Arrivés fatigués, repartis en pleine forme.

Très joli hôtel face à la mer. Restaurant gastronomique, repas excellent, petit déjeuner très varié, le pain est varié et très très bon. Les femmes de chambres font un travail remarquable. Tout le personnel est sympathique et souriant.Que du bonheur !

La wi fi qui est un peu faible.

Je retournerai avec grand plaisir

L’accueil très chaleureux.Le petit déjeuné est de grande qualité de même que le dîner accompagné d’une charmante pianiste.Le professionnalisme et la disponibilité de personnel.

Me hicieron un upgrade sin haberlo pedido y despues de 24 hs de estar volando de Argentina a España. Nunc me lo voy a olvidar, desde el trato hasta de las instalaciones! Ganaron um cliente eterno!! Millon de gracias

Todo es maravilloso. La atención del personal es inmejorable, súper amables y atentos. No necesitas pedir nada porque están pendientes de todo. Un 10 en todos los sentidos. Son muy detallistas.

Erholsamer Urlaub!

Wir hatten insgesamt einen tollen Aufenthalt im Vincci - wir haben wunderschöne Zimmer bekommen und konnten erholsame Tage genießen. Das junge Personal war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich sowie der französisch sprechende Kellner war sehr zuvorkommend. Um das Auto brauchte man sich nicht kümmern, was es einem sehr vereinfacht hat.

Ausschließlich der ältere Herr vom Personal (schwarz gekleidet) beim Frühstücksbuffet war aggressiv und unfreundlich. Man hatte als Gast das Gefühl ihn zu stören, was niemals der Fall sein sollte in einem 5 Sterne Hotel.

- service : toute équipe dans cet établissement nous montre un service excellent ; l’accueil , le restaurent , le ménage de chambre , le parking … merci pour Lydia , Alexander, Pepi 😊👏👍 - l’infrastructure : une surprise pour l’organisation de chambre . Un grand lit super confortable , salle d’eau est très spacieuse , la qualité de serviette/ peignoir , produits shampoing / gel / savon haut de gamme . - terrasse extraordinaire ,belle piscine , Spa , sauna 👍 - petit-déjeuner avec un service sur commande , raffiné et délicieux . - cadeaux pour l’arrivée et départ 🙏

Nice place to stay with kids, private and short access to the beach, freandly staff.

The staff, the location, swimming pools and service on the beach are very good.

The breakfast; no fibers at all. Only cheese, meat and bread/eggs. I would really appreciate if the hotel could offer some vegetables for breakfast.

Very comfortable hotel with access to the sea.

Great location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The access to the sea is also a big plus and the pool is amazing. Another important detail is that the parking is underground. Bathroom was also very good.

Avoid ordering water to the room. It’s super expensive.

maybe for a short stay but not for a long holidays!

I like the staff professionalism and the fact everything is clean

the half-board is not worth it! the restaurant is à la carte and the list of suggestions is very limited so we are rapide ou bored of it! the breakfast is not worth it at all especially because it is a 5 ⭐️

Most of the staff is super, especially Borja, Filipe, Sonia, Isidro and Carlos were all super. Thanks to them our stay was great. The location is fabulous, views are great.

A few of the staff members unfortunately were a bit indifferent. Probably a bit more training is needed. The experience was inconsistent, depending on who was attending to you. Some the fixtures in the hotel need repair, on the walls you can make out the wear. At this price point, this should be kept up and fresh.

Perfect quiet retreat so close to all amenities of the town. Amazing views. Perfect staff.

Very personal touch from the hotel staff at all times. All hot breakfast cooked fresh on demand. Exceptional service from all staff at all times. Beds very big and so comfortable. Hotel is a hidden gem.
