perfect location, comfortable stay

location was very close to the center and the traln station. house has a kitchen and a garden, the kitchen has everything, we cooked egg and use fridge for breakfast. simona is a great host.

Un lugar muy limpio y amplio, oscuro y terraza con muchas plantas, rodeada de edificios altos

Lo que nos gustó fue la anfitriona, muy resolutiva. Nos pudimos quedar en el piso ahasta las 16:30 del último día, eso fue lo mejor de la estadía. Todo muy muy limpio, eso fue maravillosos. También había AC en la habitación y en el salón, que la verdad no usamos, pero es bueno tener la opción.

No supimos la dirección hasta que llegamos y después de unos minutos encontramos en la puerta a la dueña... normalmente los anfitriones me dan la dirección con anticipación, eso mejor la experiencia, no llegas con incertidumbres... Y lo que definitivamente no fue grato, fue la terraza, en las fotos no se aprecia la realidad, al llegar fue una gran desilusión ver que la terracita (lo más lindo de las fotos) estaba en un patio interior rodeada de edificios altos y grises... fue un poco deprimente. Era la razón por la cual elegimos el sitio, por el cual nos queríamos quedar varios días disfrutando de la terraza, que finalmente no hicimos, porque no era nada grato.

Estancia perfecta

La amabilidad de Simona. La ubicación es muy buena y la casa estaba muy bien equipada y limpia.

Por decir algo, quizás echamos en falta una tostadora. La ventana del cuarto da directamente a la terraza del piso de al lado.

Exceptional

Spotlessly clean and comfortable with a beautiful garden space. We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this delightful apartment, which has the perfect location to reach the old city area of Bologna. Simona is a very helpful host who greeted us and showed us around the apartment. She was in contact during our stay in case we had any problems but everything was perfect! Thank you Simona!

Very clean, quiet, safe, comfortable and convenient. Excellent apartment for a visit to Bologna. Steps to the main piazza and the other main attractions in Bologna. As clean an apartment as you’ve ever stayed in. Simona was a very gracious host, helpful in all aspects including making entry to the apartment, showing the features and appliances, and offering recommendations on visits and dining. Very , very nice. Ciao!

The apartment was clean, well equipped to cook by yourself, and the bed was comfy. Simona is such a nice, kind, and helpful host. The location was very good , you can move around to all the important attractions in the city centre .If I'd come to Bologna again , i will definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, updated space in a perfect location.

We loved the apartment. It was clean and cozy and the location was awesome. The kitchen is not really set up for cooking but it was fine for making breakfast, tea and coffee, and heating up leftovers for lunch. It was great having a dishwasher. Bed and water pressure were excellent. It was too cold to use the outdoor space but it looked really cute. Our host was lovely and helpful.

We have no complaints! It is not a place to cook large meals or entertain guests. For a couple it is perfect.

Great location,comfortable stay

The apt was comfortable with a private garden space. It was a short 10 minute walk to the sights of central Bologna and about 15 to the central train station. There were lots of good restaurants close by, including a market with fresh fruit and vegetables. I definitely recommend staying at this apt. The host, Simona, was very helpful and welcoming.

Simone met us when we arrived and helped us get settled in. Great location, very centrally located with a market nearby where we could buy fresh fruit and cheeses. A classy start to a wonderful couple of days in Bologna.

Excellent accommodation. Fantastic location - right in the centre, but extremely quiet in the apartment - didn’t hear any street noise. Our first impression was spacious and better than the photos. Simona was a fabulous host, from first contact to last, and emailing us during the visit to check how we were going. She explained everything clearly, and a map of Bologna centre was provided, which is such a help on your first day in a city/town. The basic supplies were provided eg. sugar coffee, salt pepper. Simona also provided a small range of snacks, and fruit juice and water to get us going, which was really appreciated. Being in the city there are bars, shops, cafes, restaurants just minutes from the apartment, and about 10 minutes walk to the central city piazza under the cover of Bologna’s wonderful colonnades, with plenty to look at on the way. Small supermarket about 5 minutes and the large supermarket about 10 or so minutes walk. We also walked to and from the train station. Apartment was easy to locate. The courtyard garden was fabulous space. We loved it here, and Bologna. Would happily recommend apartment to family and friends.

Clean, modern and homely apartment with great location a stones throw from tourist centre

Amazing location… just a 5-minute walk to main square and 2-3 minutes from market area. Location felt safe and there were always plenty of people around in the evening. Flat was spotless… incredibly clean and everything felt modern and fresh. Coffee and biscuits were a lovely touch and the patio was fab - very private even though internal and peaceful. Would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment close in to the center of Bologna

Beautiful, very nicely furnished small apartment, with an adorable patio. The owner is lovely and very easy to work with and always available. Excellent location, about 5 minutes from Piazza Maggiore.

There was an issue with the toilet that I’m sure will be fixed. It would be nice if there were tissues and paper towel (for use in the kitchen).

Comfortable apartment, great location

I was traveling with two friends and we had a great stay in the apartment. The roof terrace is wonderful and the apartment is clean and big enough for three persons. Location is also convenient.

Great place just on the edge of the old town.

The place was sparkling. The host had better covid precautions than I would have set up for myself. Very easy to communicate with the host!

Windows only opened on one side, so the room was a bit stuffy (but the AC worked very well!).

Simona’s place is perfect for a visit to Bologna.

The apartment was very spacious, clean, comfortable and modern. It had a unique and beautiful garden terrace. The location was just minutes away from the commercial part of Bologna and a great market; a bit further for the historic area. It’s a great and fun city.

The lobby area is dark and forbidding, but that is part of the entire apartment building. There is a step after the lift that is hard to see, so it would be easy to fall there.
