They could make better but overall is good for london.

Location is very good. The staff is very helpful and reception is 24/7. I like the free water, tea and coffee section. Tube is close and the area is very beautiful. I loved the fact they don't have carpet and that the kitchen is very well equipped. nice size tv. Great security all over the building. Reception is cosy and modern.

Comfort of beds can be improved as they don't offer any topper if they unify 2 single beds in one. the curtains are too small so a lot of sunlight is coming inside the room and if it bothers you there is no option to avoid it. During the day from 11 am to 11 pm there is a strong noise coming from a fan of a restaurant below which is really annoying if you want to take a nap during daytime. Its not a cheap hotel for what they give, but you pay the location. They could offer breakfast or some food if you pay extra.

Good value, convenient location

We stayed in late June in a Deluxe Studio with 2 adults and our 17 and 20 year-old "kids". The location was very convenient to the underground station (Gloucester Road) and the parks. The neighborhood felt safe and there was a Tesco Express market and restaurants and pubs close by. The room was nice and clean though a little small (not surprisingly). There was a double bed and a sofa bed. We appreciated having the small kitchen and the laundrette, and the water dispenser (to fill our bottles) and coffee machine in the lobby. The bathroom was clean and updated. The room was quiet and we didn't hear much noise from other rooms or from outside. The weather was not very hot when we were there, but nevertheless, the room temperature was very comfortable during the length of our stay.

The room was a bit small, but not surprisingly.

Location and rest was poor

Location was good and easy to access.

We booked a bedroom was booked for 4 and was set up only for 2. We asked for it to be done, where told they will make the room for us. But we got to our room late, nothing was done. Really the last thing you want to sort out when you get back after a long day. No spare set of towels were provided . On top, the bathroom had some issues and the shower was making a very load noise. The place is really not well looked after .

Well appointed studio for a short stay in Central London

Well appointed studio. Small kitchenette was ideal for a 4 night stay in London. 10min walk to Gloucester Road Tube and Waitrose supermarket was great as we could buy food for the next few days breakfast on the way back and prep it in the studio.

Bed and pillows were a bit soft

Great Value in Kensingto

The location is ideal for easy access to Kensington and Hyde Parks, resturaunts and shops as well as to Gloucester Road tube station, with trains directly to Heathrow Airport. The front desk staff are courteous and always helpful

Renovation works were a bit noisy during the daytime. As with many London properties.

No drinking water at all, you have to buy it for yourself because they are having shipment issues.

Excellent hotel and facilities. Highly recommend.

The hotel is located in a fantastic spot - 2 min walk to the tube and walking distance to great cafes and restaurants and very central to get to major landmarks. Room was very nicely presented and very clean. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. There is a kitchenette in the room (which is more like a small apartment) so you could self-cater too. And there is a laundrette for the complex, which is very convenient for doing a quick load of washing for travellers doing extended trips.

Good, yet not as good as in Paris.

I like Citadines because I like to have a kitchen. That's a big advantage in a city as expensive as London when it comes to dining out.

The staff were friendly but, in general, not very knowledgeable. The room with 2 single beds had only 1 bedside table next to 1 of the beds. We put it between both beds to share it, as our claim was not acknowledged.

La cosa che ho apprezzato di più la disponibilità, la cortesia, l'educazione la cultura di Homar. Un vero piacere averlo conosciuto. Comoda e confortevole la hall dove c'è una macchinetta a disposizione dei clienti per prepararsi caffè, cappuccino, tisana, te ecc... frutta fresca e bottigliette d'acqua a disposizione del cliente (gratis) Bella e tranquilla la zona. Stanza silenziosa. Posizione comoda ,usando Uber o a piedi non saprei per i mezzi pubblici.

Mancanza giornaliera di pulizia. Letti con materassi scomodissimi, sfondati , vecchi con buco centrale. Divano letto una vergogna impossibile dormirci. Impossibilità di aprire la finestra per arieggiare la stanza Prezzo alto per l'alloggio che è.

Great location and property for family!

Loved the location and the room facilities and laundry room! All was super convenient. Check in was smooth and we got our room a little before 3 even though it was super busy.

The room was slightly dusty but otherwise it was good.

We had a nice time but we will stay elsewhere next time.

It is an apart hotel with no dining room Location was suitable for our needs. The staff were helpful and friendly. It was quite and we slept well the two nights we stayed here.

We requested the lowest floor option as one of our party has medical issues. we finally got a 2nd floor room after some discussions. There was only a bath shower option in the room with very low pressure and temperature control erratic.. The cold tap in hand basin never went cold, A plastic shower Curtin in a tiny bath tub was not consistent with the price we paid for the room.

Well-equipped apartment in a quite area but well situated with different restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Friendly staff that answered to all our questions. Excellent location for families.

Unexpectedly nice hotel in great location

The room was clean, beds comfy and the bathroom was a nice size. The only thing that I can complain about is the room was a bit stuffy.

Booked through booking. Com to a room that wasn’t even available. It was under construction. The girl behind the desk, Alina, did everything she could to find us a room. This hotel was more expensive… but the hotel covered the extra cost of the other hotel over what booking was charging

The communication should have been better… booking was advertising a room that wasn’t available

Good value in a good location. Ideal as a base.

Great location and quiet at night. The room has everything you need.

Requested a twin room twice by email. On arrival this was confirmed. We left our luggage and returned later to check in. Upon requesting our room key we were informed that we had been upgraded to a larger room with a double bed and sofa bed. We decided to check it out but confirmed our suspicions that the sofa bed was very uncomfortable with a thin lumpy mattress. The hotel staff explained they could not swap us to the original twin room as it had faulty air conditioning. We had no choice but to accept the room given. Staying in London is a treat and I don’t want to pay to stay on a sofa bed.

Really great room and perfect location

The location was absolutely perfect for the Royal Albert Hall, just a 10 minute walk away. The room was great, nice bathroom and very comfy bed. Little kitchen great for food and fridge. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Tea, coffee and water in reception.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Great location for Albert Hall/Museums.

Great location for the Albert Hall & Gloucester Road underground. Tea & coffee available at reception. Polite, friendly staff

The room was not tidied & cleaned during my stay. The bottles of water were not replaced. No decaf tea/coffee was available. You needed the knack/strong fingers to flush the toilet.
