Somewhere to put your head down

Location was good for where we needed to be.

If you want the Ritz don’t stay here. In truth it’s a bit of a toilet, however I sort of knew this before I booked. I just wanted cheap & cheerful for 1 night and that’s what I got

Very convenient . Good value . Nice staff .

Stayed four times now . It's very reasonable . Beds are comfy. Rooms very basic . Bathroom tiny . Staff very pleasant. Parking you pay but it's secure .

Expensive parking and stained carpets/ thin bedding

The location

The stained carpets. Thin bedding. The mirror was too high on the wall so I couldn't do my hair an makeup. The shower is tiny. The walls were paper thin. And the parking online said £9 per 24hr and it cost me £16 odd!!!

Ok per soggiorno breve

La posizione è comoda, in una zona tranquilla si raggiungono a piedi i quartieri principali. Camere piccoline, ma per un soggiorno breve vanno bene. Ottimo anche il parcheggio ed il personale

Le camere hanno un odore forte, una delle due prenotate l'abbiamo cambiata, non si poteva stare. La colazione continentale non comprende praticamente nulla, se non bevande e qualche lievitato, burro e marmellata. Il parcheggio si paga a parte e questo non viene menzionato nell'annuncio, non è gratuito e a valle della prenotazione viene inviata una mail con il link per prenotazione e pagamento, sui 13£ per 24h.

Eles responderam prontamente a minha pergunta de iniciar o check-in mais cedo. Quando cheguei, foram super atenciosos e solícitos. Me ajudaram com a bagagem e o quarto tinha tudo o que eu precisava.

Step back in time....

The location is good.

. It was like stepping through a time portal back to the 70s/80s- heavy eiderdowns, skinny pillows, mahogany fittings, real key with humongous room number hanging off it.

Great value, good location

Good location and good value for a night's stay. Room was a bit cramped but had all you need for an overnight stay. 10/15 minute walk to AO Arena and Arndale Centre etc. with free secure parking. Ideal for shopping or AO Arena shows. If you want value for money you won't be disappointed.

I got what I expected for the price paid. Don't expect 5* when you pay a bargain price.

Comfortable, reasonably priced hotel for a location close to Piccadilly station

Location was convenient for Piccadilly Station, which was the main criteria for picking it.

Quiet and comfortable

Clean and spacious enough, perfect for after a gig as the walk to the arena is reasonably short. Brill takeaway next door too and everyone was very pleasant. Parked my car for the whole duration of the stay for free but had the option to extend parking for £8 the next day to explore Manchester after check out. Worth it and saving on the hassle! Would absolutely stay again!

For the really good deal I got, I was satisfied with the services. Staff in the bar were helpful and the lounge was a quiet chill place to chill before facing busy Manchester crowds. BUT the TV was smaller than Andrew Tate's nuts :'(

Somewhere to stay if going to a concert at the arena and require parking.

Location to the Manchester Arena was good, a 10 min walk.

The room wasn't nice. The whole hotel needs refurbishment.

Friendly staff and good value for money for a short stay, would stay again for location.

Location was great as we were attending an event at the AO Arena, it was in walking distance which is what we had hoped for.

The room was smaller than it looked in the pictures and the bathroom was very small (around the size of a ferry bathroom)

Cheap & good location, but sadly wouldn’t stay again.

Location was fantastic, just a short walk to the city centre.

I have never slept in a bed so uncomfortable. We went to reception to ask for the sofa bed to be sorted, they said a member of the relevant team would come and sort it- they didn’t. You could hear almost everything from the surrounding rooms, way into the early hours. Staff were pleasant but there was an awkward/uncomfortable vibe.
