Consistently getting worse

Close to the nearby shopping center, and easily accessible from the highway

We stayed at this hotel probably 3 or 4 times in the past 10 years and the quality is clearly going down. The room was not cleaned properly, the floor was dirty and dusty, it was clearly not swept for a longer time. The shower faucet was leaking water (defective), the room window had a broken handle. The room had an old small LCD TV with a semi-working selection of TV channels in low resolution. The A/C did not work. The receptions was a bit cold and unprofessional upon arrival, seemed quite demotivated. Asked to see our credit card to write down the numbers and all details in case we took something from the minibar. We will not return here, and I recommend you look somewhere else for your stay in Bratislava.

Great hotel with very good breakfast and very polite, caring workers.

it’s a very nice hotel with quality materials. Breakfast is great and the staff is very kind, helpful. I loved the hard wooden floor, feels great.

only 2 small things, not big issues but solution would add to the already high rating: there is no cosmetic mirror well lighted for make up. In the shower the water is floating out where the glass wall ends. it’s a pity because it messes up the bathroom unnecessarily.

Perfect but be prepared to spend 20 minutes with checking in

Overall the hotel is very nice, clean, very well equipped and comfortable. This time I had a huge room with huge bathroom too. Breakfast is delicious with a good selection, staff is polite.

I’ve been here 3 times because our Slovakian office is just 6 minutes away, so perfect location. All 3 times the check in took ages, today also the check out. I’m a frequent traveler and it’s really shockingly long. They must upgrade to a better hotel admin system because this is just not acceptable, sorry. Apart from that in my room the temperature was above 26 degrees far too much and the controller does not work, windows are not openable. When I entered the room it smelled from cigarette though I found a sign that smoking was not allowed. As a non smoker I’m very sensitive and can smell the smallest remedies. The last 2 thing I can accept but the extreme slow reception work not.

Modern and stylish, excellent stay

The hotel looks and feels modern and fresh, from the moment you walk in the lobby. Front desk staff was very professional and helpful (special thanks to Mr. Rastislav for his kindness). Our room was surprisingly large, as well as the bathroom equipped with both shower and bathtub. The beds were so comfortable and the pillows fluffy. We ordered dinner in the room and the service was quick and well-presented.

The a/c was a bit noisy but perhaps only for light sleepers like me. Everything else was just perfect.

Booking confirmation received from the hotel, but was sent away while trying to checkin in

I was traveling long distance and wanted to make a stop in the middle of my drive. I checked booking.com for available hotels. I selected NH as it was available at that time. I have received confirmation from the facility. Therefore I changed my direction and I have drove there for like 40mins, parked in the underground parking, got luggage out of car, went to the hotel. On the reception I was told that I have arrived outside of checkin window, so I need to wait another 4hours for it to open or leave. I was like wtf, I have got the confirmation from the hotel, I specially selected hotel which was available to checkin at that time, and I was sent away after driving there completely out of direction of my travel. As I didnt want to wait in hotel in the middle of night, I returned to the car, paid the parking fee and left. Super disappointing.

Good location. Courteous Staff

The lights in the room weren’t bright enough, especially the bathroom where it was always so dark. The safety deposit box didn’t work. The shower chain was broken and it squeaked continuously when the shower was turned on. The staff very courteously kept saying it will be fixed soon but it never did. Also I’m not sure why they don’t put a lock on the room doors.

A great hotel, I would recommend it to everyone, very good value for money.

Big and clean rooms. Underground parking with charging station. Close to airport and Mall. Modern furniture and furnishings.

Everything was perfect with one exception in the rooms, all the signs were not in English and the things that were taken out of the minibar were not actually welcome drinks, but were charged to us after leaving the hotel. They left us with the bad feeling that we had stolen something for which it was not clear that it had been paid for.

Clean, Close to the airport and multiple bus stations that can take you anywhere in town. Great wellness center - pool wasn’t cold, jacuzzi was hot, and saunas were great. We liked everything.

The room was clean. Bed and extra bed were comfortable. Spa was good. Breakfast also was very good. The hotel is also pet friendly. the staffs are all very nice.

The Spa and swimming pool only open after 10:00hr even on the weekend. So not possible for morning swim. The water in the swimming pool can be a little warmer. We requested for extra pillows during the booking but it was not available. Need to pay extra city tax even through on the booking.com said that it was already included into the room price. We specifically asked this and show the message from the booking.com but we still need to pay the city tax extra.
