Nice comfortable hotel in good location

Good location , only ten minutes from the beach. Lovely pool and hot tub. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, but some bar staff could be quite aloof. Room was a bit tired but comfortable. All in all would stay again.

Food was a bit hit and miss, but hotel is 3 star so probably in line with that. Light on in the hall all night was a bit annoying and my curtains were not blackout so it got light quite early in the morning.

Relaxing time in Bournemouth

The staff, food, the room size was perfect, wifi excellent, pool was fun.

The room needs to be rejuvenated and have air conditioning. Toilet doesn't flush properly

Lovely pool and jacuzzi. Comfortable bed. Plenty of usb points Mostly helpful staff

Dated boring decor. Booking policy in pool seemed unnecessary. One towel had a very unpleasant brown stain Floor in room was quite grubby with grit on it. Wc seat was poor fit No full length mirror

Great location hotel with a nice indoor swimming pool

The hotel has a great location, minutes walking from the sea. Clean indoor swimming pool and activities like ping pong table and billiard.

Cleaning standards could be higher. Also bathroom did not have an extractor / vent and as a result all its moisture and odours end up in the room. Breakfast options were very limited lacking even cheese. Breakfast could be richer.

Very friendly place to stay, nice area, 3 hours drive from London, all the staff were always ready

This hotel is very quiet at nights inside and out, great for sleeping in late. Lovely hot water in the bathroom and the radiator was on all night, keeping the room cosy and warm.

The pillows were too hard. the sea view rooms are not what we were expected ! The seafront is not near unless you’re driving

Loved it! Will be back.

We loved the location - a short walk to the beach - and the fact we got a room with a balcony and great view when we checked in! Friendly staff and great for families and pets. Comfie bed. Table tennis, table football + near the family bar area for the kids. Good breakfast and reasonably priced, decent lunch too.

If I was going to be fussy, the shower pressure (over the bath w curtain) but the great overall experience and good value for money meant we will be going back, irrespective.

Chance to use leisure facilities- swimming pool, sauna, squash courts and gym. Location right near beach and not far from town. Room size was good.

Hotel cancelled our stay and transferred us to cumberland hotel where they tried to charge us more for dog. Rooms were Uncomfortably hot during night and we couldn't turn it off.

Comfortable and felt cared for

The staff were very nice and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and clean, they were cleaned every day, and towels were lovely and big .

It was a fair walk for us to get anywhere and very hilly , but fairly close to the beach for younger families, central for travelling by car

Lively hotel and staff. Great value for money.

My room was excellent and the staff very accommodating. Breakfast excellent, plenty of it and a lot of variety. would recommend the hotel good value for money. The swimming pool is one of the best I have ever swam in.

Location to the beach, nice room, friendly staff, parking, facilities, quiet location, entertainment.

The buffet breakfast wasn't hot. The door between the kitchen and Restaurant would bang, maybe an adjustment could be made to it.

Nice warm, helpful welcome from receptionist Mike. Good choice at breakfast. Room very clean. Not too far to beach. Nice quiet area. Would happily return.

Hotel was a little bit dated but that did not worry us.

Nice hotel, good facilities, great location, but standard room is POOR

room 108 was appalling. bed as hard as concrete, along with concrete pillows. but upgraded to room 126 with a balcony, nice soft bed and soft pillows. don’t understand the difference in quality between rooms.

close to the beach. bar staff were friendly

room was dirty (my white socks turned brown from walking on the carpet). booked the room with 2 children (<1 and a 2 year old) - there were two rooms - one room had a double bed and in another compartment two single beds - not sure how is this suitable. the shower was very weak. breakfast had little choice for the price.

Great stay overall, and

Good staff & nice clean room and linen. Nice food too. All the family enjoyed the football table & table tennis was great fun.

Think a little tired in places. Like the Swimming pool, balcony.
