Nel complesso piacevolissima esperienza!

Personale gentilissimo, colazione ricca, a 10 min a piedi dal centro di Perugia, uso piscina valore aggiunto validissimo.

L'hotel è un po' datato richiederebbe qualche attenzione e rifacimento

Più simile a un 2 stelle che a un 4, hotel ancora in decadenza

I due ragazzi della reception gentili, Valentina al check-in e un ragazzo del turno di pomeriggio. Si può andare tranquillamente al centro caminando 15/20 minuti. Il parcheggio gratuito.

Camere caldissime ( aria condizionata non funzionante, loro dicono che la città ancora non ha dato i permessi, cosa strana visto i 25 gradi ), la notte si è dormito molto male. Telefoni in camera non funzionano. Alla reception non rispondono mai, abbiamo provato a chiamare più volte prima di arrivare. Un ascensore rotto e il secondo sempre occupato all'orario dei check-out. In una camera una finestra che non si chiudeva. Abbiamo cambiato una camera ma non è servito a nulla. Dopo 1 ora di perdida di tempo mi hanno proposta la cancellazione gratuita ma ero a Perugia per poche ore. Non sembra di essere per niente in un 4 stelle, direi di più un 2 stelle scarso. Per non parlare della cucina del ristorante, come già letto in altri commenti : piatti scarsi.

Hotel dal grande potenziale

Lo staff è estremamente gentile e cortese, Marie alla reception una vera padrona di casa che fa il possibile per accoglierti e farti sentire ben voluto. La posizione dell'hotel è estremamente comoda, ed avere il garage a disposizione, in un'area dove altrimenti sarebbe difficile parcheggiare, è un vero plus apprezzatissimo. La colazione ottima, varia, sia dolce che salato. Buon caffè. Bellissime le decorazioni natalizie nella Hall.

La pulizia ha lasciato un po a desiderare, nel corridoio e nella stanza si avvertiva la polvere. In più nella camera ho sofferto molto l'allergia alla polvere, e ciò ha reso il mio sonno molto disturbato. Gli arredi sono da rivedere ed aggiornare secondo me, ma ci sono ampi margini di miglioramento.

Really nice stay in Perugia

Great communication with the reception, fast and smooth messages helped us to get from the airport. Great breakfast, delicious coffee and staff really helpful and caring. It was a really pleasure to stay in that hotel. Stunning View from the panoramic tarace!

Could be a little cleaner at the window area, when we moved curtains there was a lot of really old spiders web.

Amazing

An excellent hotel, with great roof terrace with amazing views and swimming pool. Swimming pool is not big but it wasn’t crowded. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, and bathrooms are especially nice. Hotel is a bit of a walk from the historical city center, but that is the price to pay for a swimming pool. Stuff is very kind and helpful.

Only the breakfast and breakfast staff was good . Rest is 3 star hotel quality.

Price was good. Room was decent.

No bar and no restaurant on premises. Minibar in the room was empty. One elevator could not keep up with the demand. Breakfast was not something a 4* hotel would offer.

Not going back in a rush, lots of better places. Doesn't deserve 4 star, probably self-rated..

Decent quiet location.

Breakfast was so poor that you wouldn't call it so. Very little choises and everything running out at only 1 hour after buffet opening. Got down at 8.30 and almost empty trays. Far from 4 star breakfast, very disappointing.

An okay experience

We liked the room was very clean and warm enough for the period of time when we visited, it had nice surroundings, the staff was great and treated us nicely even though we arrived later than expected. We also had a breakfast included which was delicious, rich and diverse.

We stayed in a room where I think we were maybe too far away from the wifi router, because the only area where we could have used the wifi was in the lobby, even though they said it's great. Maybe in other rooms it is different, but in this room we had no wifi.

Spacious rooms, helpful staff, quiet

Unless travelling by car, it is a bit far off the centre and buses don't always stop in front of the hotel. If you don't feel like going out the hotel does not have lunch / dinner options and the restaurant in front of the hotel is closed.

Comfortable hotel with free parking

Very nice and quiet hotel at 20 minutes' walk to central Perugia. Spacious and comfortable room (and bathroom). Good wifi. Excelent value for money breakfast. Free wide parking is a real bonus that the kind receprtionist allowed us to continue using on the day of our departure (...all staff were kind and professional)

Very good

For 50 EUR/night - excellent. Slightly renovated rooms (although there are some parts left unfinished or untouched), new bathroom fittings, excellent soundproofing, friendly staff. 20 minutes by foot to the centro, 15 minutes by bus to the train station. Quiet and nice location uphill.

Breakfast is very poor and food starts to disappear after 9 AM although the breakfast is till 10AM. Nothing is replenished and the staff starts to clean the tables. Wi-Fi didn't work in the rooms.

Good hotel, bad transportation.

The staff were very nice, decent, caring, engaging p, hard working people. I will have to give them that, they hire incredible staff.

The hotel is a bit shabby. The wood baseboards next to the elevator on our floor are falling off and rotten - that should be replaced. The phones do not work in the rooms and the front desk were using their personal cell phones to make calls for the customers. Their is no restaurant that is open. The worst thing however is the location. It’s nice enough where it is but it is a very long walk to the city centre and the cabs ate a joke in Perusia. You just cannot get one. The hotel and the restaurants had to call and call and call. All they got was busy signals or if they did pick up they would tell you they are too busy now, call back later. When you are trying to get to a dinner reservation or to catch your train, this is unacceptable. Not the hotels fault mind you, but you are much better off booking a hotel downtown.
