Für einen Besuch der Oper in Bratislava ist die Lage des Hotels ideal.

Großes Zimmer, gutes Badezimmer mit Wanne und Dusche extra. Sehr gutes Frühstück bis 11 Uhr. Lage für mich sehr gut, weil die von mir besuchte Oper direkt gegenüber ist. Das Auto wird vom Personal in eine Garage gefahren und geholt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Es war ein erfreulicher Aufenthalt.

Da fällt mir nichts ein!

Phenomenal service and attitude, absolutely marvelous location

Every dedicated pet parent knows how difficult is to travel across countries with pets. I was with a dog and with a cat, arrived past mid-night and the greeting was exceptional. Forever thankful for the support, attitude and warm welcoming. The amenities for the dog left in the room were such a nice touch that I highly appreciated even my exhausting 10-hours driving from Germany. It is always the people who make the difference and at Sheraton Bratislava know that. Then it comes the brand and the offered product. Thank you!!!

Okolie hotela.

Izby v pomere kvalita-cena nezodpovedali tej vysokej cene,poťah na kreslách starý,podlaha doškriabaná,chladnička prázdna,ale depozit 80 eur nam stiahli,pre prípad neviem čoho.A vyvrcholením bolo, keď som si v bare pri recepcii chcela dať čokoládu so šĺahačkou...ale žiaĺ v takom hotele sa nenašla . Čašník sa na nás najprv celú dobu díval,potom prišiel bez nápojoveho lístka,a znova sme čakali.No trápne.Takže predsa len zostanem verná Marrols boutique hotel Bratislava

Neadekvátny pomer cena - kvalita. V okolí je množstvo iných hotelov v lepšej cene a vyššej kvalite.

Lokalita bola fajn.

Hotel je miestami ošumelý. Nemá atmosféru. Na izbe sme mali chumáče prachu. Nefungovala nám klíma, opravovali nám ju počas pobytu. Zastaralý nábytok, za každú službu navyše sme platili. Pomer cena kvalita NEADEKVÁTNY.

Szuper helyen, pont a maraton rajt-cél előtt (ez volt az utazásunk célja), közel a Duna-part, éttermek. A szoba csendes, jól felszerelt, tágas. Fantasztikus, bőséges reggeli. Külön hatalmas dicséretet érdemel a hotel a maraton miatti odafigyelés miatt (külön marathon package wellness használattal, maraton napján korai reggeli lehetőség, késő délutáni kicsekkolás, külön tábla a liftnél amin sok sikert kívánnak a maratonistáknak)

Ich habe mit Frühstück gebucht und an der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt, dass es nicht inclusive ist. Des weiteren lagen im Zimmer Ohrenstöpsel, warum haben wir am morgen erfahren haben. Kein Hinweis bekamen wir diesbezüglich.

Удобное расположение, до центра 15 минут пешком. Хорошая кровать. Номера не новые, но чисто и комфортно.

Завтрак скудный, не на уровне 5 звезд. Цена за проживание завышена. За парковку оплата отдельно и дорого.

Everything, the hotel is absolutely outstanding, the service and the attention to detail makes you feel a valued customer. The location is great, next to a shopping centre and nearby several bars and restaurants located by the Danube river.

Great place to rest and explore Bratislava from

I liked mostly location of the hotel. It is located next to the Danube river as part of Eurovea shopping mall complex with plenty of shops and restaurants around, and it is just few minutes by walk to the historical down town. I was also positively surprised how quiet the hotel was. With a combination of size of the room, big bed and perfect pillows, the stay there was really relaxing. The breakfast was OK. Not exceptional, nor bad, and people in the hotel were nice and professional.

Some details... obviously, they used stronger light bulbs in the lights at the hallways and the lamp shades where a bit burned. Also some wallpapers were not in 100% shape anymore.

All in all comfortable to stay, however woken up early by drilling (seems it’s a regular issue).

I checked in quite late after a long journey and was looking forward for a good long night sleep. To my disbelief I was woken up at 7AM by drilling from the shopping mall which sounded like it was going from the room next there. The drilling went on for an hour. I got to know that this has been happening for quite a while and they can’t let them start drilling at a later point. Therefore stay away from this property if you need to sleep past 7AM on a weekday. The room might need some remodeling and updating on the furniture soon.

Lovely weekend, great city, super hotel

Location is fab. Between old town and river with a stretch of lovely restaurants and cafes on the river. Staff were also really friendly and helpful

I loved the breakfast length and it ending at 11am and I love the 24/7 gym.

Honestly, the wellness area wasn't that special, especially since you have to pay an extra 15 euros a day extra to use it. I have stayed in 4-star hotels with better wellness facilities that were INCLUDED in the room price.

The hotel is very dilapidated, the SPA is paid for the guests, I am not at all satisfied

I like the location. When I left, I was lucky with the staff who were on shift, they helped me a lot with both the car and the luggage.

I arrived at the hotel at about 10 pm, by car, waited 10 minutes until the barrier in the garage was opened for me. Then a not very friendly man came who said that I had come to the wrong place. although I followed the signs (the hotel parking is combined with the parking of the shopping center) At the reception desk, they didn’t even offer to help me with the luggage, we dragged it ourselves. The hotel is very dilapidated.
