Filthy and disgusting.

The caravan was absolutely filthy. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. We had to clean the bedrooms our selves and the utterly useless cleaner came back to clean the living area and bathroom. Stuffy people not doing there job properly in the first place. Staff never checked to see if we were happy in the end and ignored our many emails.

An enjoyable stay with a good location all though the weather was mixed it didn’t stop us doing anything.

The veranda was in the sunshine all day and the bed was comfy.

The smell of dogs, the dog hairs on the seating areas, the stained carpet in the living area and the sticky dirty cutlery and pans. We spent over an hour cleaning the static before we could use it.

Location of the van nice quiet part of the park very clean comfortable van

Haven prices on passes especially if you just want to play bingo also on the chip shop prices far too high etc etc

Better than a Dandelion!

Suited myself and husband really well, comfy bed, plenty of hot water and good pressure, really clean, caravan was warm and cosy for us. Everything we needed for self catering purposes. Would definitely use again. (We stayed in Dandelion).

Had lots of rain and parking next to the caravan meant whenever we needed to move the car we churned up the grass as there is no hardstanding for parking. A lamp in the lounge area of the caravan would be nice for softer lighting at night rather than the ceiling lights. Had some issues with the TV but managed to sort out ourselves eventually.

The location was brilliant and able to get to places in and around poole

There was not anything that we didn't like it was all brilliant and we will definitely be looking to book here again in the future as my family lives close to the park so we are able to meet with them. Thanks again for an amazing holiday

The facilities are great specially the private beach. The caravan it self was nice, cozy and clean. We will definately book with them again.

The direction to find the caravan needs to be updated as we struggled to find it and had to get a map at reception.

The property was very spacious and beyond our expectations. It was clean and tidy and had all the facilities we wanted

The dishwasher had not been used for a while so was unfortunately rather mouldy but we raised the query and it was answered promptly

Great caravan, was comfortable and clean and within a ten minute walk from the attractions of the Haven Park.

The property was well equipped and comfortable.

Great accommodation and location

The accommodation was very clean and had everything you could wish for. The location was beautiful and just a 2 minute walk from the beach.

The location has some steep hills so buggies are a must for young children.

Caravan was good, lovely quiet setting.

Was clean but could do with corner etc doing. Only forks , and kitchen cupboard doors are beginning to peel. Just looking a little tired.

we had a fantastic time thank you!

we had 2 dogs and they loved being on the veranda just watching, it was a great base to go and visit all the amenities around.

No but I would recommend an ice tray if you want ice 😄

good fun little rest

the space was excellent for my toddler the facilities within the caravan were great

the caravan next to jacaranda had a couple of dogs and the holiday goers left them alone and from about 7pm until midnight they barked on stop. which caused some frustration as my toddler could not sleep.

Was a very lovely stay and will probably book this again

love the little touches like the mini library and dvd selections and also the decorations. Everything was exactly as we needed.

Very good

Location good, spacious for a small family, heating was very efficient facilities were good, beds comfortable and shower hot and powerful.

Wasn’t able to access TV channels as signal wasn’t great for aerial. It could benefit from a better TV maybe a Smart TV including wifi however only a minor improvement. Cooker and shower could benefit from being cleaner but more an improvement for the cleaning company who provide this service on behalf of owner.
