la localisation Le très beau petit déjeuner la gentillesse du personnel

les chambres qui mériteraient un petit refresh comme les communs, On sent que cela a été un très bel hôtel mais une rénovation serait nécessaire

Ampla e limpa

Xícara de café estava suja, deixei à mostra para que a pessoa da limpeza pudesse ver, mas para minha surpresa, a pessoa colocou a xícara no Lugar “SUJA”. Foi a única decepção.. precisam rever isso… Acredito ter sido um fato isolado…

Un séjour en famille très agréable !

Très bon emplacement et personnel accueillant. Charme désuet mais avec un grand confort. Beaucoup de charme.

Great location with friendly staff lovely breakfast

Room nice the big with nice size bath /shower great location in Zaragoza. staff friendly, helpful. the man parking the car the taking our luggage was very friendly with good English. Breakfast had great choice of lovely food scramble eggs cooked specially when asked for.

Took a long while to fill the bath. Room a little tatty. No bar available when we were there.

Elegant stay in centre of Zaragoza.

Elegant and comfortable hotel in central location. Great service from the cheerful staff who are always esgre to please.

Could improve on customer service

The hotel is situated in the town centre walking distance to El tubo area for nice taps, the old town with the Basilica and Cathedral. The rooms were pleasant but not very clean, for example there were stain on my pillow case. However, when mentioned they promptly changed it. There were not many complimentary amenities that you would expect from a 4 stars hotel like vanity set, sewing kit and so forth. Moving on to the service, we found a leaflet in the room advertising massages which only requested a 4h notice. Despite staying for over 72h and after several attempts to requested the said massages, we left Zaragoza a bit stressed and tense. Apparently the only masseus on their payroll was always ill and the didn't make any effort to find any alternative option. Laura in concierge made no attempt. Furthermore, her behaviour was unacceptable when we followed up and she rolled her eyes and in general she lacked customer service ethic. We had higher expectations from this hotel.

Great location for town , would return to explore more of Zaragoza

Reception fabulous and room was good but the hotel needs a revamp . Breakfast was good but team need to clean tables before relaying . It is noisy on a Friday night - maybe ask for inside room away from road if want a quite night

L'esmorzar excel:·lent i el personal molt atent i amable. La ubicació de l'hotel perfecte a prop de tots els llocs d'interès de la ciutat. Ens van canviar l'habitació per una millor al mateix preu. Gràcies!!

A disappointing stay, luckily it was only for two nights.

A good location, easy walk into the old town.

A disappointing room. After booking a superior room, on arrival I could not see any difference to other standard hotel rooms that I have stayed in, hardly a superior room experience! Renovations ongoing which we were not advised about at the time of booking. WE DID NOT APRECIATE HEARING YAPPING DOGS IN A ROOM NEAR OURS AT 23:00! 😡 A hotel without bar facilities!! A first for me. 😳

Brilliant hotel in lovely neighbourhood, a short stroll to all that Zaragoza has to offer. Highly recommend.

The fact that the room was very reasonably priced, that we can bring our dog, parking was available and the location. The staff were welcoming, friendly and proficient. Stylish environment. Highly recommend and looking forward to our next stay,already. Having the parking valet to take away and bring your car back to the hotel was also a nice touch.

The on-line check in confused matters as the booking came up under my wife’s name as I had entered her details after mine. Meant that, initially, my name didn’t show on the system! But the very nice gentleman sorted it out quickly, and with charm. €35 for the dog is a little excessive, though you do get a bowl and bed - neither of which we needed as we had those with us,as travelling by car. Nice touch, though.

Amazing hotel!! Great staff… location… rooms!!

Amazing hotel!! Great location… very friendly staff!! We took our dog and the hotel provided a bed, bowl and treats for him. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was beautiful!! I would highly recommend l!

Good price vs quality ratio.

Central location. Great breakfast. Good bed.

I asked for adjoining rooms because of the kids staying with us. On the floor plan it looks like the rooms adjoining but they’re 10 meters away. A little annoying.

Great hotel, recommend it to anyone!

Beautiful hotel, perfectly located, wonderful rooms with great bed quality and well-stoked bathrooms (not just shower gel and shampoo but also a bamboo toothbrush). Would recommend.
