Limpio y bien ubicado

El trato del personal ante una situación inesperada. Mi esposa tuvo una infección en los riñones durante nuestra estadía. Vino un medico del seguro y le diagnostico COVID, mi señora se puso peor el tercer día y les pedi renovar por tres días mas para llevar a mi mujer al hospital. 1.- No me quisieron renovar cuando en Booking seguían teniendo disponibilidad. 2.- Tuve que salir al hospital de urgencia con mi mujer muy grave, y avise que había dejado algunas cosa en la habitación que después pasaba a buscar. 3.- Cuando paso a buscar me faltaba una campera. 4.- Mi señora no tenia COVID, sino una septicemia provocada por una infección de riñones mal diagnosticada. La falta de empatía de esta gente hacia un ser humano es monstruosa. 5.- Cuando pregunto porque no me podían reservar tres noches mas, la respuesta es " como tienen COVID, perdemos un día para ventilar la habitación". 6.- Me ofrecí a pagar el día adicional de limpieza y así y todo me negaron la habitación. 7.- Mi mujer se salvo gracias a los medicos del hospital de Sarzana donde fue trasladada y donde estuvo internada 12 días.

Estancia agradable

La habitación muy amplia y limpia, el personal muy amable y atento.

El desayuno, creo que es muy limitado. Y además te cobran extras por pedir una tostada o un huevo recién hecho.

The staff were extremely helpful & friendly. Loved the location. Loved the comfortable foyer.

My room was a little small (single) but the bathroom was generous

Great location, great service and we got a great room

Location was amazing, right opposite the station, room was spacious and modern, staff were friendly and breakfast was fantastic.

It felt like half of the hotel had had the rooms upgraded and some of the reviews here would suggest that. Ours was fantastic but seems like some of the others haven’t been upgraded yet?

Gostamos de absolutamente tudo. Localização excelente para ir a pé da estação, e silencioso o quarto. Quarto extremamente confortável, grande, com bastante armários, e o banheiro ótimo. O melhor café da manhã de todos os hotéis que ficamos na a Itália. Recomendo muito

Location is perfect.

Location is very good and convenient. When I dropped my suitcase in the morning, the female staff is very kind.

When I checked in, I got a wifi informant. After I reached my room, I wanted to use wifi. However, the username and password of wifi were not found. I have tried so many times but unsuccessful. I tried to call the reception but no number was found to call. I had to go down after a long and tiring day. When I told about this problem, the same female staff said, “i know, I know.” I wanted to tell her that if you knew you gave me a wrong info, why don’t you call my room??? I was quite upset as I really spent a long time to connect wifi so I showed my long face. Finally, the staff said sorry and gave me a correct wifi information. This is very disappointing and not professional at all. The shower box is very tiny and I had difficulty to take a shower although I am not a big size.

Great stay in a city which was is in the perfect location to explore cinque terre, Rapallo and Pisa.

Breakfast was excellent with a wide and varied choice to suit all tastes. The location was perfect as it is right by the railway station and just on the edge of the main pedestrian street. Staff were very helpful.

Lovely hotel - close to train station for trips to Cinque Terre.

A beautiful little hotel in La Spezia - 5 minutes walk to train station. Lots of lovely restaurants near by and they had a lovely bar to have an afternoon cocktail. Had two room both were lovely and large. Nice breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Immaculate condition, very clean and comfortable in a great location.

Avery quaint but tiny lift and the shower in our bathroom was very small.

It was a comfortable, affordable and convenient place to stay.

The property is clean and the amenities are good. The best thing is that it’s very close to the train station. Breakfast is excellent.

Excellent service and Good Experience. Would definitely recommend!

I liked that the property was within an easy walk from the train station. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect. The best thing was the view from the 5th floor which was amazing.

Convenient location to train station for visit to Cinque Terre and other cities.

Location a stone's throw from train station. Decent breakfast with ample spread of food.

Rooms a bit dated and were cold in early Nov but was told by hotel staff that it was still too early for heaters to be turned on.
