Super value, great host, Sam, and fabulous house keeper, Carolina. Great facilities and location.

Super room, house keeper Carolina was the best keeping everything in great shape. Comfortable bed and very good ensuite. Easy entry each time with code, no key needed.

Everything was just as we hoped for. A very good stay in WSM, excellent value and good location and facilities.

Room was nice & clean & compact. Table & Chairs & Fridge & Fan were a Bonus. Lots of Sockets by the bed. Nice modern Bathroom . Parking available just down the road on the next street. Key Code to enter property & room .

Mirrors were far too high on the walls. We are average in height & had to tip toe. Bed Linen was a grey coloured printed duvet set. Should be pure white so guests can see it's been laundered & ironed. Staff are not on the premises. They only book you in. Probably more 3 star than 4 star but a pleasant stay. A bit too far from the Town Centre. A good walk down...

Lovely welcome, facilties were OK, nice and clean

Pillows need renewing , a bit lumpy and hard , but otherwise it was great for a short stay.

Excellent value for money in a great location to weston beech and train station the staff were amazing really helpful well done to Sam and his team will definitely be booking a return visit to such a lovely place

Love the parasol

The location of parasol is perfect for shops,takeaway, beach and all amenities. The property itself is spotless beds are always made and rooms cleaned daily. Price is very reasonable and staff are polite and just as helpful.10/10

Excellent stay!

The room was perfect and well laid out. Tea and coffee etc was replenished in the morning as well as the beds being made. We stayed for 2 nights to see family and were very pleasantly surprised how good the value for money was. Breakfast was not provided, however there was a short walk to the town where there was plenty of choice to grab a breakfast.

The room was slightly cold of an evening even though the heating was on, but I understand we have had a very cold winter so far.

The location was very quiet on bus route and taxi cards in reception

Pleasant

Love the facilities we were able to use the kitchen and had a helpful host that was kind. The code system was also brilliant so we did not have to use keys

The bed needs changing wasn't comfortable and also although the fridge in the room was good for storing our food it made a horrible sound during the night

On arrival Sam very helpful explained everything clear couldn’t fault would stay there again and reconmend

Each day when we went out and came back there was always milk more biscuits always top up and toilet rolls to I have stayed in Poland Berlin Dublin and Southport this year and this small gust house 10 out of 10 not far from 2 local pubs some nice little shops nice cafe in park and 10 minutes walk and your on the front no noise Thankyou Sam me and my friend Peter hope to stay wt you again soon

Enjoyable stay both at Parasol and touring around Weston-Super-Mare

Comfortable room and bed, proprietor and staff friendly and helpful, and everything was tidy when we arrived. Problem with access was sorted quickly-see below. Would stay at Parasol again.

Some slight noise during evening and night, possibly due to machinery in adjoining property. This was mentioned to proprietor. Problem with keyless access system which was solved by proprietor giving us keys to get in at night, possible software issue here on the worldwide system so Parasol not to blame for this matter.

Would certainly stay there again.

Check-in at 02.30 was very well arranged and communicated. Very friendly and helpful staff. As requested I had the attic room (room nr. 9) that is on one of the pictures of the single rooms. The room consist however of 2 parts; in the other corner there are a sofa, fridge, tv and the coffee/ tea making facilities. (see pictures). For very tall people this room may not be advisable, but I felt at home there! The hotel is in a quiet street about 10 minutes walking from the railwaystation/ bus station/ centre. The beach is even closer, only a couple of minutes. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel.
