Small hotel close to the old city center

A small hotel close to the old city center. The beds were comfortable. Huge room and bathroom with amenities for the handicapped. A comfy arm chair. Water and coffee making facilities. Breakfast choices were amazing and the restaurant was nicely decorated. We also appreciated the proximity to the bus station: bus 300 to the airport. Staff was friendly.

We had a room on the ground floor. It was rather hot in the room but with the windows open and people walking past our window, trams rattling, traffic etc. it was too noisy so we closed it. With closed windows, noise level was fine for us (most of the time) but it was rather hot. We didn't like the cushions but that is a minor detail. Bedlight didn't work. & multiple socket didn't work properly (so phone not charged in the morning :-( So if you decide to go, ask for a room on a higher floor even though I wouldn't recommend the hotel during a warm period.

L'hotel è indubbiamente centrale, quindi quasi tutto è raggiungibile a piedi con una bella passeggiata. La camera singola che ho avuto era spaziosa, con un'ampia finestra e un bagno anch'esso di buone dimensioni. Letto comodo con bollitore e necessaire per the e caffè. Acqua di cortesia: ogni giorno 2 bottiglie. Cordiale, riservato e disponibile lo staff alla reception.

L'hotel è oramai completamente impregnato degli "aromi" del ristorante nepalese collocato al piano terra che funge anche da sala colazione. Questa è una verità inconfutabile: ambienti comuni e scale sono tutti coinvolti. La mia stanza, però, era completamente esente da odori o aromi, anzi era profumata, non saprei dire delle altre. La colazione è essenziale sia nel dolce che nel salato e sicuramente non eccezionale. Noioso aver dovuto chiedere, l'ultimo giorno, dei cornetti allo staff, far notare loro come fosse bizzarro che non fossero disponibili già verso le 9 e dover insistere per averli. Ovviamente si consiglia una colazione veloce per non infestare gli abiti. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo nel complesso non appare convincente.

Don’t stay here at least during summer time

Location is good, interior is nice.

The room is very small. There is no air conditioner (as in most places of old town) so you have to open to window during the night. However, there is a lot of noise from the outside in the night time, so you get no sleep at all.

Really enjoyed my stay - receptionist made me feel at home and was very helpful.

Breakfast and a lovely, clean room. It was nicely decorated and comfortable and had everything I needed.

Room was a little small for the price. Also, I would have liked some fresh milk provided for my tea!

Nice old-style hotel at an excellent location, but not so good in summer - no air conditioning.

Friendly staff, clean room, large and comfortable bathroom, tee/coffee making facilities in the room, interesting "ancient" style of furniture, tapestry, etc., matching the fact that the hotel is located in what seems to be an old, probably even historical building. A small "inner court" where you can relax. Excellent location, a few minutes walk from the inner old town and the Wawel hill, and a few steps from a tram & bus stop.

No air conditioning, which makes staying in the top floor room during hot summer days a not so pleasant experience. Low number of parking places (despite asking for one a few days before arrival, I was not assigned with one) - this is a problem since finding a parking place along the nearby streets is close to impossible and you have to pay a lot for this privilege when you finally find one. Rather noisy, being at a main street with a tram line. Strong kitchen smells inside and outside from a restaurant located in the same building on the ground floor.

The hotel had a good location and check in was easy

The description states their is no aircon, which is fair. But they don't mention our room would be in the attic with no windows and so hot. The bath was exceptionally small, which is cleverly not shown in pictures

Very good

It is a very convenient place, a hotel with character and very friendly staff that were very helpful. I liked the little balcony and the feeling of being at a home. It was spacious both the room and the bathroom.

The breakfast could be improved and my bathroom door was not sliding.

Good stay for a night or two

Good for a night or two, good location, friendly staff. Good value for what you pay.

No elevator, although the receptionist offered to put my large luggage into the room. The whole hotel seems like it could use a bit of renovation. It was a bit loud at night so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise.

Find a diffferent hotel

The "hotel" doesn't have an elevator, so be ready to carry your bags up the stairs. The ceiling is too low. I kept bumping my head on the ceiling. My room didn't have an electrical outlet near the desk. No easy chair. No couch.

Great money value,close to city center

The location is perfect,just a couple minutes walk to historical city center. There is only a Nepaloi restaurant in the hotel but it's great! Breakfast was good enough,eggs and sausages were upon request. There is parking, only needs to be reserved.

The rooms were not soundproof at all, thankfully there weren't that many people during our stay. It was pretty cool in the rooms but forrunately there was a heater we could turn on.

Place near the centrum, room was clean, breakfasts ok (eggs and sausages fresh after order), smaller hotel, (Only) Indian restaurant in the hotel. Good price.

The room was big for 3 persons and it was very quiet. Personnel at reception was very friendly and helpful especially the last day when we had to book and cancel taxis. .

The breakfast was very standard. The fruit offered was not of good quality and orange juice was not offered every day.

Recommendation if you want to stay in the area!

Hotel is situated in the centre of krakow. Recommended therefore (depending on where room is situated) to use ear plugs. Our stay was positive. Breakfast was good and sufficiënt. A good hotel for a weekend.

Not impressed with breakfast special the coffee, but is not far to walk to interesting places and the staff was polite and helpful.

Needs to look happier, change room carpet, ceiling lights and curtains. I found it dark As is all night traffic i found it noisy.

A quiet hotel, just right for a good night's sleep

The staff was very friendly: we got a spacious room facing the street where the tram runs, at our request it was changed to a smaller one but facing the backyard. And in addition to the restaurant on the ground floor, there is another one 50 meters away with breakfast until 12:00 ;)

The hotel is not brand new and will probably need some updating sooner or later, but this is more a matter of taste than an actual problem

Exceptional

This is a perfect hotel if you want to do a lot of sightseeing: Muzeum Narodowe w Krakowie located in less than 5 min walking distance, Zámek Królewski na Wawelu and all must-see spots in Staré Místo are just in 15-20 min walking or few bus/team stops. Highly recommend and will stay here again.
