El hotel es espectacular y enorme, las habitaciones son super amplias y cómodas además de preciosas, el baño es amplio a nosotros nos toco con bañera. La tv tienen acceso a 4 canales bastante basico, pero bueno no vas de vacaciones para ver la tele :)
Nosotros pillamos alojamiento con desayuno, el desayuno es simplemente ESPECTACULAR va por carta (unas 8 opciones disponibles) además de un gran buffet con bolleria, charchuteria, varias proteinas, mucha fruta fresca, diferentes zumos, y cantidad de opciones de la cocina india, puedes pedir todo tipo de cafe directamente al camarero sin coste adiciona.
El hotel esta a 7 min andando de la estación de Metro Victoria, y pasan varios autobuses por una de las vias principales perpendicular, a 10 min de Traffalgar Square esta a 12 min andando.
La verdad del hotel me gusto todo y repetiría, es ideal para ir en pareja o en familia, no pudimos disfrutar del spa que tenía una pinta estupenda porque no llevabamos bañador, Es caro pero vale la pena en relación con la calidad y el servicio

Sehr gutes indisches, durchschnittliches kontinentales Frühstück (a la carte und Buffet). Beschwerden über kaputte Badezimmerarmatur und zu weiche Matratze wurden prompt erledigt. Imposante Eingangshalle. Sehr freundliches Personal.
Unser Zimmer hatte Blindfenster (mit lichtdurchlässiger Folie) ohne Aussicht. In die Jahre gekommen (nur tw. renoviert).
Von den 2 Aufzügen (viel zu wenig bei Vollauslastung) war einer kaputt.

The Taj Hotel in London is a hotel that makes you feel like it has a policy of assigning bad rooms first, even though it is a 4-star hotel with vacancies. It seems like they have an unfair policy of assigning old rooms first. Koreans are strongly advised not to book accommodations related to Indians. They are so natural in their behavior that they laugh in front of you and deceive you behind your back, making excuses without truth and trust. My first room was on the second floor, with old wooden furniture, narrow windows, a view of the wall of the building next door, constant loud mechanical noises, and a small bathroom with a plastic curtain that made the plastic curtain stick to my skin when I showered. I requested a high floor with a quiet view when I made the reservation, and I strongly requested this to the receptionist, but they said that my rate category would be the highest floor and that only rooms without a view would be available, and that if I wanted a better room, I would have to pay at least 70 pounds more per night. Since I had already paid 290 pounds per night, I just accepted it because the cost burden was too great. The next day, I found out that the building had old rooms and that there weren't many occupants and many empty rooms. The next morning, I got a call from the hotel manager asking if my room was okay. I've been traveling around many European hotels, but this was the first time I've received a call like this, and I realized that the hotel knew that the room wasn't okay. I went to the front desk and asked to change rooms, and they moved me to a new room in a new building with a window on the 4th floor.

This is a first rate modern hotel with clean comfortable rooms and a gorgeous courtyard, in a great location. Professional staff and terrific concierge. Very cold AC for Summer. Excellent bathrooms. The spa area is beautiful, relaxing. I'm not a spa person but the staff there were so welcoming, giving us special fresh brewed tea.
The breakfast is expansive and good, and I enjoyed some of the Indian specialties (a first for me) along with all the traditional items. Breakfast is in or around that fabulous courtyard.
Location is quiet but within a short walk of Buckingham Palace on one side and to Westminster Abbey, the Thames and center of London on the other.
Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect and had exceeded my expectations! This was by far the best hotel experience I had in the area. I have recommended this hotel to several of my coworkers and friends. I will be staying at this hotel the next time I visit London.

Location was very good. It was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room lacked a full length mirror or a mirror away from the drinks area in the bedroom which is unhygienic when hair drying.
Service charges were added without telling me first and I had to ask for them to be deducted.
Breakfast space is limited for such a large hotel and we had to eat away from the main breakfast bar which then meant that there was limited selection.

Location was continent for me
Room was very dated, only two plugs in the room for charging devices, kettle etc. Breakfast service was terrible every morning. Chipped cups and tea pots, staff forgot to place breakfast orders and we spent 25 min waiting for our order, which made me late. Ordered room service dinners, which were so disappointing. Food a major let down and this was at 19:30, so not like it was after hours. In my opinion, they don’t deserve 5 star rating.

Location and breakfast were very good. Staff were pleasant and well meaning if not entirely efficient. The spa was lovely and we very much appreciated being in the same building as it, as we simply had to catch a lift outside our room directly down to the spa. The building itself was remarkably beautiful inside and out.
Lack of heating. We froze the first night. When I mentioned this to them the next day they sent a technician in our absence but it was still very cold when we returned at the end of the day. I suggested they provide an additional floor heater which took some time to eventuate but heated our room nicely, so we were comfortable the 2nd night.
We requested a room with a bath which they acknowledged at check in but when we returned some hours later when our room was prepared it had no bath. It took a little time but the situation was remedied. The reason being that the thoughtful front desk person had bumped us up to a slightly larger room, only without a bath, so kudos for the attempt.

Fantastic stay. Warm and welcoming hotel. Staff all courteous with a smile. The hotel was a mix of modern and traditional. Breakfast superb. We stayed last year which the staff at reception acknowledged which was nice. Fab location, exit hotel left 5 min walk to Buckingham Palace, exit right 10 min walk to Big Ben hotel. It was such a relaxing stay , thank you!

Excellent stay, provided an upgrade which was a welcome surprise and absolutely appreciated Rooms and facilities were extremely well maintained to a good standard and comfortable. The team and staff were exceptional in terms of service: courteous and very welcoming and made every effort to ensure we were comfortable. Breakfast was lovely too.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé : proche de la gare Victoria et proche de tous les endroits touristiques de Londres ce qui permet de tout rejoindre à pieds.
Le calme est également un point fort, au vue de la proximité c’est un vrai confort de pouvoir dormir paisiblement.
Lors de ma réservation j’ai précisé que nous nous rendions à Londres avec mon copain pour son anniversaire et que je souhaitais savoir ce qui était possible de faire pour marquer l’événement, j’ai reçu une longue liste de propositions mais j’ai oublié de donner suite, mais nous avons eu la surprise à notre arrivée d’avoir une part de gâteau (délicieux) pour l’occasion.
La période de Noël est un petit plus qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus beau ! L’hôtel était joliment décoré !
Merci à eux d’avoir été aussi attentionné ! Je recommande à 1000%.
