Fine fasiliteter og behagelig atmosfære. Men rommet svarte ikke til forventningene.

Fine fasiliteter og behagelig atmosfære. En fin kombinasjon av moderne og tradisjonelt. Ble møtt av hyggelig betjening og god service i bar.

Rommet var svært dårlig utstyrt og inneholdt verken kjøleskap eller safe. Sluke på badet var også tett slik at baderommet ble fylt med vann, hvilket er både ekkelt og upraktisk. Døren til rommet vårt var ikke tett noe som skapte et vakuum/gjennomtrekk hver gang våre naboer gikk inn eller ut rommet deres, dette resulterte i at døren vår smalt. Dette informerte vi om i resepsjonen og ble bare bagatellisert.

Sehr angenehmes komfortables und empfehlenswertes Hotel

Freundlichkeit des Personals, außergewöhnlicher Komfort, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, 50 m Schwimmbad, Spaßbad mit Rutsche, Fitness-Center, Parkplatz vor dem Hotel, alles ohne Aufpreis.

Fun place to stay in Geilo.

Loved the bowling alley and we had a great dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Staff were super friendly and bed was comfortable.

No tea/coffee making in the rooms.

Not that great value for money

Overprised with luck of some facilities as toilet articles, small fridge maybe? Dinner in the restaurant was below average, out of the 3 available dinner options the chicken was dry and tasteless, the burger was not not juicy at all, ordered fries with both, those were not fresh either. The fact that the restaurant had last orders at 21:00 was rather stressful as it the earliest I have ever experienced the kitchen closing in my life.

great roomy hotel

nice hotel. spacious and modern. nice room. no problem bringing our dogs. recommended

the staff was untrained and our stay was in between season. so our experience is probably not typical the English breakfast was cold ( sausage, beans, beacon etc) But the bread was lovely and plenty of other options. the dinner service was very slow with a 40 min wait for two burgers.

View, clean/comfortable room. Nichola was a wonderful help in the dining and at breakfast.

Check in staff was not informative. They gave no info on breakfast hours or check out time. Nichola helped us at dinner time.

The greatest resort we ever stayed!! Highly recommended!!

It was the most wonderful resort we ever stayed! It was outstanding! So many fantastic facilities for families and couples.Eveything to the greatest quality. Spacious rooms, the restaurants, the pools (massive area and so good maintenance),exceptional gym, the place looked like,a museum with so many art paintings and sculptures. Don't miss to see the way to the conference room, unbelievable .The kids enjoyed the bowling, the youth area (billiard, ping pong table, football table) ,the secret bar, like from a cowboy film...I can be talking for this hotel for hours! At least 3 nights somebody needs to stay. And the slopes are next to the hotel.

Excellent location, great breakfast, spacious, friendly reception staff.

Really needs to be updated and interiors replaced in places especially the carpets and swimming pool area. It has the potential to be amazing if only the interiors were kept on top off/replaced.

Amazing holiday, but some discrimination was felt

Everything was amazing, the food, location and facilities

We felt some discrimination, we had to ask the waitresses to clean tables for is, to collect the dishes from our table, even when they pass by 3 or even 4 times, they look and avoid, and then they come back to clean the next tables while looking to us (very odd). And not just among the staff, we had a lot of staring from other guests as well, we can only think that such advance culture stil not confident to embrace other races.

it was absolutely amazing. from the location, to hotel, staff, food and activities.

We loved the location in the beautiful Norwegian moundtIna. the hotel is absolutely fantastic-clean, modern with exquisit art and excellent food.. It has EVERYTHING a family with kids can ask for: outdoors and indoors! pump tracks, hiking, biking, zipline, climbing and beach…. Indoors is not less impressive: pool, bowling, spectacular indoor playground and spa… I have been traveling for many years and I have not yet been to a place where all of the food/drinks were fabulous. And the staff: excellent, excellent, excellent. Friendly, kind and available. We would come back in a health eat. Thanks so much!

Exceptional

This is very high quality hotel. The room was spacious enough and the breakfast buffet was excellent. I particularly liked the waffles. It's also conveniently located if you want to explore the Hardangervidda National Park.

Perfect stay for outdoor activities in the area

Great location for outdoor activities (hiking, biking, …) Kid-friendly hotel but also very suitable for couples. Reception staff was very friendly and forthcoming. Free parking on site.

Quite small bed (140cm) Very large hotel which could use a few cosy corners in the public area.

Great hotel with friendly staff and lots of facilities

Great hotel for a stay before setting off to explore Hardangervidda. A range of facilities including a sizeable swimming pool (and accessible early in the morning which is not always the case). Dinner and breakfast were very good.

Big hotel with the focus on families with children. Very noisy everywhere. Limited choice for dinner.

great hotel, behind on maintenance, two rooms that should not be rented out (227 and 228)

Location is amazing. facilities in theory everything you could need

the room and the neighboring room should not be rented out, as they face an expansion wing of the hotel complex and you literally look out towards a wall and in our case, a snow blower and two rusty bbqs. lots of places it felt like the hotel couldn’t keep up with maintenance. for example flooring in the pool area, broken billard table and more.
