I recommend the facility and will be back!

Beautifully equipped appartement, nice and helpful staff, we got an upgrade❤️.

Noisy adult neighbours. Group of at least 5 people. Going out a 11 pm with a lot of noise and coming home between 3 and 4 am not caring about sleeping neighbours. Banging with doors, yelling in the hallway,… Broke 2 of our 3 nights. Please advice tenants that making noise after 10 pm should be reduced to the minimum.

The property was excellent and we were apparently up graded at no extra cost. We couldn’t fault the facilities everything we needed was in place, hairdryer, selection of toiletries which I wouldn’t expect in an apartment.

The second bedroom was a little small with the double bed pushed up to the wall, but the lay out of the apartments probably created that problem.

Goede centrale plek in fijne buurt met 2 slaapkamers

Super locatie! Op 5e verdieping (met lift) aan rustige straat. Om de hoek drukke straat met supermarkt, restaurants en volop buslijnen en vlakbij metro. Ook veel bezienswaardigheden op 30-45 minuten loopafstand. 2 slaapkamers met goede bedden (niet breed). Keuken met volop pannen/borden etc en broodrooster en espresso apparaat (met cups voor de eerste dagen).

Helaas geen vaatwasser. Keuken is wat gammel, kastdeurtjes scheef en koelkast deed t eerst niet. Duurde lang voordat daar op gereageerd werd, is wel opgelost. Eetkamerstoelen zijn niet stevig. Muis gezien (gaan ze wat aan doen).

Merveilleux !

Propres confortable, très spacieux, accueil chaleureux, service au top, emplacement très central, Rien à dire.

Le bâtiment n’est pas récent, les fenêtres sont un peu anciennes. Pour être vraiment parfait, un petit rafraîchissement serait nécessaire même si il est déjà très bien.

Lacking in quite a few aspects, interiors need a serious upgrade

Location is lovely

After arriving at midday to drop our bags off we were given a set of keys and told to come back later which by 4pm (check in is at 3pm) we thought we would head back. On arrival the cleaner was still in there, all the rubbish piled up and dirty towels everywhere, not her fault but we had wait. Apparently they had struggled to get the previous people out but I was not impressed. Husband was very keen to watch the rugby but the tv didn’t work……furniture basic and cheap and the cushions and throws filthy. I had booked 2 nights but left after 1!!!

Large, convenient Central London

Spacious, well kitted out, clean, and so well located. We felt at home in the neighbourhood and the flat! Family of 4 (2 parents, 2 teenagers) felt like everyone had room. Internet was decent and allowed streaming on multiple devices easily. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

No real downsides- no a/c, but there are fans in the rooms and with the windows open and below 25’C during the day, all was great.

Everything was special in this apartment. It’s located in a good place and close to many attractive area. The apartment is nice, clean and well organized. It’s recommended to rent.

Loved the place, loved the location it was so central and everything at your doorstep.

The location was excellent and the flat itself was clean and spacious for 3 people. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we had longer in london to enjoy it more.

The shower in the main room was not very powerful so it was quite difficult for someone with long hair to wash it.

Wish it wasn’t …. but very disappointing

Location great Staff friendly Slippers and cleaning products provided

Apartment far too warm it was not even that warm in London for mid summer. The heating kept coming on in the middle of summer? Blind in main bedroom broken and held together with sticking plasters? The drawers in the 2nd bedroom unusable. For over £1.100 for 2 nights I expected some luxury but this wasn’t luxury or 5 stars (not even 4)

great location, clean space and great value

great location and easy checkin. the living room is really spacious . 2 bathrooms which was really convenient. coffee machine and tea provided . good value compared to 2 x hotel rooms in the same area .

no heater or radiator in the smaller bedroom so it felt cold compared to the huge bedroom

We like the location and all facilities near by ie restaurants, supermarket and quite. The beds are comfortable, toilets are clean, kitchen fully equipped with Nespresso machine and there's also washing machine

The dining table and chairs aren't safe, the legs too weak or might be too old, so can be broken at anytime, please replace to avoid any accident

Great location - staff amazingly helpful.

Apartment was very clean, left little food bag with snacks. Bed very comfortable, lovely having a space away from bedroom unlike hotel. Could not fault it 😊 Staff were so helpful - went above and beyond. Will definitely stay again 😊

Lovely apartment with everything you could wish for. Nice to have some welcome provisions. Close to very good restaurants and shops and very close to Baker St tube.

The only small niggle was a step in the bathroom that is difficult to see as the floor is all one colour. Fell on it and marked it with a towel from then in.

Exploring Marylebone

The apartment is in a great neighborhood. Good selection of shops, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The Baker Street underground station is close and enables travel to most of London. The apartment was in great shape, well appointed and clean. Office staff was very responsive and helpful.
