Non riuscirei a trovare un difetto in questo riad.
La nostra stanza (Jasmin) era al primo piano di una struttura bellissima, un'oasi di pace nel caos di Marrakech. La cosa che ci ha colpiti appena entrati nel riad, a parte il giardino interno e la cura dei dettagli architettonici, è stato il profumo di gelsomino e il cinguettare degli uccellini che trovavano anch'essi riparo nel riad.
Lo staff è gentilissimo, la camera pulita e bellissima, la posizione è ottima: in 5 minuti si arriva al Souk e con una camminata di 15/20 minuti lo si attraversa tutto per arrivare alla piazza principale. Appena fuori dal vicoletto del Riad ci sono taxi se non avete voglia di camminare, enorme punto a favore perchè in Riad più inoltrati nella Medina un eventuale taxi la sera dovrebbe lasciarvi molto distante dal punto d'arrivo (le auto non possono camminare!). Il nostro riad invece poteva essere raggiunto "da dietro", e un paio di volte i piedi hanno ringraziato. La colazione era abbondante e buona, letto comodo, non saremo potuti essere più contenti.
Grazie mille, se il nostro viaggio a Marrakech è stato così bello è anche merito vostro e della vostra gentilezza. Se un giorno torneremo in questa bella città non avremo dubbi su dove alloggiare!

I traveled solo, so I was initially skeptical about the trip. However, choosing this riad has significantly eased my worries. Hakim was kind enough to accommodate my request and change my room to a quieter one, away from the main door, as I am a light sleeper which allowed me to have a peaceful night's sleep,where external noises were minimal and
the bed was soft and comfortable.
During my stay, Murad went above and beyond to assist me. He not only arranged activities and showed me popular attractions, but also provided me with valuable advice and suggestions. I am truly grateful for his exceptional hospitality.
I loved my time at the riad so much that I decided to stay longer. The riad provided a wonderful experience and allowed me to fully experience Moroccan traditions.
One aspect that stood out to me was the generosity of Murad and Najat. When I was too tired to dine out and had a craving for Moroccan food, they kindly offered me Rafisa, a delicious traditional dish, along with watermelon for dessert, without any additional charge!
Having stayed in numerous hotels before, I can confidently say that this riad will remain memorable to me. The staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality skills, and the room was cozy, equipped with a coffee machine, daily water bottles, and a delightful breakfast served by the poolside.
I loved waking up to the sound of birds at the riad. The location was great!! close to popular attractions and the royal palace. I felt safe with police officers around, even at night, during my solo explorations.
Despite the AC not cooling as much as I would have liked, I can't really complain given that the temperature in Marrakesh reached 38°C over the past two days.

We loved our experience here. Wafa, Murat and Mohammed are the loveliest people and made our stay here extremely comfortable and we especially appreciated the extra effort they went to when it came to things like booking taxis, henna designs, local advice etc. The riad is beautiful and the rooms give a real Moroccan feel. Also very conveniently located for exploring the souks! We would definitely come back here next time!!!
Everything about the riad and the service was exceptional and no faults! Just one thing to note if booking, it was described as pre-pay but actually was pay at property :)

Friendly staff, clean and the ambience of the riad
Location (beware, that the riad is located in a backstreet in medina, didn’t feel safe walking there), no soundproofing (you can literally hear anyone entering the riad in the middle of the night)

Lovely location within the Medina and the staff were great. Murad, Mohammed and Wafa were always there to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
Shower head was faulty, though we never complained or they would have rectified it.

Affordable and safe Riad in the old town.
We were two women travelling and it did not feel unsafe walking in the alleyways late at night.
Communication with the Riad was exceptional and always messaged on Booking.com or spoke to the staff if we had any queries.
All of the staff we encountered were very helpful; not sure if I am spelling their names right but Morad, Mohammed and Wahe were all excellent from checking us in and out, ensuring we got to our taxi safely and offering us Moroccan tea on arrival and one of the nights free of charge.
Wahe even does henna.
They were even able to print out our boarding pass and Wahe brought the boarding pass to our room.
The Riad also did not try to scam us or offer us anything unexpected. We got a taxi with them from the airport and back and they did not try to make us pay more.
The rooms were also quite spacious and had AC/fan inside the room.
The breakfast consisted of orange juice daily which was so nice and refreshing.
Book this Riad if you are planning to visit Marrakech - would definitely recommend this Riad to family and friends.
This is more of a personal preference but it would be nice to have more fruits during breakfast as mostly consisted of bread. There was an egg served (1 boiled egg per person) but this wasn't every day so I would have liked more variety with the breakfast.

The riad was a very nice experience. The room was very large, in traditional style, and there was a common area on the rooftop which was great to spend time and look at the stars. The best part, however, was the staff -- they were incredible to help us with anything we needed. They arranged the transfer to/from the airport and prepared us an incredible dinner the night we left. The Berber breakfast was also excellent. We would definitely return.
The location of the riad was very convenient in the Medina, relatively close to the Jamaa el Fna square and other tourist attractions such as the Secret Garden. However, reaching the riad from the main streets required walking the last 5 minutes through a labyrinth of narrow streets that felt a bit sketchy, especially at night. However, we did not have any bad experiences in the end.

Mohammed, Mourad and the staff were very welcoming and made our experience memorable. We were greeted with Morrocan mint tea upon arrival. Their daily breakfast spread was delicious too. They organized taxis each way and even helped us buy some souvenirs and avoided the hassle of bargaining.
The Riad was beautiful and well located: walking distance from the old city and far enough to be insulated from the busy streets. Their rooftop was a nice place to relax in between our activities.

Positioned in the Medina (north in between the Majorelle garden and all other sightseeing sites), but in a very quiet alley. No problem for safety. It’s very safe to walk in the alleys in the night.

Extra helpfull staff! Very comfortable, beautiful & clean riad in a nice & quiet location, but still very near "everything" - the souks etc. We also felt extra safe at this place.
Loved the terrace and the trees planted in the middle of the lobby! And the mint tea :).

The riad is located in a quiet and extremely safe area of the Medina.
With a ten-minute walk you can get anywhere and and it is much better than being in the chaos of tourists.
The rooms just spotless, with hot water and a good cooling/air conditioning system. There is also a nice terrace.
Like any facility, it is the staff that defines the quality of the place. the guys who welcomed us are great and are the soul of the place. The guys are young, nice, insightful and always ready to help with a smile. This is the true meaning of Moroccan hospitality.

Lovely Riad. Court yard and architecture of the Riad is beautiful. The staff were super attentive and welcoming. Full of information.
Location of the Riad is great - right on there Western edge of the are of the old town containing the souks, Hammams and restaurants
Security on the old doors to our room consisted of a sliding bolt and padlock. I appreciate that the doors are old and it'd nice to preserve them but a padlock isn't terribly 21st century.

Extraordinarily helpful staff made us feel very welcome. They answered all questions and prepared a breakfast for us to take with us on a very early day of departure. Very nice room in a calm, quiet area. Location is excellent.
Breakfast could have had more variety and maybe some eggs over a several days visit. It did not have the old Riad feel we had expected but the decor was lovely.
