden, auto's en motoren ook 's nachts. Afwerking in hotel goedkoop materiaal, als je een jas aan een hanger hing, trok die krom. Lift piepklein, net genoeg voor 3 personen, en dat was al eng. Personeel is ook niet het meest vriendelijke.

Muchos fallos en la habitacion: hay cafetera pero no cafe, no hay jabon (solo me dieron 1 en 6 dias). Ducha muy pequeña y no hay donde poner jabon. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba.

Good location

Booking.com makes a 16 year old child a newborn at check in which is really annoying. Had to pay €30 extra per night for my sister at check out. We were transferred to a different room which wasn’t properly cleaned from the previous guests.

Peccato per le zanzare perche il rapporto qualità-prezzo sarebbe stato ottimo.

Purtroppo il nostro soggiorno è stato disturbato dalle zanzare e dalla rumorosità del condizionatore. Pur non avendo mai aperto le finestre, all'interno della stanza abbiamo trovato molte zanzare, con le quali abbiamo intrapreso una lunga battaglia notturna, dove ne abbiamo "fatte fuori" una ventina. Consigliamo vivamente di mettere le zanzariere a tutte le finestre.

camera comoda con servizio spa in hotel compreso, ma da organizzare un pò meglio per essere perfetto

Stanza superiore alle aspettative (mini suite), con ampio spazio. La disponibilità dell'area spa notturna è stata una esperienza apprezzabile. Disponibilità di parcheggio esterno gratuito, non custodito.

Il bagno aveva un pò di difetti: - l'acqua dalla doccia con bassissima pressione ed acqua che usciva fuori dalle pareti del box. - il lavabo messo maluccio (gamba arrugginita vicino alla doccia, superficie lavabo rotta). - manca un porta-saponetta sia sul bidet che sul lavabo. - il tappo del bidet non si apriva, ho dovuto forzane l'apertura a mano, con le unghie. Il riscaldamento in camera manuale, non facilissimo da comprendere senza istruzioni, ci ha impiegato ore per riscaldare decentemente la camera. L'area spa sarebbe da valorizzare, magari avendo una persona dedicata (già scendere dalla camera in accappatoio e trovare chiuso, nonostante avessimo telefonate per avvisare, non è piacevole), soprattutto per tenere pulito (pavimento bagnato nel corridoio potrebbe essere scivoloso) e sistemare le tisane (non c'erano più bicchieri disponibili). Inoltre sarebbe utile avere la spa disponibile anche un paio di ore prima delle 18, per chi arriva a fare checkin nel primo pomeriggio.

nie wieder in dem hotel

frühstück und sauberkeit waren in ordnung

sehr unfreundliches zum teil auch überhebliches verhalten des rezeptionspersonals. entscheidend für die wahl des hotels war die "wellness & spa" möglichkeit, wenn auch extra zu bezahlen. wir haben also extra bezahlt und es wurde für uns aufgesperrt. weder gab' es das angepriesene whirlpool (beide becken ohne wasser) noch eine finnische sauna. es gab' zwar einen saune aber lediglich mit 70 grad und das ist keine finnische saune. zudem wurden wir aufgefordert in der saune badebekleidung zu tragen. wofür wir also extra bezahlt haben nachem wir den bereich nach einer halben stunde verlassen haben, weiß ich nicht. für 2 leere whirlpools und eine warme kabine? und ein kleines planschbecken? (pool genannt.) reklamation blieb ergebnislos! zudem baustelle vor dem haus und aussicht auf industrieruinen

Discreta. Va bene per una notte.

Pulizia e posizione per le mie specifiche esigenze

Camera un po' scarna. Riscaldamento altissimo e non regolabile. Bagno piccolo e in parte inutilizzabile come il bidet inaccessibile in quanto attaccato al mobile lavandino. Durante la colazione (buona) sono stato inviato a liberare rapidamente il tavolo nonostante la sala fosse quasi vuoto.

Ottima posizione, staff gentilissimo e alloggio pulito, caldo e accogliente. Comodissimo il parcheggio della struttura.

Il bagno era piccolo, senza finestre e senza ventola. Non vi era un bidet, ma un doccino accanto al water.

Il personale alla reception molto gentile, la posizione ottima per la fiera , la colazione molto ricca e buona ,

Troppo caro per un 3 stelle, la spa per 250 euro dovrebbe almeno essere inclusa o a scelta il garage .. Nella camera faceva troppo caldo di notte e se si apriva la finestra c'era troppo rumore del traffico e gli insetti entravano in camer :-(

Overall the interior (lobby) of the hotel looked very good, the staff was great, the rooms we're very good, clean, relatively modern, very good and comfy bed. Nothing big we can complain about. Near is bus station from where the bus goes directly to the centre. The price was worth the money.

The selection on breakfast was weak. There we're no eggs, sauseages, even vegetables and fruit we're missing, simply nothing cooked. The bathroom was smaller, the battery in shower was leaking water and the shower door was leaking water in to the bathroom.

Nice stay in Fiera and great Spa!

Nice room on the 5th floor with a beautiful light coming in in the afternoon. The spa was great! Very clean and quiet, we had a great time for 2h!

The isolation was quite poor, and we could hear the noise from the people coming in the night, which was fine. However, in the next morning, there were some works in the ceiling right in front of the room's door starting quite early (for a Sunday!).
