Tolle Lage, aber sehr schlechter Zustand!

Die Lage ist super! Das Personal war nett . Das Zimmer hatte eine Terrasse mit Blick auf die Bosporus Brücke, das war klasse.

Der Zustand des Badezimmers war katastrophal. Schimmel, aufgequollene Badmöbel, verkalkte , alte Glastüren und Schaniere. Das wäre selbst für ein günstiges Hotel nicht in Ordnung. Wir haben 450,00 € die Nacht bezahlt und waren sehr enttäuscht.

اخذت غرفة مطلع جزئيا على البحر للاسف كانت سيئة للغاية والاثاث قديم وبعضه متهالك هذا غير النمل الموجود في الغرفة

Avoid the Bosphorous view junior suite!

The location of this hotel was fab, food was really nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We splashed out on a junior suite as a birthday treat but despite the views being wowza the room smelt like it had been sprayed to death to cover the fact that it was clearly used by smokers (or the curtains and carpets needed changing from when it was a smoking room). The carpets were stained and worn. The furniture and decor had seen better days. It didn't live up to our expectations (apart from the view which was incredible). At night the bar next door (not part of the hotel) hosted a party from 11pm-4am and the windows offered little protection from the noise and thumping music. We asked to move on the second night and were put in a standard bedroom away from the party. Bliss. No view, no 'suite' but a clean modern quiet hotel room. Let that be a lesson to us! We will save our money next time we consider 'treating' ourselves. We were offered an alternative junior suite to be fair but we couldn't face moving another time because we were only there 3 nights and it didn't seem worth the bother. The staff did say that they have countless complaints about the noise from this room which is crazy that they keep exposing guests to the likelihood that their holiday will be affected in this way. So we had one awful room and one nice which doesn't really help you make up your mind to stay here or not. The location is great but for the money the hotel and facilities are fairly average given the numerous hotel options in Istanbul I think we could have done much better.

Comfortable.

The staff was very nice. The beds very comfortable. The Hotel has an amazing terrace and an amazing view. They gave me an upgrade and the room had an amazing view.

I think its a bit overpriced. For Tourist, they don’t have much information on tours, and the ones they have are extremely expensive. Suggestion would be to have more tours and information available to tourist. Need to improve the black outs for the rooms.

Great location Nice hotel and professional kind Staff

Staff in reception are professional and kind, they made upgrade for me when i stayed the 2nd time. They are helpful and polite, hotel is clean, water is always available in the room, location is nice right on the bosphorus, every thing was good and i will come back again whenever i visit istanbul :)

it’s in a packed area, the rooms are terrible and smell weird, the breakfast is average at best. No way this is a 5-star hotel, the balcony has ripped and broken chairs as well. do not stay here
