we order a pasta with garlic and olive. its a 5 star hotel but we were given plain pasta with olives.no garlic. basically a tasteless plate

Прекрасный отдых в Валенсии

Останавливалась в отеле два раза. Идеальное расположение - в тихом приятном районе, в 2 минутах от парка Турия и в 5 минутах от туристического центра. Удобная парковка, приветливый персонал, чистые уютные и тихие номера. Мы путешествовали с собакой и нам выделили тихий уютный номер. Мы никому не мешали и нам никто не мешал. Очень хорошая звукоизоляция и приятный дизайн номеров (хороший текстиль, мягкие тона, располагающие к отдыху), отличного качества халаты и тапочки. Потрясающие завтраки. Есть смузи, йогурты, зелень и каши - это важно для тех, кто следит за питанием. В восторге от зоны спа и бассейна, которые открыты с 7 утра. И, конечно, мой фаворит - внутренний двор отеля с террасой ресторана, где вечером очень приятно выпить коктейль и подышать свежим воздухом перед сном.

Стоимость проживания достаточно высокая для отелей Валенсии и кроме оплаты номера, взымается плата за животного (за каждые сутки проживания вашего питомца). Обычно в отелях такого уровня и с такой ценой для животного предоставляется бутылка питьевой воды, миски для еды и лежанка (или плед). К сожалению, в отеле ничего не предоставили. Мне было бы приятно, если бы отель позаботился не только обо мне, но и о питомце.

Great, comfortable location for the city center.

Very large well appointed rooms. Comfortable bed. Nice courtyard for evening drinks. Location just across the park from old town was very easy in and easy out while still a convenient walk to the city center.

Peaceful oasis of calm next to the busy city.

Quite and peaceful room. Great spa and pool. Only 2 minutes walk to Turia river/park and 10 mins walk from old centre. Staff friendly and very helpful.

The team made us very warmly welcome.

The staff really went the second mile and the garden courtyard is beautiful.

It is a little far from the centre but that is a small complaint.

Dans l'ensemble Parfait

la 1ère chambre était sur la rue mais bruyante avec les Fallas, nous avons demandé à changer et le jour même on changeait sans problème. La chambre était spacieuse, calme. Nous avons pris les petits déjeuner (très copieux) et certains repas du soir et tout était impeccable (service, gentillesse du personnel et très bon) Nous avons profité de la piscine et du hammam, parfait.

Le seul bémol peut être est que nous avons fait des soins : massage et soin du visage pour 2 personnes et nous avons trouvé que le soin du visage aurait pu être plus complet : ma fille a eu un massage crânien par ex, pas moi et nous avons eu 3 ou 4 applications de crèmes et c'est tout. Pour avoir l'habitude des soins du visage, je l'ai trouvé un peu juste et n'a pas servi à grand chose. Conclusion, trop cher pour ce qu'il a été. C'est dommage.

Beautiful hotel close to Central Valencia

Gorgeous hotel in a historic building. It was just across the bridge from the main part of Valencia. During the Fallas it was nice to have a quiet hotel to treat to.

La habitación (King) era enorme, con vistas al patio interior y un baño espectacular. Fue nuestra noche de bodas y tuvieron además el detalle de regalarnos una botella de champán.

Pague en efectivo y les dije que quería pagar en efectivo. Al día siguiente de irme del hotel me di cuenta que también me lo habían cargado en la tarjeta. Lo reclamé y aún estoy esperando que me llegue el dinero al banco después de 4 dias.

mooie tuin, grote kamers

wel wat verouderd, geen buiten zwembad, slecht werkende airco. Eerst moet je deposit betalen en daarna de rekening en de deposit krijg je niet meteen verwerkt. Kortom betaal je in eerste instantie dubbel en moet je wachten op je geld retour. Dit is zeker geen 4 of 5 sterren waard!!

Extremely disappointing Service

Building and decoration is nice. Spa and Pool where out of order.... another surprise. So ask it before you book this rather expensive hotel.

Extremely bothered by female receptionist at checkout by calling to the room again and again and again, only 5 min after checkout time. It was a disgrace to be treatened this way in a 5- star hotel. It ruined an important business call and my positive feelings about this hotel. They lack training their staff how to treat their well paying guests properly. Extremely disapointing that even the manager could only apologize for her staff, but did not undertake further action or compensation. Very bad service!

Großartiges Ambiente zum Wohlfühlen

Wir hatten dieses Hotel für 3 Tage gebucht und haben uns bei der Ankunft nach unserer langen Autofahrt sofort wohlgefühlt. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Das Auto wurde sicher geparkt und wir erhielten viele nützliche Informationen. Die Betten sind ein Traum, das Frühstück sehr gut, die Innenstadt ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Nach einem langen Tag waren wir jedesmal von dem großartigen Innenhof begeistert, wo wir bei köstlichem Wein die Erlebnisse Revue passieren lassen konnten. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall und kommen sicher wieder.

Der Kaffee zum Frühstück hat uns leider nicht so geschmeckt. Da wir mehr als 3 Wochen in 3 verschiedenen Ländern mit dem Auto unterwegs waren können wir den Frühstückskaffee recht gut einschätzen. Es geht besser.

Location was really convenient for all walkable attractions. Nice and peaceful area with good restaurants close by. Underground parking spaces are a generous size and facilitate large cars easily.

A Star Hotel like the Westin should not run out of various common breakfast items of food so regularly and early in the morning!!! especially when occupancy was around 60 percent in my estimation.

Not what was expected

Beautiful building, located relatively close to all the interest points of the city (and 2 mins away from Mestalla stadium). Rooms are big and comfy. The garden bar is a lovely resting spot for a sunny day.

This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. Everything, from service to facilities, is underwhelming. Had 4 interactions with the hotel and all went wrong. Not the staff's fault, they seem to always be running around. - Check in: told room would be ready in 5-10 mins. Had to wait for an hour (lost a reservation). - Garden bar: ask for a cocktail. 35 mins later we are informed the person in charge of doing them is not there. - Restaurant: order taken at 9:30pm. Our first dish was served at 10:20pm. In overall, the place feels understaffed and not up to what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Bonus: hotel is located 100m from a nightclub. If you are a light sleeper, the nights are gonna be rough (not the hotel's fault, just an important point to consider).

Very comfortable stay

A quiet location but still just a short walk across bridge to all places of interest. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Very comfortable room with excellent separate bathroom and dressing area. Spa facilities very good.

A busy Saturday brought two external events. Lots of people, hotel v busy. Ongoing overnight guests rather overlooked. Families with small children in spa pool lovely ... but not then a peaceful experience for other guests.
