Helt ok om man ønsker hotell til en billig penge. Pene og nyoppusset rom, men ligger ikke noe fint og personal er sure

Fine rom og gode senger

Ligger ikke noe fint, med tanke på gatene. Harde puter og personale var ikke særlig hyggelige, frokosten var heller ikke til å skryte av

Not worth it’s price

Location

Overall room condition; no lock on bathroom’s door; weird noise from roof at night (probably conditioning block); could bot open window for fresh air, however key was presented but it did nothing. Average breakfast. Definitely, will not recommend for this amount of money.

Rewelacyjna lokalizacja w samym sercu krakowskiego Kazimierza, jednak sam hotel znajduje się przy cichej uliczce, dzięki czemu wyspaliśmy się bez zakłóceń. Pokój był czysty i wyjątkowo przestronny.

Breakfast is great - good choice, all fresh. Location is superb. Don't be fooled by the rates - it is great value for money bed and breakfast in good location, so don't expect much from it.

A bit worn out - some towels need to be replaced. Carpet would require some refreshment as well.

The staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was very good.

In the hotel description it was mentioned that the hotel provides parking service. Actually the hotel does not have own parking. Parking is about 600 meters from the hotel and it costs 50 zloty per day. You should remove the word "parking" from the list of hotel's facilities. Also note that there is no fridge in the room.

High standard and centrally located

Nice, spacious room in good condition, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, beautiful breakfast restaurant, good breakfast. Generally, the hotel was of a much higher standard than I expected, given the reasonable price. Interesting neighbourhood and only a short walk to the old town and the castle.

Only minor stuff: When we complained that the water cooler in the corridor was empty, the night receptionist just handed us a warm half-litre bottle of water. (The next night, it was still empty, and when we complained again, this time to a different night receptionist, she immediately replaced the water container.)

Good accomodation

The hotel is situated at a very calm street, so there is not a lot of noise during the night. The staff was super friendly and always pleased to help. The breakfast was quite nice.

The room was very dark because of the high and gloomy building on the opposite side of the street, which basically swallowed all of the sun. The surrounding buildings look quite wrecked, so at the first impression we were a bit scared of the area the Hotel is situated in. But we discovered quickly that there are cute restaurants and Cafes just around every corner and that the street was not scary at all. The wall design is very special and maybe not everyones taste. But we actually started to like it after a few minutes of getting used to it. :D

Great value for money. I would gladly stay there again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast tasty and a good choice of products. Hotel is located at 15 min walking distance to old town, main train station, shopping mall as well as Schindler’s factory. There are many restaurants and pubs around hotel, if you want to still enjoy Krakow atmosphere but without crowds like in main square. Room was clean, not cluttered, simple but enough.

Toiletries are in dispensers ( so basically you do not know exactly, what you are using) perhaps it was the same soap? So that was a little minus for me. It would be nice , if yoghurts were served straight from the fridge ( but that is my preference )

Nice hotel in our favourite Kazimierz location. Clean room, good temperature inside, comfortable bed. We really enjoyed the breakfast. It was a good choice for a good price.

What a great hotel I stayed with my mother who is in a wheelchair the lift was a good size and corridor and family room was large enough to move around ,great power shower. Super comfortable beds Breakfast was plentiful lots of yoghurt cold meats cheeses a good selection of croissants breads and hot food of eggs bacon and sausage ,great staff and nothing was too much trouble.In the area lots of bars and restaurants nearby supermarkets just across the road.
