Gorgeous property with beautiful views of the sea

Impressive property with beautiful views and easy access to local areas. Their manager Paloma was generously hospitable and extremely kind enough to make our stay perfect. I would describe her as tinkerbell!!

Oasis in Mallorca

St. Regis was all about comfort to me! Loved the location of the hotel (closest to Palma), the nearby beaches are stunning and, the whole property is beautiful. - The room was spacious with very comfortable beds. - The food was exceptionally good > the breakfast with options for everyone. - The design of this property is beautiful yet not overwhelming. Tastefully decorated! - The butler services was great and useful! - The location was perfect if you wanted to explore Palma and nearby towns. Yet again, what made the stay perfect was the staff in reception and concierge team who made all my requests possible.

great hotel for Mallorca but heavily priced and can’t keep up with international premium destinations.

location luxurious standard

service especially on Pool or in restaurant is bad - takes very long. orders are easily forgotten and just nothing comparable to 5* plus in Dubai. no Netflix or YouTube in tv.

Perfect family get away

Family and kids highly welcome which is not usual for a upscale resort like this. Very nice and well maintained resort (buildings, pool, rooms, restaurants) Extremely friendly and courteous staff Excellent breakfast

near enough to the main tourist area but far away to be nice and quite staff very helpful and attentive. Clearly the hotel has a family feel to it with lots of facilities for families

The best hotel we have stayed in for many years

Attention and professional attitude of the staff, friendly atmosphere in the whole hotel complex, excellent spa (especially with the poor weather!), sensational breakfasts and dinners, spaciousThe weather and well equipped room, sea view, 7pm champagne celebration each evening
