Consigliabile ad un bell gruppo di persone.

Salve , Mi é piaciuto l’attenzione del host che si prende cura della casa e dei suoi ospiti . Abbiamo trascorso un breve soggiorno in questa casa e ci siamo trovati molto bene . É atta accogliente e molto pulita . Ci ritornerò sicuramente in futuro

Una porta del bagno non chiudeva bene ed altre non avevano la chiave per chiudersi Ma é il minimo.

Perfect place to stay

Pretty much everything. Pedro is a fantastic host - even had cold beers in the fridge for us! We had a lengthy and detailed welcome pack sent prior to our arrival which had all the information we needed.

Cant really think of anything which couldve been better. Pedro was fantastic, property was lovely.

De l’accueil à la sortie nous avons été chouchouté Le propriétaire doit recevoir un trophée car il est super adorable bienveillant et accessible Il prend tellement bien soin de ses clients Cette villa est exceptionnelle Décorée avec charme, spacieuse et très propre Le cadre est magnifique calme Nous avons adorés notre séjour Je vous recommande les yeux fermés

Et "MUST TRY" sted på Mallorca

Dette sted er enestående. Fik en meget imødekommende velkomst af Pedro der viste mig rundt i huset og fortalte om stedets muligheder og faciliteter. Huset stod som PERFEKT rengjort - indenfor som udenfor. Man føler sig straks hjemme i huset og plantegningen over huset er supergodt udført. Hvert soveværelse og badeværelse har sin egene charme til dem og igen føler man det meget hjemlig. Hele husete er meget flot møbleret og der findes siderpladser alle steder. Fantastisk muligheder med køle/varme funktioner via radiatorer og aircondition. Der er et meget solidt hegn omkring hele bygningen og man føler sig straks meget tryk og sikker på stedet og i området. I baghaven er der en lækker og meget flot vedligeholdt pool med en skøn terresse, gode udemøbler, grill og maser af flotte grønne planter. Oveni i dette er der to skønne og store altaner - den ene med udgang fra køkken og stue - samt den anden altan øverst op ved soveafdelingen - begge giver en rigtig smuk og betagende udsigt over området og en del af byen. Meget tæt på findes der et rigtig imponerende supermarked og busstoppested. Kan kun anbefale dette sted på det højeste og ønsker alle dem der besøger huset den samme fantastiske oplevelse som jeg fik.

Superb

Exceptionally clean & well maintained property. Good supermarket few mins walk. Easy 10 min walk down hill to Palma centre. Good view. It was private. Very spacious, many tables & chairs to choose from around villa. Bedrooms & bathrooms very clean & spacious. Pedro very helpful & amenable host, particularly with check-in & check-out timings.

Fantastic stay at Casa Filipinas. Truely a ‘home from home’.

Property is well maintained and in a great location, 5 minute drive or 20 min walk to marina. Has everything you need while away on holiday. Supermarket and restaurants close by. Pedro is a super host, always available for any query you may have.

nice time in Palma

Nice , spacious house with all the facilities , including a bbq that we used once . it’s also close to the supermarket. we rented a car so it was easy to get around. Pedro the owner was very nice and happy to help whenever we needed.

Brilliant villa I would highly recommend.

The villa was lovely, very spacious with everything you could need. It was even better than the photos with lots of different areas to sit. There’s 3 bathrooms and extra toilet so no queues in the morning! We enjoyed swimming in the pool and sunbathing . The area is quiet and there’s a supermarket close by. Pedro is really helpful which made our trip even better.

Friendly host, great place to enjoy with friends

The house was clean and comfortable. Supermarket is very close and all other amenities are provided. Really nice views of Palma and the cathedral. Pool is great on a hot, sunny day!

One of the bottom floor bathrooms smelt quite strongly of drains. The other bathroom on the bottom floor had a leaking cistern and the water filled up in the shower due to slow draining.

Excellent stay, Pedro the owner was lovely and gave lots of advice and recommendations. Would stay again!

Lovely private villa suitable for families, close to the supermarket and a 15-20min walk to the city centre. Very spacious if you are travelling with extended family, lovely private balcony which gets the evening sun! Gardens are beautiful with lovely lemon trees.

Pool is not heated so if you’re travelling in spring time you need to be brave to use it.

Perfect for a small group to relax!

The property was lovely and clean and we were met by the owner Pedro who gave us a tour before we settled in. The pool and outside are was also very clean. We were impressed by the size of the property and knew it was perfect for 7 of us. It was a 15 min walk to the marina and we walked most of the time aside and it was easy to get back to the villa. The pool was brilliant and there were so many places to sit and chat. We absolutely loved it - all 7 of us so very grateful for our perfect break away.

Nothing, the address was very clear and we took a taxi from the airport which was apx 25 euros.

Great summer villa!

Very calm location in a villa area, there is a really nice salt-water pool, plenty of space, big rooms, massage chair, big sofa, great AC, I felt like a king in this villa. I even saw a sauna, but outside temperatures were more than enough. Grill both for coal and gas, enormous terrace! Also the host was a huge help to us, he gave us great tips and was very friendly.

Perfect villa for an extended family holiday

The villa was fabulous, beautifully maintained and very well equipped with everything we needed. All the bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. We came for a family birthday celebration and could not have been happier. Thank you Pedro for being an excellent host.

Wonderful place to spend an alternative sunny Christmas!

The Location was excellent. 15 min walk to old town, and Santa Catalina which had an excellent market and good array of restaurants. 10 mins walk to waterfront - lovely to walk along. 2 mins to Mercadona supermarket. We went as a large group of family and there was plenty of space to eat together, or spend time apart- good poolside chairs, loungers and balconies. Bathrooms were very good. Plenty of hot water! Excellent parking outside the house, free.
