Le chalet n a pas de cheminée. Le seul chauffage est électrique et il y a une coupure du groupe électrogène entre midi et 15:00. Si la météo vous oblige à rester au chalet, alors il fait vraiment froid pendant cette période.

Basic accommodation, but close to the national park

Great location and incredible views, staff were also very friendly. Despite some reviews below, the wifi was great. It seems that they’ve added starlink recently,

Property had a few power cuts through the night (in addition to the daily power cut they tell you about between 12-3pm), one of the showers also had a waterproofing issue which leaked out and made the cabin smell for the rest of the stay. Showers could have been cleaner. Accommodation is very basic.

Excelente, ótima localização, vista perfeita, cabana simples mas confortável!

A vista, a localização foram perfeitas. Você está praticamente dentro do parque e um ótimo custo benefício! A cabana é bem equipada para 4 pessoas, o atendimento foi muito bom!

No segundo dia, os chuveiros não esquentaram. A internet não funciona nada!

Una cabana muy acogedora en un fantastico lugar con vista espectacular al rio y a los Torres, solo tres kilometros antes de la entrada al parque. La cocina bién equipada,las camas comodas. Dos restaurantes cerca.

Der Preis ist berechtigt aufgrund der speziellen Lage, nicht aber aufgrund der Cabaña an sich.

Schöne Gegend, guter Ausgangspunkt für Exkursionen, sofern ein eigenes Auto vorhanden ist.

Die Küchenutensilien sind etwas spärlich und recht veraltet. Es gibt in der Nähe keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Close to the park. Nice view. Big cabin.

WiFi didn’t work at all. No blinds on one of the windows, so anyone standing outside can see in. One of the shower heads broke during shower. Very very expensive.

Good stay close to park entrance, albeit pricy (as the entire area)

Nice location and cabañas with some privacy. Panoramic views. Powerful heating and solid kitchen.

Shower: The drain seemed to be somewhat blocked. It took hours for the water to drain off. WLAN: Did not work in the cabin (Huawei pocket wifi). It worked well in and around the reception cottage, though. The host did not make the effort to fix this, but in fact it did not bother us much. Access road: The last bit of road from the main Rio Serrano access road is in bad condition. There are several guesthouses and hotels in this area, but for some reason they save the few bucks it would cost to fix the potholes.

Beautiful place, friendly staff, good value for money.

The view is exceptional. The staff will go the extra mile to solve some little issues. The cottages are super clean and well taken care off.

One night we didn't have water because of a problem with the waterintake from the river. The staff resolved it fast, but took a few hours to refill the water. The wifi comes and goes bus we brought a lot of boardgames. :-) Beautiful place to just enjoy the view!

Great location and a wonderful facility for a visit in Torres del Paine.

The location and magnificent views. The cabin was very comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful

While there, they had a temporary water outage but they kept us informed. We also had trouble connecting to WiFi in our cabin until we figured out how to go directly through the main server at reception

Einfacher Bungalow nahe des Nationalparks

Die Lage ist super, weil nicht weit vom Eingang des Nationalparks mit Blick auf die Berge des Parks. auch ist der Bungalow freistehend und sehr ruhig. wir hatten keine Fussbodenheizung, wie anscheinend andere Bungalows, aber die normale Heizung war auch sehr gut.

Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist sehr spärlich und veraltet. In der Pfanne kann man nichts braten, weil null Beschichtung - uralt. es gibt keine Mikrowelle, es gibt keine Schüssel, das Schneidebrett ist auch kaputt, kein Wasserkocher - nur Kessel auf dem Gasherd. es gibt auch keine Toilettenbürste, bei 5 Tagen mit 4 Leuten.... es gibt kaum Platz für das Gepäck. Für den Preis hatten wir es doch etwas besser erwartet.

Het huisje was heel oud, alles was scheef, zat los, of was verweerd. Vooral het sanitair rammelde zowat uit elkaar… dat zullen ze Elf ook door hebben want er werden nieuwe huisjes verkocht

Gorgeous scenery and very close to the park entrance. Also there are 2 amazing restaurants to eat a)

The location was amazing… truly beautiful. The only downside was the WiFi was horrible. So if you get 2 snowy days In a row , and forgot a deck of cards… boredom sets in.

The WiFi is terrible so you have to have everything planned before you come.

The location is close to the park entry and close to other restaurants and hotels.

We had the cabana nr. 5. We do not recommend booking this one: heating was not enough, shower was broken, cabina looked used without style e.g. different carpet colors in every room, kitchen equipment was old and partially broken and we kept collecting insects from the kitchen and room floors. The owners could not give information neither on park nor on the surroundings (it was not for the lack of Spanish). It can be noted that they have other cabanas that are better in shape (nicer style, fewer broken things, heating ok). We were able to change to number 3 for the last night because of a lack of sufficient heating. Note: we were only 2 people. The price drops considerably if you're a group of 4.

Convenient location to explore the Torres del Paine park.Very nice staff who let us check in early. Great to be able to cook our own food and make lunches before days of hiking.

Lighting in cabin was just overhead, so difficult to read. There were no extra kitchen items like salt, you really need to bring everything.

The road is very bumpy. The cabin is very old, dirty, and crumbling. The should burn it and build a new one instead….
